I needed a some work done and I came in on Sunday 4/7 to schedule an appointment. I was scheduled for 4/9 at 7am. I arrive and am informed that they don't do what I was scheduled for. 1 of 2 things, first, the 2 20 year old goofs behind the counter who scheduled me were indeed as clueless as high school kids and thought the service could be done; Or 2, the 7am guy simply didn't feel like it and referred me to another place on Elmwood. Either way, I'm pissed and will never come back here.

I ran over something in a construction zone and got two flat tires. Less than twelve hours later, I my car was back on the road. I called at 7am, right when they opened. Roland, the service manager, went above and beyond to not only track down the tires and rim I needed but also provided solice during a time of stress. As a young woman, I'm often concerned about shops attempting to pull one over on me. That was the furthest thing that could have happened here. This place is honest. They did not do that. I thought I would be out of a car for a few days, possibly a week. It wasn't even a full day.

Always excellent and honest service. I've never been hassled with upsells and they've consistently taken great care of both my car and my sister's vehicle. They remember us when we come in and keep great record of our previous services. They are also spectacular at fitting in last-minute urgent appointments.

I came in for an oil change with an appointment at 12 it took them over an hour to finish which is a little long for an oil change but nothing I haven t seen before. I was then told I should get some other things done to my which would only take around 45 minutes so I figured that would be fine. The mechanic then began work at 2 I waited until 3:30 double what they predicted before I went up to the front desk to ask what was taking so long. Apparently someone told the mechanic I had left it s now four and I m just getting my car back. Would not come here again

first time i was there i waited in the shop for 3 hours just for them to tell me they cant do it at that time and send me home. This most recent time i had them swap over my winter tires onto my rims. They came back with similar severe damage on 3 outta 4 of my rims. I went back to see if i could get a refund on the service i paid for and they sat there and insisted that they had nothing to do with it. they insisted it was from a bad powder coating job when the rims arent even powder coated. they refused to refund me and lied to my face.

If you want to wait 4 hours for an alignment go here. The 4 hour wait was complimented by the employees vaping at the register.

Made an appointment for 8am car didn t get into the garage until 9:30 didn t get lifted until 10 I was there for my rear brakes it took them 7 HOURS TO DO REAR BREAKS then they said I had a oil leak and that 40 dollars they could find the leak I said okay added that to my break order and guess what THEY COULDNT EVEN FIND THE LEAK BUT STILL CHARGED ME HOW CAN I PAY FOR U TO FIND THE LEAK THEN WHEN U CANT FIND IT YOU SAY SORRY CANT FIND IT BUT WE STILL HAVE TO CHARGE U SO I PAYED CLOSE TO 700 DOLLARS FOR A BREAK JOB THAT TOOK 7 HOURS TO COMPLETE I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE

Worse service ever I went there wheel alignment and they said they will get it done within 45 mins so I left the vehicle there and I came back after 3 hours to pickup the vehicle and saw they didn't do anything at all, they didn't even take the vehicle inside it was there as it was. Then they said they can't do it today. I don't recommend this place for vehicle service.

Had two tires replaced and then my front put on back (FWD car) and they were super quick, amazingly friendly people, clean building, I will say when I made my first appointment they called the day of to tell me that I wouldn t be able to get my car back that day. Since I needed my car I made a new appointment for the following weekend, somehow it didn t go in the system so I had to wait another weekend. HOWEVER, Jay, was super nice and helpful and got me all set up. Working in customer service I know there are computer issues and I think that s all it was. Id still recommend to get your tires done here!

Staff do not provide quotes properly, and the paperwork stated they conducted their courtesy inspection and failed to mentioned I need an oil change and put no service necessary.

Was completely screwed over by a completely incorrect estimate on my 03 civic Si in May 2019.Paid $120 for the estimate, was told that the engine had bad compression on all cylinders and that I needed a new block. Quoted me "over $5000." Towed the car 300 miles down to Tarrytown, NY for a family friend mechanic to take a second look free of charge.The idle pulley on the serpentine belt had a bad bearing. A $30 fix. Compression was fine. The car still commutes daily. No engine issues to speak of. They didn't even bother to TRY and start the car or at least crank the engine, or even take a look at the serpentine belt.This was the most scummy mechanic experience I've ever had. Don't bring any real work here besides your tires. Picture attached is the car that they tried to total over a $30 VISIBLE part.

Horrible service do not go here! I scheduled an appointment for an oil change waited 2 hours just for them to tell me they don t have time to do it that day and I had to go home. I had my friend take off work just so they could help me pick up my car so that I wouldn t have to get a ride share. 5 hours after they opened the next day it was finally ready. I asked for a discount or coupon because of the huge inconvenience and waste of time the day prior. Manager ERIC had the audacity to try to sell me their card. He said the only discount would be if I applied for the card. Or if I Ubered. After the terrible service I am not coming back. Would never get the card and will never come back! If your understaff stop taking appointments or tell me upfront it s going to take days.Service: Oil change

Always fantastic service. As a woman I'm always nervous about being overcharged or oversold on services, but the staff here are great. They talk to me genuinely and are honest about what needs to be done and when and let me make my own decisions about what my car needs.

Our second visit here went way, way better and smoother than our first. They took us in when we called at the last minute, got our car in for the work very quickly, and called us to come pick it up much earlier than we expected. The man at the counter was friendly, personable, responsive, and all around helpful. We had a genuinely great experience today and I'm more than happy to rewrite my older review to say they did an excellent job.

