The guys are always amazing in explaining things and making sure you are safe. Ultra friendly and respectful. They care that you do what is needed, not doing unnecessary things, and explain before they do things so you know you are getting what you need.Great quality of work. They do it all! From patching exhaust to getting new tires and everything in between.I grew up in a shop and my dad was a mechanic so I am picky with trusting my car to people (especially with things I could do myself) . 100% this shop has earned my trust and business. I don't want to bring my car to anyone else.

What can I say that I haven't said already...these guys Stanley, Rick and the other young mechanic are absolutely hands down the Best experience I've had with a repair shop business in all of Buffalo and the surrounding areas. They have all the areas covered when it comes to business, safety, repairs and sincere honesty about you & your vehicle. They ROCK!

Rick, Stan, and staff are simply the best in the business. I've been to quite a few auto shops in the area and nobody is better than Kenton Import. I trust them to keep my 2008 Subaru WRX on the road. They do great work with reasonable prices and never overcharge. They even take the time with me on the phone to explain necessary repairs and things that can wait until future visits.Recently I broke my wrist and couldn't drive stick, so I borrowed my Dad's car. Of course I started getting a horrible grinding noise coming from the driver's side front tire on the way to work. Even though Kenton was slammed, they fit me in the same day and fixed the car! I can't say enough good things.

I always take my 2002 Subaru there. They are excellent, reasonably priced and the most honest auto repair shop I have ever dealt with. Highly recommend them for all auto needs. Great group of guys.

I was driving to work the other day when it was like 12 degrees outside. Half way to Praxair, my car couldn't do the highway speed limit without making this crazy shimmy that felt like the front end had a serious issue. It scared me but I was closer to work than to home...plus my favorite mechanic is right around the corner from the office. So I slowed down and kept going...strait to Ken Ton auto shop!Rick, the regular face and voice over at Ken Ton's, said he was swamped...but he would fit me in. I could see that they were busy because it was only 9 AM but already there was hardly a place to park.They listened to my story and asked questions to get the details about what was wrong with the car. Later that day.. Rick said I needed two tires and a to balance the others. I wasn't so sure that was going to fix my shake and strange noises.. But after coming to these guys for years I learned to trust them. I trust them to do a thorough inspection when my car is on the lift, to make the correct diagnosis and to give me a fair price on the service.Once again Rick and the Ken Ton team came through. I drove home that night feeling like I had a new car again. I was so happy and I really appreciated the fix! The guys at Ken-Ton are life long career mechanics; they are the real deal. They will tell you like it is...but always treat you fairly. What more can you ask? Ken Ton is a rare find these days I suggest you try them out.

Stan, Rick, and Andy run one of the best auto shops in WNY. Absolute professionals who can fix literally any vehicle quickly and at a tremendous value. It's one of those shops you love walking into.
