I would be very leery of a store manager that has his friends and family write google reviews to inflate his own ego. Is Becky not your wife? Is Joe not an employee of Firestone? Not a good look at all. In today's world this is so easy to connect these dots. If you were confident of the work you put out there would be no need to lie and have people post on your behalf.

I experienced extremely poor customer service. I was charged full price for a repair covered under my car's extended warranty; and the manager would not make any amends to fix his error. Lastly, my vehicle now runs worse than when I took it in to be repaired. I now must take my vehicle to a different repair shop. Sadly, I have exhausted valuable time and money by going to Firestone.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. They risked my husbands life with their faulty and unqualified mechanics. Went in for the free brake check as his drum brakes were making a noise. We hadn t had the car too long, and this was the first time we had the brakes checked. They told us there was nothing wrong with the brakes, that they just needed an adjustment and quoted us $200 for something my mechanic could do for a lot less. So we took the car there. Come to find out, his brake pads were worn down to fibers and were just a few quick stops away from failing! Also, coincidentally the day after we got the car back from Firestone, the ABS light was on. I called them to ask if it had something to do with the brake check they did, but the man on the phone was extremely rude and told me the abs is under the hood and we didn t go to the front of the car even though we quite literally saw his car on the lift with the hood up, and a quick google search will tell you the ABS sensor is not under the hood. Come to find out, the ABS sensor was mysteriously broken all of a sudden. NEVER AGAIN will I give this place my service.

Everyone is so kind there. The manager Eric was very helpful and gave me lots of options. He took his time to explain everything so I understand. I highly recommend them for service on your car.

The new store manager Eric went above and beyond to make sure everything with my car was handled in a timely manner. The technician working on the car immediately found the problem and we had my car fixed and back to normal in no time. 100% recommend bringing your car here for any maintance on your vehicle.

There was a time when Firestone was outstanding and I never went anywhere else with my cars. It seems to have fallen apart since a couple of years ago, perhaps as a result of changes that were put in place post-pandemic. The online scheduling is horrendous. It gives a maybe appointment window that has not been particularly reliable and I have to wait for confirmation, which is also not reliable. The call center alternative is even worse. When I called to try to schedule, a woman s voice answered but it sounded like she was driving and the call kept breaking up so I couldn t hear her. So I went back to the online scheduler and hoped for the best. The whole system is beyond repair. Suddenly Firestone s staffing formula has resulted in significant deterioration of service. The people at my local shop are still awesome and I have no beef with them. But I will likely go elsewhere because I want a reliable appointment. My time is valuable too!

Poor customer service. I was told they could change my credit card information in store only to find out that my bill was being sent to the wrong address and I had a delinquent account. Not only that the timing on drop off was terrible.

Had a 12pm appointment for 4 tires. We will call you when it s done. It s now 325 and still not done. Their reasoning was we had you picking up later. Worst service you can ever have. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Why have an appointment and then waste my time. My time is just as valuable as theirs. If I can rate zero stars I would. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

Why make an appointment if you are going to take two hours to even get to my car? Then having to sit in your freezing wating room while your employees let the phone ring continuously untill your customers hang up. Terrible first time experience.

If I could give zero stars I would. The last 2 times we did business with this place they charged us for all kinds of work only to find out nothing was done. My kids are in their early 20 s and were taken advantage of. Today my son had a lot of work done including an inspection and he got in the car and no inspection sticker. He was told their machine just broke and he has to go back tomorrow. Ironic because they told my younger daughter the same story. These people are frauds and take advantage of young customers. Honestly they should be shut down and put out of business. They basically stole my kids money and never did the work and made them be inconvenienced and go back to have the work done that they charged them for.

Update:I was contacted by the store manager and the issue was resolved but it should have never reached that point, it should have been resolved once I pointed out the warranty with the paperworkWill not warranty a product that they sold me that is still within the warranty period. I've been a customer for over 20 years and apparently need to find somewhere else to spend my money

Absolutely terrible. Waited 3 hrs to find out they had the wrong tire size and just left my car in limbo while I sat in the waiting room. Was asked after the first two hours if I wanted an alignment and was told only a few minutes more for my service, nothing was mentioned about the tires at that time. Will never use Firestone again.

This is not my to go place, but in two occasions that I needed quick help for Battery, they did the job perfectly.One issue with this place is that there is no dedicated front office personnel; your car may have been ready for 10 minutes and you waiting at the cashier for someone to show up. This is a trend that I have notices in the other reviews as well.

Whenever I need service, they get me in! Need air in your tires, they'll help you out! Need tires, they'll do they're best to get you what you want/need. Friendly staff!

