INCREDIBLE COMPANY. I had Safelite replace my windshield back in March literally a month ago, they quoted $350 on the phone and hit me with a bunch of sneaky charges at the end, the total was over $450. GrimyI wish I would have called around, when I broke it again a month later, I called Glass America, they quoted $300 on the phone, when it came time to pay they only charged me $275!Beautiful job, the guy "Paul" they sent who's from North Tonawanda is the best tech I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I get chewed down nowadays by all the sneaky grimy corporations that are always trying to take more. Glass America was a refreshing experience and they gave me hope for humanity again.

I got a quote for a windshield and then when I called back to order it and make appointment they said they could not do it now as they didn't want to do it at my house close by instead of upholestry shop.

Fast service, and was able to get me in the next day. Even though my glass was broken in a traumatic way, the manager made me feel better about it.

I had my windshield replaced 45 minutes they were done they also were 600 dollars cheaper than safe flight. Work was done very well,nice customer service I will never go anywhere else but here for glass repairs.

Great customer service. 100% recommend Glass America.Had to have my cracked windshield replaced, super smooth experience, much better than the company the insurance company tries to direct you to.

The gentleman by the name of ROB (Jamestown, NY) was so kind enough to travel back to replace my windshield after I missed the appointment scheduled this morning for sleeping through my alarm! You have a valuable employee and the company is very lucky to have someone who cares and takes pride in their work. I hope he gets the recognition that is deserved because it does not look like an easy job whatsoever! ROB, Thank you so much again for your business. :)
