Went in for an inspection. The owner was so rude and unprofessional that I walked out. Went right down the street where I was greeted in a professional manner and received courteous efficient service. Furthermore, Geneva s has a sign outside that advertises $21 for inspection, yet he quoted $40. Went down the street and was charged $21.

Alot of people leave bad reviews for how they act but honestly never understood why it matters they helped me out with a gas leak it's a great place fully recommend it and there rly fast

By far the worst mechanic to go to I would. Not recommend this shop to nobody rude customer service the guy Walt the main person in there talking to anybody how he wants cigarette breath I repeat do not go here very unprofessional

Thursday April 19th I took my car here to get a radiator leak fixed... Friday Morning i picked up my car and noticed that there was a horrible gas leak in the front of my vehicle. Friday after noon I dropped the car off to let them know of their mistake... Saturday morning I picked up my car and Walter told me that my car was all set and good to go... that Saturday morning I took my car to delta sonic (thinking it was fixed) and the delta sonic employees had to tell me to leave because my car was leaking gas in the front and in the back... that Saturday afternoon I took my car back to Geneva s... they did not look at it until Monday... Monday morning I went to pick up my car AGAIN and this time I was told that my car was no longer leaking gas and that access gas was leaking out of the car over the weekend ... so I drove away with my car and decided to get some gas... as I was getting gas I notice that there was STILL a gas leak... I took it back to the shop minutes later and Walter tried his hardest to convince me that there wasn t gas leaking from my car... he lifted my car and tried to prove me wrong... but as Soon as he lifted my car... puddles of gas came out of the fuel lines poured onto the concrete... Walter then stated that he would have my car in perfect condition the next morning (today)... Tuesday April 24 2018 is my fifth time going back to Geneva s to get my car fixed... & it still has a gas leak and it was stalling out randomly when I was driving home. This place is a disgrace... Walter is an idiot... &his daughter is unprofessional... & they have people hanging out in the parking lot like it s some kind of hangout spot. The place is disgusting and they aren t friendly. To anyone reading this do NOT take your vehicle here because they will cause more problems and break multiple other things. The place is ghetto and although I love supporting black businesses... I WILL NEVER support this one EVER again

Walter and his crew are the best fast and dependable service I even came short a couple times and he still did the work and allowed me to bring the rest back he and his shop is needed in our community

Very rude to customers and the parts people they drop off the parts for them. They are always swearing and yelling and throw parts around or back at the people who drop them off and give people attitudes. They always have a cigarette in their hand or mouth while in the shop or in the waiting area even in the customers car and the place is so dirty and unorganized this place Deserves no stars go to a real professional auto shop not this dump

Went there 11/19 for an exhaust repair they put one on but didn't tac weld it to the muffler. I had to go Muffler man which they completed for me for another fee. Well for 1hundred plus dollars I could have waited and let muffler man do it. Lesson learned. Won't be back.

Very, very rude to customers and unprofessional! They said I wouldn t be able to get my car inspected because my tires were bald but they were only dirty. Went to another shop and I passed inspection with flying colors.

I couldn t even get seen because the owner comes wen he wants to back to back days I went to his shop and was the first person there at 8 am jus for him not to show up or show up late wats the point of telling people u open at 8 wen you re not even gonna show up on time I wish I could give 0 stars.
