I have known Jay since he worked at Dunn Tire in West Seneca. He has also been super helpful and fast with any service I have ever needed. My old vehicle I bought tires from him as well for my sister's car. I now have a new truck and will be talking to him soon about tires for my truck. I recommend him to everyone I know and this past visit with the Mercedes S560 was a recommendation of mine as well. My boss came in one day and I noticed he had blown side walls on his front winter tires. I told him I knew a guy who could get the work done for a great price, fast, and done right. I immediately called Jay. My boss came in today saying how well the car drives on the new tires. I am extremely grateful to all the workers at Firestone. Will definitely keep recommending Jay and this shop to all my coworkers, family, and friends.

DO NOT SERVICED YOUR CAR HERE.I took my car here for wheel balanced and alignment , four wheel alignments $109.99+wheel balanced $60.96 + scam $9.99.+ tax $15.83 total of 196.77 out of pocket. I let that 9.99 for as tips even jay wants me to refund me as i asked him is it mandatory? He said no it is car care package that we do for your safety inspect.i was happy and drive out after 2 & 1/2 hour waiting . In my way tire pressure came up, means thy didn t inspect?and my dashboard tire pressure and tire sensor doesn t match it all tire coz they messed up all tire back and fourth and did not reset my tire sensor, which they should have done in that $9.99 complete car care package.they are money hungry. Non responsible i doubt it they even did my wheel balance and wheel alignment . All they need is money.DO NOT SERVICED YOUR CAR HERE.i posted my receipt above in pic in their website.

Diagnosis was quick and issues were explained to me clearly, as well as the cost of the repair. Work was done in a very timely manner. I feel that I got great value for the services I received. Communication was great and I was kept apprised of the status of the work.

I haven't changed oil for 10K miles. I can feel the front brakes are not good enough. I did let a small mechanic checked when I fixed flat tire. They suggested to replace front brakes soon. I did an inspection here. If they tell I need to change brake pads, I would do it here as well as oil change.But I doubt they did nothing. Because they didn't mention the condition of brakes, tires, oil and other basic items. They give me a recommendation, to change brake fluid, transmission fluid, coolant, 3-step fuel system, BUT not engine oil. I did change brake fluid and coolant in half year. And I can tell the brake fluid is pretty clear, like new.If I can, I would give 0 star.

Joe was very helpful and squeezed me in when I was on a time crunch. Seems like a high volume location but Joe never stopped moving and was helping at the desk and in the shop. There were minor issues with my receipt/paperwork but Joe took the time to resolve them.Convenient location to wait at (free WiFi) also walking distance go wegmans if you don t have the option to have someone pick you up while your car is being serviced.

services were fine but very sexists. I explained my problem and he proceeded to explain exactly what I just said to him as if I was a complete idiot. Would only recommend going here if you re mentally prepared to be talked down to the whole time and have the employees not listen to you.

I'd stay away from firestone onMaple Rd. I brought my truck to Fire Stone for a simple wheel alignment and NYS inspection. I made a appointment a week prior to drop it off at 11am Saturday morning. They called me at 2 pm Sunday afternoon to tell me their technician crashed it into the alignment machine. This is why I bought a tire machine and trust no one with my vehicles.2021I made an appointment with Anthony yesterday to do a wheel alignment and tire balance he told me they are available 9am 10am 1 pm 2 pm etc. I said put me in for what ever will get me done quickest since I'll be waiting. 2pm shows up and they tell me a min of 1.5 hrs. Whats the point of making appointments. I've been dealing with firestone with years but only because I have lifetime wheel alignments on all my vehicles with them. Its time to call district and get them to refund me my money for them. This place gets worst every year. Especially when they try to charge you $500 for a tune up on items I personally did maybe 2,000 miles prior (oil,air filter and spark plugs) what a joke.

First of all, this is an expensive place to take your car. I was charged some $90 for diagnostic service for an obvious problem.They are slow. Despite having an appointment I had to wait 2 1/2 hours.Not a pleasant experience.

I went to do the New York State check today and after 30min, I was sent a email saying my car has no issue at all, only recommendation is change air filter, then the guy walked to me and came up with a nice maintenance suggestion which only costs 800 dollars. I rejected then immediately he complain with his peers that nowadays people cannot afford losing money. I felt so angry and awkward. All I want is get my pass and go. I ask him how much time I need to wait to get my keys. He said 5 minutes. After 30 minutes, he came out with my key and said my car failed the test. I ask him why. He said because of the emissions. What emissions? He said he don t know. Then he start questioning me who drive this car, what do you use that car for? I have a strong feeling that he just humiliated simply because I look like a kid. He doesn t believe I own that car. Disgusting and money hungry people. Will continue report to other related government departments

Ran into a brake issue traveling long distance, stopped at Firestone and Joe and Jay were super helpful and fixed my brake issue next morning. Repair took a long time but very thankful for helping us on short notice

BEWARE SCAMMERS same scam I know dunn tire, goodyear and mavis on transit run, told me my breaks were metal to metal and needed to be replaced. obviously a lie, the little hispanic guy said so. my breaks have less than 6,000 miles, breaks can should last at least 25,000 miles

Absolutely top notch customer service! Very welcoming and nice people work here and they went out of their way to ensure my flat tire was patched! I didn t even have to pay since it was a rental and they claimed it through the rental agency! Would gladly come again!

