5 star's for Merj services. Fast and polite. The young man, Kyle was vary nice and polite to for the hole time from fast service and to even the tow home. Even the service from the Initial call to the tow 4 hours back to the peace Bridge on back to my home shop. Thanks again Kyle for getting me picked up and back home fast and professional as possible

Reached out to Joe and his team over at Merj, about painting a couple of our trucks so they matched the rest of our fleet. I was put in contact with Ken who heads up the body shop. Who came out looked over both trucks, gave a accurate quote. When all was said and done, we ended up with two well done trucks that look new. Joe and Ken thank you again, everything from the paint itself to the trim details were on point.

Got my truck buried in snow. Within 30 minutes of my dispatch contacting them, they arrived and pulled me out like a hot knife through butter. The driver was Jason. VERY professional, VERY knowledgeable, VERY skilled at what he does. GREAT job. I highly recommend these guys.

They arrived to fix an air leak on my trailer. The line snapped and I didn't have trailer brakes. Oops. They did fix it but didn't have the proper parts to do it on the road so I have to drive to the shop after he rigged it to be safe for 6 miles. They were kinda pricey too but did a good job

Afree I was out of service by NY DOT cause my bus had a 1 cm hole on the exhaust pile, I called them for emergency service at 4:14 pm I waited at 2 nd st where is 35 mins away for this company for two hour, and a mechanic came and check my pile and looked for the parts to fix it. And the American style slowly job took 3 hrs. And then I got the bill $785. $100 for calling fee what the hell fee, and the 3 parts cost $216, I don t know how to get these price!

Had a Hose Pipe burst on my Semi...And I drove here after calling their dispatch....Super straightforward and simple ....Had me out in a few hours.......Apreciate their professionalism and helpfulness....Open 24 hrs....Definitely recommended...

Big professionals in their field. They took my truck with a trailer from the road around 5:00 pm. They replaced the compressor on my Volvo during the night and at 8:00 am they said they were ready. !!! In addition to professionalism, I would like to note the sociability and friendliness of these people, thank you very much guys !!!

Was quoted 450 to move two trailers that I have 7 miles down the road. They were training a driver so of course it took longer than they expected. Then I'm told that I have to pay the difference because of the extra time. Ended up with my bill being a little over $900. Wish I would have read the reviews and now the owner wants to blame me saying I was untruthful about the access to the trailers. A better driver would have had them out no problem at all. He wants to say time is money that's right my time was worth money watching inept crew do the work.. and the payment for the original quote was on hand when they were done. Having to get the funds available to pay another $475 took a minute. Sorry about your inconvenience boss!

This business is a joke. Contacted them to repair a powersteering issue on a truck. Service guy arrived and advised fitting had blown out of pump. Alright no issues as of yet they were able to source parts and attempt to repair unit. There mechanic then spent 4.5 hrs (at most 2hr job) to replace the power steering pump to no avail with the technician telling the driver that he had never changed one before and was unsure of what he was doing the end result being a power steering leak and an engine oil leak. Was then advised they could tow the unit to there shop to complete the repair correctly as there tech could not do it in the parking lot where the truck was located. Over all we ended up with a truck not repaired and down for 24hrs an over priced bill in which we were charged a service call fee twice on and had to contact another company to complete the job. Bottom line if you are stuck anywhere near Buffalo this is not the place to call they send inexperienced people to repair and want to upsell to a tow.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I had 2 flats company tells me it s gonna be around 700 to come and do the repair. I had one spare and bought a tire from them. Before they come out I pay 200 dollar deposit. I get back the invoice and pay the 727.99. I call 3 days later because I didn t get my deposit back. And now it s a non refundable deposit of 200 dollars that they sneak in at the end. Now I m with a 900 dollar total. Don t call over priced for a road side tire repair. If I knew that from the start I would have went with someone else.Service: Tires

I had another outfit come out for 24hr repair . they installed the wrong starter for my semi. And these guys were great figured out the problem very quickly. And the boss and his employees were very attentive and nice to deal with. Not only did i get back on the road same day. But they took the time to do a good job . this is defiantly a place i will be back to if i need a repair done in buffalo NY

Last night we had a truck breakdown. We called them for roadside assistance. For diagnostic they charged us $522 and offered to tow it for $800. We agreed.. at the end they charged us $1600 for the towing. Absolutely unprofessional. NOT RECOMMENDING THEM AT ALL.STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!Service: Long distance hauling