I will not go here again.I dropped my car off at 12:30 for a 1:00 appointment, when I ask if we can make sure it is done by 5:00. Of course the person behind the desk replied "yes" without even thinking about it. Mind you, it was only for NYS inspection and oil change.I call at 5:16 on my way to pick up my car, because I never received a single correspondence. When someone finally picked up (after three attempts), I say "hey I am checking on status of my 2014 Ford taurus?". The guy on phone says, "ah yes they are changing the oil on it right now, it will be done and ready in 20 minutes". Now this isn't the first time that have lied to me, so I ask "is it actually on the lift?". The worker responds "yes", as if I am an idiot. So I asked status of inspection, to which he responded "it passed".I get there about 3 minutes later, and they did not even touch my car. The guys says, "my tech lied to me and said he signed off on inspection". He brought me the key and apologized on behalf of his employee but never himself. I was comlletely shocked that any business would blatantly lie to their customer like that. Did they think I wasn't going to find out that they did not work on my car? ...unbelievable

Needed a car inspection. Called my (old) usual place who was too busy. Went to Valvoline 45 minutes before they opened and the inspection wait was already three hours (and I would just have to wait in my car). Called Firestone and they were able to get me in that day. Amazing. Staff was friendly and easy to work with.I said old above as I think Firestone will be my new favorite going forward. Time will tell, but they are off to a great start.

Do not go to this store. I had an alignment scheduled for 10am. When I got there, the service writer told me there were a few cars in front of mine, and that it would take a couple of hours to get my car in. I agreed and left my car. No one got in touch with me throughout the day, so I called the store at 5 to get car and had no answer, then showed up to pick it up around 5:30. The place was empty. Went back to the store at 7am only to find the alignment wasn't done. Thanks for nothing gents. Aparently this store closes at 5 but no one bothered to update their hours. I was told the hours were listed on the door, but those hours were covered by cardboard to repair broken glass....

Went in for service at 9 am, they scheduled me for 5pm since they were busy (no problem). Went back at 5 they told me it s for tomorrow. Never again!

I don't know what happened to this store..it used to be reliable,but lately waiting times are absurd,even with appointment. They tell u need something fixed not because it needs it but because it's what the manual suggest (making u think u need it right away). They don't have on file work previously done (at the same location). Last time I went I asked to check the noise my car was making.they told me it was the exhaustion heat shield that needed to be tighten up (around $78 labor). After I drove away the noise was still there.called back, asked me to go back monday (it was Saturday). When I went back at the time they told me, they said no one made the appointment for me and they couldn't take my car because they were too busy. So not only I wasted time going back (for something it should have been done on the previous appointment),but I also paid for something that wasn't done (or wasn't needed).

Pathetic customer service! complete disappointment. I scheduled my oil change service in online with them for 2 pm. Then I have called them in advance and ask for a new appointment as i thought i could not make for my 2 pm original appointment time due to my schedule. The person who took the phone confirmed my appointment at 3 pm on the same day. when I visited the service center at 3 pm, I got a response that they are full and no appointment / no note has been made in their system.

Went in to get my tires balanced on my suv, they got it done in about a hour or so. Not a big deal. Drove it on the highway and my car was vibrating at high speeds. Took it to another garage because it didn't feel alright to drive only to find out all 4 tires were significantly unbalanced and I had to pay them to rebalance all 4 tires again. I don't understand this location used to be good. I have taken many of my cars there over the years for service. Basically now I paid them for a service only to find out it wasn't done correctly.

Terrible customer service at the store level AND management level. I ll try to make a long story short- I had an appointment at 9am for an oil change and state inspection; I dropped my vehicle off at this time. I called at 2:15pm to check on the status of it, and they advised that they hadn t looked at it yet. 5:30pm rolled around and I still hadn t heard from them, so my fianc� and I headed into the store (they closed at 6pm). When we arrived, they said my vehicle still hadn t been touched. I m a reasonable person, who can appreciate that they were short staffed. I can even accept that they kept my vehicle for 8.5 hours without even looking at it. But, to not call and inform us of this? It's unbelievable. Had we not taken the initiative to go into the store, they would a closed and kept my car overnight. We got no apology, no offer to service my vehicle ASAP on a different day. I submitted a complaint on Firestone s website. Customer service replied the following day, and advised that someone from management would be contacting me within the next two business days. That was two weeks ago and I have yet to hear anything. I guess they don't take customer retention very seriously (not that I even considered going back anyhow).

Pointless to make an appt to get tires changed - over an hour after my appt was scheduled for and I m still waiting for my car to be pulled into the garage to even get the process started. They re telling me they are taking care of others who are at the store waiting, yet I m the only one here. It doesn t make any sense and it is beyond frustrating.

These guys are FAST! I had my car in for an inspection (i knew I would probably need some work done). It still was done the next day. My husband needed an inspection and was done same day. Then I blew my serpentine belt, had it towed that night and it was done early the next day! Everywhere else you get the total run around!
