I was referred to Marks by Firestone where I take my car for repairs. I was looking for a passenger side sun visor and could only find one for the driver's side. So I sent a text to Marks to enquire & they were very prompt in returning my text. They said they would get back to me as soon as they found one, which they did. I asked the approximate cost & they sent me an email with the the quote & would let me know when it came in.They were very professional & so nice. I will definitely use them again & anyone who has any need for auto parts please look them up, you will not be disappointed!Diane

These people are the rudest a-holes I've ever spoken to. They are over-priced, shady and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Spend your cash elsewhere, these douches do not deserve to even remain in business,

I purchased a Ivory leather center console for a 04 Honda Accord for a very good price . The item was intact in almost new conditions and operable . Excellent service order in the middle of the week and received prompt on Saturday. That s what I called excellent customer service.I spoke over the phone with Alex about the console and he was very knowledgeable about the console I was inquiring about . He told me it is exactly what I see in the pictures . That s all I needed to know and I made the purchase.

I was looking for the hatch mounted portion of the taillight on my 2017 Cruze. I emailed on a Sunday night and got a prompt response Monday morning. I confirmed the desire to purchase, paid, and they shipped the same day. Honestly the experience couldn't have been much better or fluid. It seems they have a great team out at Mark's!

I purchased a transmission here, they had it pulled and ready the next morning. I am not sure the name of the guy who I worked with but he was so helpful and kind. Fantastic customer service! I am very, very happy with Mark's Auto Parts!

I bought an engine from them on eBay, the engine was installed a couple weeks after it was delivered, two months later the engine started knocking and died, I tried communicating with marks auto parts and they did want to honor their 90 day warranty even though it was under warranty, and now I lost $1400 in an engine and my car is non running again

Openly hostile and argumentative over a part that they sent out with an issue, at the very mention of the issue they berated me and blamed it on us installing it wrong when we hadnt even tried to install it yet, awful business practice.edit:After Connor called me back we were able to calmly and civilly discuss the issue. And most likely the problem occured in shipping, I consider this matter resolved

Dan Marks is a standup business person! I purchased an engine, transmission and transfer case from him. Upon inspection the transmission had a crack in the housing at one of the crossmember mounting points. I contacted him and he credited me more than the cost to swap the cracked housing with my old housing! Thanks for taking care of your customers! I would definitely recommend his business to everyone I know!

I recently ordered a used engine for a Toyota Camry from Marks Auto Parts and was absolutely disappointed. The ordering process was pleasant and the engine arrived quickly but after checking it over I found the engine to be completely sludged from the valve cover to the oil pump pick-up tube. I called to discuss the matter and was met with a very unprofessional response from "Mark". He returned my call with immediately saying "what do you want to know" and chuckling and asking if i knew the engine was 16 yrs old, which is irrelevant if the engine was maintained properly. This engine should have never been sold or at the very least fully disclosed to the buyer. He never apologized, or offered any kind of act of goodwill to make the situation right. I decided to kind the engine and rebuild before installing in my customer's vehicle, at least I'm a Certified Toyota technician and not the average person that would've been completely screwed. Would HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND this recycler.

Bought an Automator that didn t work so they clearly don t check to see if it actually works before you buy it paid 175$ to get it put in and it did not work so I called marks to see what they can do for me and basically they told me I was at a lost because they have nothing to do with the labor. Hands down the worst place to do business with

Worst place ever i bought a motor for my trailblazer an they sold me 3 junk motors before i got a good 1 an ive only had this motor for 4 months an it has a knock i called them back an said theres nothing they can do an said good luck id never fo here again
