To get started the reviews are what brought me to this shop. My girlfriend s 2014 Dodge Caravan had the engine light on for over a month with the same code showing for the catalytic converter. TRAVIS was whom I dealt with the entire time, not mechanic to mechanic around the shop so he knew exactly what we were tackling. In short, what a lot of other shops/mechanics saw as A lot of work and useless to get done . From start to finish, Travis made sure I was in the loop and explained exactly what was wrong hands on. Others didn t wanna take the time to do the work. He got it done in less than 2 weeks and the cost was less than all of the others who didn t even wanna deal with the problem. I thank you Travis and the IN Collision & Auto team for the hospitality and great all around service. I also waited a month to post this review and the check engine light is still off running nice and smoothly. If you re in the area and need work done, it s worth the visit.

My partner was recently involved in a minor fender-bender where another driver rear-ended her. Thankfully, no one was injured and the damage was relatively minor. The other driver's insurance assumed fault for the accident and I went through the process of filing a claim.IN Collision & Auto Repair introduced me to an entirely different side of the automotive customer service industry. Not only were they the only auto shop that was able to work on my car the same month, but they had me bring the car in the very same day that I called them for a quote. Scott and his team handled everything with the insurance, including billing them for more than they originally quoted and extended my rental car for roughly three weeks. He gave me a full tour of the shop and was extremely accommodating throughout the entire process. I have very little knowledge of cars, but he took time to explain every little detail.Not that I want to get into another accident, but if I did, Scott and his team would be the first people I'd take my car to. They will make every single effort to repair your vehicle to pre-accident condition and will do all the work with the insurance company. I loved the customer service so much, that I plan to get all of my maintenance work done with them as well.

IN Collision has won our family over. We were referred by a friend when we needed collision repair and they went above and beyond what was expected. Scott kept us updated and handled all insurance claims. It made an otherwise stressful situation made very smooth. We love their customer service and appreciate their monthly newsletter with coupons for oil changes etc. I would recommend for regular service and collision repairs.

I just had my car repaired by IN Collision, and I am very pleased! My car dealership said it would take about 30 days for them to repair it, but I worked with Scott at IN Collision, and he got the work done in a week and at a fair price! Scott was very professional and courteous, and he kept me informed of the work as he went along. It s nice feeling comfortable taking my car to this repair shop!

I came in to this shop with a pretty bad collision. My situation was a bit complex because I had just gotten the vehicle 3 months prior and could not afford a Total Loss as I was going through insurance.Scott worked with the insurance company and was able to get to a solution where they would be able to make repairs but they would have to leave out the bumper (which wasn t too bad at all). I just took what I could get since my main concern was not having a vehicle to drive.When I came to pick up my vehicle it looked AMAZING ! It was a COMPLETE repair WITH THE BUMPER INCLUDED. Not only did this occur but to top it off I received an UNBELIEVABLE discount with my deductible thanks to the work and effort of Scott. He not only did what was needed, he went above and beyond in every single other aspect from fighting nail and tooth with the insurance company to assuring I drove away safely. I cannot thank Scott and the rest of the team over at IN Collision for their professionalism, work ethic and welcoming atmosphere

After Sammy's Collision had picked my Hyundai up because someone had tried to steal it and caused a lot of damage. Sammy's tried to convince me I had mechanical issues which I knew wasn't true because I'm a stickler for keeping up with maintenance on my vehicle. Scott with IN picked my car up and fixed the vandalism and did good work. A couple days later I took it back to replace a headlight bulb. Scott told me the bulb was now working and if he had to change it he would have to take the BUMPER off. I had the bulb replaced at another shop in less than ten minutes. Besides this incident, they did a good job on the vandalism and repairing my car in a timely manner. To give them a one star review wouldn't be fair so I've changed it.

Simply the best shop in Buffalo. Trustworthy and professional. Fantastically detailed estimate and conformation process. The kindest customer service ive ever experienced. Top quality work and at an honest price point. Cant say enough about how great they are.