I went there for a wheel alignment as the steering wheel was little crocked to right. After the alignment the steering wheel is more crocked towards right. I have to schedule an appointment again to make it right.

guys were awesome, took down my information, confirmed what work i wanted done, explained the process and what product I was purchasing.They tried to encourage me to open a Firestone credit in exchange for a free oil change, which i did decline, but they accepted my refusal and did not pressure me into reconsidering.Overall a great experience, job was fairly quick and thorough.

Was turn away as a walkin I only needed 2 tires mounted and balanced was told only one person was working..No worries went to Mavis tires and they was busy with all the bays filled and they took my 2 tires and it only taken them 10 min to mount and balance my 2 tires.

If you have breaks problem do not go to any firestone shop.You'll spend a lot of money for a bad work.Twice I went there with different vehicles just to change break pads they made change everything including rotors since then my cars make annoying noise.

Service was okay. Took a bit longer than anticipated. However, the technician who had driven my car out was careless. There was lots of grease left on my cars handle, steering wheel, floor, carpet, middle console. My trim is super light so this left marks. This was displeasing.Update: wheel alignment is off, and noticed more black marks on my creme color headliner.Disappointed.

Horrible experience.. wasting my time.. I made an appointment on Friday to having my alignment done. I come in at 9:00 a.m. and they tell me that I don't have an appointment I made an appointment prior day . Don't waste your time very unprofessional.

Been going here for decades now for my inspections, oil changes, new tires, and misc. They have been under great management that whole time. As a woman, they treat me respectfully and always tell me the truth about about the state of my car. They never lie to me or try to fool me like some past mechanics at other places used to try to do to me. I really appreciate all the folks who work at this location and hope they keep up the great work!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair, Oil change

My mom and I were in town, visiting for a wedding (we're from Illinois). We rented a vehicle to drive up here and found out it was leaking oil. We were given the run around by multiple Enterprises in the area while trying to swap out vehicles. Finally, it was recommended that we go to a Pep Boys, Firestone, etc. The Enterprise we rented the vehicle from recommended this Firestone, in particular. Maurice kept in contact with the people at the Enterprise back home while the vehicle was worked on. It turned out the vehicle needed a new drain plug, but they couldn't get one until the next morning (due to the vehicle being a '23). We told them we wouldn't be able to leave the vehicle overnight because it was our only mode of transport. Maurice and his team worked their magic and were able to fix the vehicle in a timely manner. They told us if we had any more problems to come back and they would happily help. Thank you guys SO MUCH! My mom and I can't thank you enough.

Took it in for an inspection and they said I had to remove my tint. I paid for them to remove my tint and they returned my car with missing parts. I don t know what they did but they didn t tell me until I took it home and only later did I find out they didn t complete the job. They lost my part and never told me. Unprofessional and lack of attention to detail. I will not be bringing my car here for anything else.

Maurice gave me great customer service and worked with me through the whole repair process with great patience and kindness. The mechanic with the long beard was also really good at his job and helpful when i asked questions.

I had tires put on my wife's Camry, I was very happy with the customer service I received from Jay and Maurice. They were friendly , helpful and knowledgeable. They got me in when they said they would and got the job done in a timely manner.

No one at the front desk for over 15 mins, i just wanted to drop off my vehicle for service and there was NO BODY to meet customers/ take my key. Also an old lady was waiting and she had to sit down it took so long for someone to come to front desk.

In all fairness, I go to Firestone as I have their credit card. I drive fairly often, and typically long distances. But I do recommend this Firestone as they've been good at getting my car done and with great service. Everyone is friendly and does a great job explaining and recommending options to maintenance and service.

I'm not sure about this place as I found the prices were a little bit high in my opinion compared to other stores. I was looking around for some tires and found a better deal elsewhere on the exact same tire. If you'd like to know what store I'm talking about it's a store that starts with the capital C and you need a membership to shop there. They beat the price by 15% and they also give free rotation on your tires every 6 months

The worst ever service I got from any Firestone service center. Never recommend anyone to go there. The nearby one in Niagara Falls Blvd is way better than this one located in Maple Road.
