We had a very very poor experience with this company when it came to ordering parts/installing a plow. We waited 46 days for parts to come in only to find out the part we were waiting for (the mount) was in stock the entire time. We were told we wouldn t be charged any more for the inconvenience only to find out they kept my card info and charged me almost $1,300 additional. Very piss poor customer service. Compared to other companies I have worked with I would never recommend this company.

Semi truck driver. Careful if your deliver and pick-up here. Here is not respect and don't care about your time. I deliver truck body here. I going in office. He said park in road. And they don't know how long .unloading me. Careful

I blew a hydraulic line on my Fisher snow plow and I was 45 minutes from home but only 3 miles from Kaminski's. Even though they were busy, they were able to get my truck in and replace the necessary hose. Very friendly and professional.

Mounted a new dump body on my 550 cab and chassis and painted it. They did a terrific job, and the whole process was great from looking at a body to buying the complete set up. Terrific place to deal with.

Absolutely poor customer service!! Thanks for the call back JOE! 5 TIME'S & NO CALL! THEY PUT MY ARTIC BACKPLOW ON TOO HIGH!! I had another reputable company universal spring PUT on the CORRECT HEIGHT TO ARTIC SPECS!! VERY INCOMPETENT IN THE SHOP!! RUN AS FAST YOU CAN AWAY FROM THESE CON-ARTISTS!! NEXT IS BBB!

The guys behind the counter are funny as hell! It's always a blast just listening to them convers with one another. If you buy a bunch at once they help out with better prices.

Too many years to count doing business with the family. Your service and counter person's are like your family. Will continue to patronize until somthing better comes along. ( i doubt it anytime soon. )

This is a great place to get all your truck needs snow plows and other equipment. The owners and their sons are great people and if they can't do the job themselves they will point you in the right direction and not ask for any percentages from the place that they had sent you

I bought a 2016 ford 550 dump from Delacy Ford in Elma and they brought it over to have them put on running boards and wheel covers. Someone took off two lug nuts on each tire to put wheel simulators on let it go out the door "Chris " came out to my shop and said he will have the lugs there the next day and I waited all day and nothing. HUGE safety problem. I guess my life is not important to these people