Made an appointment on Friday to have FOUR brand new tires installed on Monday at 10:00 am.. we left the car and they told us a couple hours. After a few calls to then throughout the day.. I was told they sent their tech home at 4:00 and could not get to the tires today! I went and got the car and left the business! Imagine having that sale wrapped up and then leaving because of STUPIDITY.. won t say names but you know who you are and you should count your blessings that this company caters to poor employee representation and has no regard for customer service .. imagine having an appointment at 10:00 am to have tires replaced and THEY DON T DO IT! If this is okay with anyone .. when there are so many other tire distributors.. I wish you the best.. For me customer service and reliability is just as important as the tires you drive on! Let s see how much longer this company can survive at this location with these employees! Very sad and disappointing!Service: Tires

However long they tell you something will take double it. My car STUNK when I finally got it back, even though they were only doing exterior work. The manager was inattentive to his subordinate who appeared to be at his first day at work (no fault of the subordinate, but he was struggling openly with the computer and his manager didn t step in). The manager a) looked unprofessional and messy, even for a shop in sweatpants, socks, and sandals) and spent most of his time chatting with someone who appeared to be his friend about personal matters.What an absolute waste of time. Had I been quoted 4 hours start to finish from the beginning, I would have planned around that. However I was quoted 1-1.5 and I had to call THEM to inquire about the status of my vehicle. Four hours and $730 later I have a migraine from the smell left in my car.Check your bill, too. They attempted to charge me for services/products I did not need or approve, and despite catching erroneous product additions, I missed the fact that I was charged $100 for a wheel alignment when I already paid fully into their lifetime alignment services. Their customer service rep was unable to reach a store manager to issue a refund and now my issue has been escalated.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Dropped off car at 9:00 AM. They never picked up the phone once all day when I was calling for update. Had to show up at 5:30 PM right before they closed or I don t think anyone would have informed me. I like Firestone but this location can never find a decent manager and never reliable. I told the guy clearly what needed to be done and next thing I m asked for $800 for an oil change and windshield whiper rear motor leak. Which apparently took the guy two hours to find even though I clearly explained which one and there s only two to choose from. Overall very disappointing and extremely expensive $$$$$$. I wish I could give 0star. Such a Horrible service. I told them to do what I need. But they tried to over charge me to what it doesn t need to fix. Same thing happened to my girl friend s car. They tried to over charge everything what she doesn t need. She ends up paying what they charge for but they don t do anything and messed up her car. DO NOT GO THERE!

After going to another Firestone on Maple first, which closed a 5. I drove a short distance to the one at 995 Niagara Falls blvd. I had a nail in my tire. They were able to get me in right away, and they had me out in no time. Thank you, Terry and Moises.

Only gave 4 stars for the wait time, even though they offered me to schedule for another day. (4 hours, I was quoted 2). Other than that the service was great! Got 4 new tires. No up sells. No quarrels. Friendly staff.

Absolutely horrendous service! The mechanics in there are scam artists! They take forever to do a basic job, they are disorganized, their management is no where to be found, they are incompetent, they forget things constantly, the only way to get them to work is to come in person and bug them because they never pick up the phone! They took 5 hours to change my battery and then my car broke down very dangerously on the highway the next day and that has never happened to my car before. They charge me for a tow and never show up. I get my car towed there and i drop the key off, the guy says he'd text me and for 4 straight days I get no text. I reach out and he says to call the manager. The manager doesn't answer either! People have jobs! I have to make it to a job interview and my car has been sitting in there probably untouched for over two weeks now and all i need is my alternator replaced! Do NOT come to this place. They will try to charge you for their mistakes, not own up to their mistakes, and then take forever to 'fix' your vehicle. I hope this place gets shut down because no one here deserves a job, they are all incompetent. They are a danger to the community.Service: Electrical repair

Brought my car here a few times. first time my tire had to be replaced but they recommended that I replace only one tire and not two, second time I went there for an oil change, took a very long time and when I got it back I drove it for a couple days until the oil light came on. Once that happened I immediately drove back to this location and they inform me that there is NO OIL IN MY ENGINE. I believe one of the employees decided to not fill the car with oil. I was offered a free oil change . after this my car burned oil for the rest of the time I owned it.*UPDATE*Contacted the email they said to contact them at and didn t receive a response. You d be better off not replying to all your 1 star reviews.Services: Tires, Oil change

All the guys here are great! I came in to have my flat tire repaired and to have my snow tires put on for the season. The gentleman I made my appointment with over the phone was super friendly. The mechanic that took my car was knowledgeable and polite and kept me informed about what was happening to my vehicle in the shop. I was at this location for about two hours but the customer service and attentiveness of the associates was worth it. The prices of the services and labor were also extremely fair and didn't hurt my wallet as much as I thought it would have. The tech that cashed me out was also very friendly as well and we had a nice chat about his newborn grandson. From beginning to end, my experience with this store deserves all the stars and I only have good things to say. I will definitely be coming back in the spring when I need my tires rotated again! Thanks guys!

My last experience here was for an oil change and the tech had left the cap off. There was a smoking oily mess all over my engine. When I had called I was told to bring it back, and rather than cleaning anything up they just put the cap on and called it fixed.Here we are a few years later my boyfriend said he was taking his car there for an inspection. He arrived at his appointment time only to be told they were out of inspection stickers, and to reschedule. A day before our rescheduled appointment a police officer pointed out that our inspection was overdue. We arrived for the rescheduled appointment the next morning to a dark store with 1 lonely tech in the entire place. He was unable to help us, even with our appointment. We were directed to the next closest location where we were told that their "inspection machine is down".
