My family and I have been coming here for over 5 years and every visit is top notch. I ve purchased a car from them and it was a great decision! The staff is very knowledgeable and very welcoming. I can t imagine going anywhere else and would recommend this place to everyone!

I`ve been going to Liberty Auto shop for about 13 years, I am so happy with the service I got there,Firas, his dad, and Ibrahim, they always being honest to me, fixing my car, my wife`s and my sons cars in good prices and on time, Also we do our annual inspections over there, many times I sent my friends and family members to them and they were so happy with their services as well,I dont go anywhere else regarding any car issues, I am highly recomended Liberty Auto shop.

I bought a chevy pickup from them inspected and said it was perfectly fine with nothing wrong with it i find out s month later it has a cracked frame and they would not take the car back or reimburse me some of my moneyThat car should have never passed nys inspection to be able to be sold ,and it is a personal vehicle not commercial like you claim and if i caused it why would you fix it and get it welded and how did you pass the nys inspection

I've used this dealer now three times, First was for myself, Second was for my wife, And third was to upgrade the first car. Great used auto dealer. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The prices are always better than the national average. Also if you need some work done after the purchase they are to help.

Buying a car is really a challenge to me because I have never driven and owned a car in my life before purchasing it from Liberty Auto Plus. I was overwhelmed by non-expert friends' advices and googling the tips to buy a car. All my problems or confusion was cleared by the great service of Liberty. LIberty Auto Plus is the most reliable and trust-worthy dealer as the salepersons are patient, kind and professional and most importantly: sincerety and quality assurance. I recommend you to buy a brand new car with zero mile, otherwise, I highly recommend you to go to only Liberty Autho Polus for the uesed cars. I gurantee you 100% of your satisfaction for the money you spend.

The car shop is a joke . Committing all typesOf fraud just to make a quick buck . They have no professionalism or care to help fix issues that were brought to light . This business needs to be invested and I highly urge you to find another shop and stop Buying cars from them because you will regret it

This company sold us a 2015 Range Rover knowing they car had problems, we took it to them 3xs to fix issue, this company wanted to save money by saying they purchased and replaced coils on vehicle.They lied........Abraham will give you the whole honesty face to get you to believe them......But we have proof coils we're never replaced, we took it to a certified mechanic and have receipts of coils bedding replaced because they were old. So moral of the story is they wanted to save 200 out their pocket, but now will spend over 10k to prove their point in Court.BBB WILL BE NOTIFIED TODAY AS WELL.

I've come here over the past few years for car maintenance / basic repairs and have never had any issues. Feras does a fast and high quality job with anything needed. His prices are extremely fair and lower than other shops I've talked to. I also bought my first car here (2002 Toyota Camry) before I was passed down another car by a relative and it was the best car for its value that I found in the online market. He was honest with its background and details and I had no issues with the car driving it out the lot and the months ahead. I'm glad to be a loyal customer here and don't ever see myself going anywhere else!

Purchased a new car from ibrahim at liberty auto plus and it was hands down the quickest and most comfortable transaction I ve ever had. I just got back from a 16 road trip with the vehicle I purchased and it did great it is in awesome shape

I purchased a jeep Cherokee from them in May been having problems every since I purchase the jeep and still having problems with a Jeep. Their customer service is A1 but as far as purchasing a great car, good luck

This was the fastest and most simple dealership that I ve worked with. Feras was a pro and got me approved in 30 min.Very solid and clean vehicles and I m extremely happy with my new Malibu!!

I stood by my son on a purchase of a vehicle they talked a good game about selling vehicles of quality.My son had a check engine light come on before a month and the exhaust was an issue. But of course it was not covered under their warranty.I don't like when you change the game after you sell a product.So this is one way to inform buyers to beware they may sell good cards and bad ones too but you should never deceive customers. That is my main reason for this post because the didn't respect their word about selling quality vehicles and takecare if any issues . They gave my son. The true brush off beware buyers beware!

Honestly these guys are the best. Feras and his dad probably most respectful caring guys I ever dealt with when it comes to the car business. I bought my car from here 4 years ago and paid a great price. Ever since then I ve been coming for all my oil changes and inspections. Trust me I highly recommend these guys. Stop by

Feras was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I've never felt more trust for a car salesman and that's hard to come by. He helped my boyfriend and I get a nice reliable car for a decent price that we can afford the monthly payment on. He's up front and honest about any issues with the vehicles and worked very well with our credit situation. This is the very first car I've bought and I'm glad he was there to guide us in the right direction. Highly recommend!!