I FINALLY FOUND THE BEST AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR SHOP!!!I've been to a lot of auto repair shops and had my share of being taken advantage of as I'm sure we all have.. This place is amazing.... Very honest, very fair., very professional yet very personable. The waiting area very clean and they are attentive to every detail.. work done as promised.. Heck they even cleared up any messes..THANK YOUI will DEFINITELY take my vehicle to them from now on.Thanks everyone GREAT JOB

I have been to this shop twice and both times have been an absolute pleasure. Jodene in the front office is always so nice and explains everything really well. The waiting area is nice and clean and I feelComfortable waiting there for my car. I also never feel like they are pressuring me into services and their prices are great. We own and have a well maintained1989 Dodge Dakota truck since it's purchase new in 1989. During August of 2017 we incurred a 50 mph head-on collision. The at fault driver had suffered a stroke. Miraculously we weren't injured. After a thorough search of various collision shops in the Buffalo, NY area we selected IN Collision. Our initial contact was with Sam Padaglea. He was enthusiastic, and had a "can- do" prompt attitude. Our initial face to face meeting with Sam, DJ (Donald), Nick, and owner Ilya Nezgovorov was one of uncommon positive character and trust. Within 24 hours they had the vehicle towed to their shop, disassembled, and promptly provided an estimate. The shop professionals over the next few weeks completed an amazing first class restoration. Each follow up inquiry of the progress reinforced our trust and their professionalism. Much of this time was spent locating acceptable used parts for the 1989 Dodge. The day after we retained possession we drove cross country to Fl. without incident. We are most grateful for their efforts and would highly recommend them for their professional services and ethics. Really great work, these guys go above and beyond the call of great service. I've never had any complaints with the work they've done to my truck. Travis does a great job keeping me updated on what's going on !! Prices are reasonable as well! I refer IN Collision to all family and friends.

There are not enough good things I can say about IN Collision! As a woman who doesnt know much about cars, I have been taken advantage of by auto shops many times. But at IN Collision, I feel safe and confident. The team at IN Collision is very friendly, knowledgeable, and they break down the information in a way that I can understand. The waiting room is also very clean and comfortable. I will never take my car anywhere else.

The team at this shop is awesome. My daughter and I were just passing through the area, 300+ miles from home, and needed a major repair. It was a few days before a holiday against a weekend, which would have severely delayed me if they would have taken my BMW in. Somehow they squeezed me in, helped me with a rental car, and saved our vacation. If I lived in the area, IN Collision would be my go to shop.

My first time here. Awesome friendly people. Took my truck in for front end replacement, which turned out like brand new , then I needed an oil change & inspection. Great work. They went above & beyond what I expected. They even detailed my truck. I d give 10 if it were available. This is my new go to auto shop since my other one closed down. May 31, 2023: I took a shot in the dark when I wanted some work on my car. There's dozens of shops in Buffalo, NY and it's hard to find a solid shop you can swear by.I took my 14' Toyota Camry in to check out a sound (I guessed fan belt) and was close enough.The phone almost never takes longer then a handful of rings and I was able to make an appointment and come in within a day. The staff were/are very professional, respectful and accomodating.The office area is extremely organized and clean, and the waiting area is stacked with water, coffee and comfortable places to wait for awhile.When my diagnostic was completed, I was shown a printout of what needed to be repaired and given a detailed explanation of why/what/how the issue happened. There was also a detailed breakdown of the price.Later that day, "Jodene" who works at the front office, called me to advise they found a water leak and strongly advised to repair, which I did.Jodene called me with regular updates on what was going on with my car and reported all new issues to me, even having it lifted/driven numerous times (which was verified by remote startup notifications). Jodene was extremely polite, professional and respectful.I picked up my vehicle and the sound went from lawn mower to a quiet hum, sounded brand new. Highly recommended to all who are looking for a group of professional and friendly people to trust.June 1, 2023: My vehicle was struck in a Hit & Run. Having dealt with this shop before, I wanted to use them again. I brought it back for this repair and was able to make an appointment to drop it off and "Scott" from the Collission team was very empathetic, professional and helpful.Based on what I seen/heard, I am sure the damage (Driver side: Rear Bumper, Fender, Frame & Passenger front right bumper detachment) will be fixed and It will look brand new.Updates on that.On top of the professional and respectful staff, they examined my car from top to bottom, reporting any rust or possible mechanical/electrical issues (not to be confused with a NYS Safety Inspection). They even detailed the interior and exterior. That's just a solid business model.Overall, I give everything a five star, this is the best shop I have dealt with so far. Been going to them several years and though I hate needing their services they have been the best in WNY. Prices are fair if not the lowest when I compare. Quality of work is superb and backed by lifetime paint warranty. I had fixed my Tesla twice there that erased my accidents and back to original pristine. Love working with Scot but everyone I have encountered are friendly and knowledgeable. Trying not to get into car accident but I know where to go to when life throws me one. Thanks guys!!
