Superior Service and Customer service is on point! Great family owned business and group of guys! I ve bought these guys breakfast twice and they ve delivered and then some! $4500 of repairs done for $600 and timely!

I needed a good amount of work done to pass my inspection. They were very efficient and reasonably priced. The owners helped me and were very friendly, they explained the problems in a way that I could understand without condescending me. I recommend this place for sure.

Just wanted to give a shout out to some great people who really helped me out. On my way home from Canada to Pittsburgh my car engine light came on while waiting in line at the border crossing. Not knowing where to go, I was lucky enough to take the right exit off I-190 where I spotted Granata & Sons. The problem turned out to be a thermostat that needed to be replaced. Found them to be competent, courteous and gracious enough to offer to share their pizza lunch with me. Can't say enough about them. They got me back on the road in a matter of a few hours at a reasonable cost. Don't know what I would have done had I not found them.P.S. They have a really comfortable couch in the waiting area that really made the wait less of a strain.Service: Engine repair

I took my truck to get serviced because my heat was out. I also brought a new thermostat in case that was the problem (to save time from ordering or having to get the piece) they fixed my thermostat for $150 and then turned around and informed me that the thermostat was not the problem. They referred me to another company. I Was told that the heat would at least warm up after 30-40 minutes of the car running. I sat outside for 45 minutes letting the car run before i had to get my son from school. Car never heated up a tad bit . I called and asked to retrieve my old thermostat after being told that it can be tested to see if it was bad, they told me they threw it out in the trash and the trash had been picked up (within 24hours). I just decided to leave a review because i wouldn t recommend taking your car to them (alone) at least have someone knowledgeable of cars for representation and also because I m a young woman and i feel like i was taken advantage of. Waste of time and money car is still freezing

They are awesome. Replaced a timing chain about 6 months ago.Suddenly my car starting making the same noise as before brought it too them.Explained what it might be..Boom 50 bucks oil change and instructions on how that i have to monitor the oil even when I dont drive it.Guys are awesome

Had my girlfriends car fixed there they changed us more than what was agreed & also fixed a extra piece before even asking if we wanted it done! They just out for the money, duh

This place is a huge rip off! Do not get work done here . They charged my bf $750.00 for brakes, rotors, and calipers .. he only went for an inspection . This is sick cuz anywhere else would do it for half that price and they also said he was getting a discount .. so what would the price have been without the discount? Call around to get work done. This place is bad for business.

Granata & sons are the only people I would let touch my car...they are very honest & reasonable & they do a dam good job... every car I have ever had they have worked on & before they do any work on your car they call you & let you know what the problem is and how much it will cost...I love that about them.

If I could rate my experience a zero I definitely would. Took a vehicle I had purchased to them, a week and a half after purchasing, asked them to check fluids, and do a tune up. It was a Saturday...was supposed to get a call by noon to pick up my car. Never received a call. By 1 O'Clock, I decided to go check on the status of my car inly to find the shop closed, my car on the lot with the keys in the ignition and a note on the front seat that read "call me Monday, you have issues". I noticed almost immediately that my temperature gauge was rising to the "hot" area on the gauge. When I called Monday, I was told I have a head gasket leak and that it would cost $2100 to repair, but they would give me a discount if I paid in cash. From the time of purchase until the time I took my vehicle to them, not once did the temperature gauge rise above normal...after getting it back from them, it starts rising and overheating. With their so called discount, I paid $1600 for the repair. They are scam artists and thief's. I believe they run an "honest" business for family and friends, but anyone else they can rip off, they will.

A family owned and operated shop, feels more comfortable supporting local business like this rather than some huge faceless corporation. I have been going to Granata & Sons for years. They have always performed with excellent service, quick responses, honest answers, and friendly workers.

Takes advantage of seniors. Price gouge parts by double. The son tried charging my sister 2 1/2 hours ($200) to instal light bulbs? Literally takes 15 minutes. She wasnt having it, so he called his father and dropped the price to $15! Im sure the positive reviews are from family & friends.

750 for breaks rotors drums amd calipers will run you up 600 just for the front end if its a 4wd truck. And we live in buffalo salt and hard water ciezes the drums amd rotors on which csn take hours to remove. Yiu actually got a great price. They are honest and work with you. I go eveytime bc ik the quality is worth it. They also cover warranties free of charge if its a manufacture defect. Go to s dealer amd u would prepaid under 2grand. Granata is my number one all day.

Nice little place, they seemed very knowledgeable there, I just needed a smoke test done on the Evap system and they had no problems finding the faulty part, the only reason they didn t get a 5 star rating is because they charged me $100 to just do the test, didn t even have to turn a wrench, yeah, yeah, I know it is a business.