TL;DR: came for installation of a new starter but they were caught attempting to install a refurbished starter.Spoke on the phone with Lorenzo Jr., who is the son of Liberty Auto Plus's owner. I made clear to Lorenzo Jr. that I ONLY want a new starter and asked him for a price including installation. I said the price he quoted was a bit high so he asked me for my desired price to which I said $350. He agreed.During the 2.5hr installation beginning at 7pm, I watched intently since it's a new mechanic and trust needs to be earned. When he was ready to install my starter at 1.5hrs into the job, I saw that he was attempting to use a refurbished starter. I immediately pointed it out and he became flustered when scrambling for an excuse.At this point, as my car laid disassembled in Lorenzo Jr.'s garage, the tow truck driver took me to Auto Zone nearby and I purchased a new starter. Lorenzo Jr. then installed the new starter and I paid him $160 for his labor (including $50 for the tow).

This is a great auto shop ! I just purchased a Honda Insight from them and love it. The car was clean inside and out and they even paid the tax. I also had a Cadillac DeVille I wanted to sell and it needed some work. Ferris and his dad were fast , professional, and did fantastic work at an extremely reasonable price. I highly recommend them for sales and service they cannot be beat!!!

I have been taking my Saturn into this shop since my Dad recommended them to me. The owners are amazing, and have never turned me away, no matter the time of day. I once had an emergency with a gas line leaking a severe amount of gas all over the place and it was after hours. I called and without hesitation, the owner met me at the shop so I could drop off my car and he worked on it first thing the next day. Their prices are beyond comparable to other shops in the area, and now I bring my boyfriends car into them too after a horrible experience with another local shop. I have never had to bring my car back after their mechanics work their magic, and will not hesitate to buy a car from them when it is time to trade mine in. I highly recommend this shop based on my over two years experience with them, and sincerely thank them for all the hard work they put into my car.

I was leaning towards purchasing a vehicle here and intended to get in touch with these guys the following day after test driving it. A sudden opportunity came up that morning to purchase a vehicle a little bit more suitable for entry and access for my senior mom so I had to hurry and go for that one instead. However, I wanted to at least give them a good review for being very helpful, very nice and polite. No pressure tactics and I could tell they were genuine. I'll be looking for a second vehicle in the summer and I will check out their inventory when I can afford it. Sorry it didn't work out but it had nothing to do with the service here. Thanks, guys.

I am very particular about my vehicle and who I trust to work on it. Liberty auto plus is the ONLY place I trust to work on my vehicle. Their pricing always beats every other shop ! It is a family owned and operated business that I have found extremely honest and very reliable. I recommend this shop highly, I have been using them for years for repairs...And when you are done making repairs on your old car and are ready for a new one, they have a LOT of really nice cars for sale as well. After one visit to Liberty Auto Plus you will not want to take your car anywhere else !

Feras and his Dad are two of the coolest people in the world. My family has purchased multiple vehicles from them. They offer really affordable prices and a great mechanic shop. Its worth it to do business with them, they go above and beyond to save us money and to provide excellent service. I would definitely recommend to check them out!!!!!! :)

Purchased a Jeep from these guys very easy to deal with the car was very clean, they were very straight forward about the car, didn t try to hide anything or doll the car up and even let my mechanic come by and check out the car for me and found no issues. Very easy going guys and fair with negotiations. Would recommend these guys.

I bought my first car at this place and have had an amazing experience. The service there is great and they work with you financially which is also a plus. The environment is good and I was treated very well. Feras helped me through everything and I have never trusted anybody more with a first car. Great place.

It was the last day to get my car inspected without getting a fine from New York State. I couldn t get free from work until after 4:00 PM. I asked at several garages about getting an inspection done, but they all told me it was too late in the day. I was driving down Grant Street around 5:00 PM, when I noticed there was an inspection sign on the Liberty Auto Plus shop. As I drove in I could see that they were closing down and getting ready to leave. I asked about an inspection anyway. The attendant asked if I could come back the next day. When I explained that it was the last day that I could get the car inspected, the man agreed to stay late and do the job. He did a thorough inspection, checking the entire car out. My car passed and didn t need any work. The man just charged me the standard fee and refused to let me give him anything for the inconvenience my late request caused him. Liberty did the job even though it meant that the attendant had to stay late for a guy who was not a regular customer. He did the inspection correctly and only would take the standard fee. These guys are good; they are honest and were willing to help out a stranger. Next time I need any work done on my car or want to buy a used car, I am going to this shop.
