Took my car here where my insurance told me to take it. My front bumper was damaged took them about a week to fix no problem. Went to pick my car up and the front bumper was fixed but I can still tell where they put the bumper on but didn t align the top with the bottom not to much of a big deal but you would think for 1800 and change I shouldn t be able to tell let alone still see a damage on my car.Service: General repairs & maintenance

1 Star is not even deserved but I had to pick to post this.Let me tell about this place (Hertel location) straight to the point DO NOT GO THERE!!! My car was towed on 4/22 yes it was a Saturday so understandably I did not hear anything until the following week from my insurance adjustor. No communication from Gerber AT ALL until I had to call them every week to get an update. I heard more from the place I rented my car from. Well week after week same story different excuse telling me what I wanted to hear or they would update me weekly Nope not at all. Asked to speak to the manager and she was no help at all either. I met my max on my rental you think they would help cover the rental or at least some of it since now I am paying out of pocket. Again, nope did not offer any kind of concern what so ever. 8 weeks later I have my car back but they left all the parts from the accident in my trunk. Unprofessional, rude, and lack of communication. Save your self a trip and go elsewhere. The only nice people at this location are the receptionist and Mike.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

Great work done. My 2011 car looks brand new! A few communication issue at first but that may have been on me. Hopefully it s not needed but I ll definitely be back if I m ever in need of more collision work!

It was so nice to drop my Vehicle off and have a rental car ready as well as I was informed of the repair process and what steps they would take. I would recommend Carubba to anyone. They made my accident less stressful. I also want to thank Irene for all the help she gave me with updates as well as making sure I had my baby (truck) back in a timely manor.

They tried to over charge me $650 for breaks & $90 for an oil change? You tried to take advantage of a female bringing in her car. My car 2019 vehicle didn't need full brake lines and routers like they tried to say I needed. Thankfully I called another place who did it for 1/4 of the price and only changed my brake pads because they're honest unlike this shop. Do not recommend unless you're okay with high prices and being stolen from.

Amazed at how fast my vehicle was repaired and how it came back looking better than it was pre-damages. The Carubba experience was great and very simple. Their instant updates on progression made was great, and their outstanding communication left me no reason to call and check up on it. Also their calculations of costs and labor were sent in a private link via text which were very user friendly. Would recommend to anyone.

Wonderful team. They do excellent work. I will always bring my car to them. They went above and beyond. Their customer service is perfection, thank you Lesa. Peter and Aaron team made sure my car was ready when promised. Thank you to everyone who made my experience a happy and satisfied one.

They were absolutely fantastic. The manager Bill Sherwood was so helpful and met everyone of my expectations. The people behind the desk were super friendly and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. I absolutely will be going back and I will recommend to my friends!

Carubba scheduled an appointment with me the very next day after my car was hit. They very courteous and explained to me what I should expect from them regarding the repairs. They sent me updates via email of their progress and their expected finish date. The repairs were to my satisfaction. I will recommend others to Carubba.

People are super friendly! My car was hit by another person and I was confused on what to do. The people at Carubba made it very easy and explained the whole process to me. They helped me with the rental and sent me on my way. During the process kept me up to date with my car and shortly returned it looking new!

The service I have received from the representatives, especially Lisa Elvers, has been exceptional. They fixed my car within 4 business days and they texted and called me with updates through out the process. I highly recommend them!

This was my first accident and I had a ton of anxiety about the entire situation. Irene was extremely helpful and made me feel comfortable and confident. She made the whole situation easy with the least amount of stress possible. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. You couldn't even tell that my car was hit after I got it back. The work they did was excellent!

Irene the receptionist is amazing. She is a big reason why I would recommend this place. They returned my car with no gas at all to me and scrapped off my delta sonic sticker but other then that I am extremely satisfied. They went above and beyond my expectations!

Great and honest customer service. Had my vehicle looking brand new, and my interior well cleaned. They always kept me informed on my vehicles progress. Hands down the best collision shop i have been to thus far. Highly recommend!

I took my care here due to a hit and run accident. The staff were very nice and knowledgeable. They contacted me by call and text every day they had my car to give me updates on the work they were doing. I am very pleased with the work they did.

Everything was great! Lesa Elvers made sure I knew where I stood during the whole process, gave me updates when I needed them. Very smooth process, and my truck looks amazing. Highly recommend Lesa and everyone at Carubba!

Going to a mechanic shop is never something to look forward to, and yet, I know the next time I need one, I'll go to Carubba Collision. Their professionalism, courtesy, and customer care far exceeded my expectations. The staff is efficient and thorough making the process a breeze. If you have a problem with your vehicle, and you care about it, take it to Carubba because they will care about it and you too.

Had a great experience. Was hassle free. Less Elvers was more than helpful getting me a rental. It was fast and painless. Recommend to anyone that needs repairs done! Car was perfect!

Quick, courteous service for collision work. My car was hit in a parking lot, (hit & run) and they kept me informed of progress and the girl, who called me telling me my car was ready, waited for me to come pick it up, even though it was past their closing time. She waited to make sure I was satisfied with the work as well. It wasn't just oh hi here's your car, bye! She made sure I was happy with my car.

This was by far one of the easiest experiences I have ever had. I filed a claim with GEICO and took it Carubba on Hertel Ave the next day. Lesa Elvers was really friendly and explained the entire process to me, and within minutes I was over to Enterprise Rental Services. Aimee Waligoria and Lesa walked me around the car, and let me know about the claims process. They took my phone number and within 10 minutes I received my first text letting me know where my car was within the process. I will have to say that having a GEICO rep on site was awesome, and she made it super easy. I really expected a lot of hassle, and my blood pressure went right down.The gentleman from Enterprise was really friendly and had me in a Ford Edge in about 15 minutes. I have two disappointments with the rental car. First, it had a giant scratch on the driver front and the right passenger rear which just seemed odd to be distributed from an auto repair. It was a little embarrassing to have such a long scratch. I was also nervous I would be blamed. Second, I had requested a truck. Though the SUV was amazing to drive, that is what I chose. The SUV was fast and had all the amenities though, and it was fun to drive, so it makes the point moot.My car was ready an hour earlier than expected, and I received a call from Lesa to pick it up (she must work a million hours). Within 5 minutes, my paperwork was signed, deductible paid, and I was in my car. My car was fully washed and cleaned inside and out. I left very happy.I don't ever want to see them again, but I would go back for the amazing service if something happened again.

Lesa was extremely helpful during this stressful time. I was late for my appointment to bring my car in and Lesa was still able to accommodate me immediately and get my car in the shop as well as send me on my way with a rental. Great service.

As usual from start to finish....the best ever! From the time you walk in the door, the front desk girls Leesa and Irene, AMAZING! To the end result. Couldn't ask for anything more always a good experience at Carubba Collision on Hertel ave! Thanks again to the team, you guys are the best!

Carrubba Collision is Awesome, Friendly Employees. They explain in depth detail the work that is being done to your Vehicle. Prompt with updates and time pick up. They detail your Vehicle for you once fixing it, and offer other benefits to assist for further security in driving. I appreciate all of the hard work and help they shared with me.
