This really is unfortunate....came there to get an oil change because we are in buffalo now so ...closer....he was great very nice AWESOME price....a few days later I smelt burning...didn't think to much about it I'm a woman idk about that stuff ...anyway, a few days later the car started acting weird,jumping, vibrating, I called Joe and the other guy informed me he was out of town won't be back until next week..was willing to wait for him and everything....next day...car completely stops!!!! Won't start...starts with a jump as soon as you take cables off stops.....get it towed 150$!!!! This mechanic that I should have just stayed with ,tells me it's the alternator...but how we just put a brand new one in less than a year ago....took his time and found out where the leak was coming from...the oil shaft or pan .....the last person to touch my vehicle was joe! I call Joe...he doesn't want to help or correct what he messed up!!!! So I have a lawyer that will DEFF be in touch!!!!!! My thing is you work on cars you open the hood ....you can tell if there's oil ...when the other guy looked at the car after Joe messed up he said there was oil all overrrrrrrr the car and you can see it!!!! I have my I section paper from when I.did the car a few months ago ,a paper from my mechanic less then 2 months ago showing there were no.leaks!!!!! They will pay for the money we HAD TO PUT OUT!!!! YOU CAUSED LOSS OF WORK,TOW, A NEW PART,LABOR!!!!! OH YEAH IM NOT LETTING THIS ONE GO!This is my alternator now.....this was a BRAND NEW ALTERNATOR!!!!!! and all the oil from his mistake......I would have just settled or offered to fix it bcz now....your Ganna loss a lot more!

Ask for Mike, very polite and his communication is very thorough. He went out of his way to reset my tire pressure readings and ensured all my tires had the correct amount of air. I would highly recommend.Service: TiresService: Tires

Came here to get my brakes changed and oil changed for my 2019 Subaru STI. Mike was very informative and attentive to detail making sure I understand what he will be doing exactly. I appreciated his professionalism and his great quality of work. Definitely coming back and highly recommend

Mike, the guy at this auto shop was very cordial and efficient. Fixed my battery issue within a short time and was detailed in explaining the situation to me. I highly recommend his service. I would rate 0 stars if possible. I wouldn't recommend anyone going here for repairs/inspections. I took my car in for inspection since it was close and I could walk to my work from the shop. They called me hours later saying how my car won't pass inspection and they need to run diagnostics for a 100/hr and once they figure out the problem it would be 100/hr for labor + parts. The guy told he was going to take apart my whole dash because my hazard lights (4ways) wouldn't work. I told them nevermind and Ill pay for the inspection and figure out what was wrong on my own. I get my car home and the very first thing I check were my fuses and behold my hazard fuse is blown. It was a 20 cent fix. Every mechanic knows the very first thing to check when having electrical issues are the fuses. These guys tried to run me up 300-400 dollars because they thought I was young naive kid. They obviously knew what was wrong with my car because the fuse box was open when I got to the shop to pick my car up.

Mikes a great mechanic been coming here for years he recently warranties a power steering pump on my Honda Accord and didn t charge me a dime. Would highly recommend

George's mobile has gone through a tough transition. I'm pretty sure everyone knows Bruce and Steve.. unfortunately bruce and Steve are no longer working and everyone who supports George's knows it's not the same. Fortunately George's son who studied automotive technology is back to help..I'm sure many of you know George's son, Michael. He was always working hard in the garage for a few months under the supervision of Geno, a GM master tech, but left for greater opportunities at larger shops. Well michael is officially back and running the garage. He told me no more diag fees, no more flat rate charges.. He works for you and what you can afford... Ive never been ripped off at George's and would love to hear anyone's stories that feels otherwise. I would highly recommend giving George's a new chance just as I did. Anyone that has any questions or needs any help just call their number and ask for mike... that's all I have to say.

Don't listen to Trenton he has no idea what he's talking about. He's just mad about his pos Volvo. George's warranties all the work done if they dont fix your car you get your money back. Trenton refused work which is fine, but went on ahead to talk poorly for false reasons.

Also would rate 0 stars if I could. I ended up getting a flat and rolling myself to that plaza. Went to the gas station, where they told me this service area could help me. Only to be turned away because they didn t have the supplies to change my tire. IF IM THE ONE with the donut & the jack, what else do you need?! Thankfully I was able get help, no thanks to this place.
