Ron and Angela were a little piece of heaven to me I took my car in to get a transmission replaced from a prior job done wrong ! Not only was the job done in little to no time Ron went above and beyond to make sure the job was at perfection searched high and low for missing pieces and if that wasn t enough of a blessing he replaced my rotors, breaks and sway link bar at no extra cost and made a report for future court proceedings from prior work! Thank you Ron and Angela for all you have done for me foxy red looks good and drives good again thanks to you guys ! I Appreciate you guys more than you know

I don't have the typical story of how my family came to find Family Auto. We are from Canada and were down for a hockey tournmanent and our van completely broke down on the side of the i190, just passed an exit ramp. We abruptly had our kids crawl out from the one side, and down the hill we went, looking for any establishment to help us out. Low and behold, Family Auto was right there. We walked up and were met by a kind gentleman outside, who told us to go inside and the family would help. My kids were obviously distraught by the situation, with tear filled eyes, but Angela kept reassuring them that everything would be ok and her husband was a great mechanic. They went above and beyond! My husband, the owner and a few of his other staff, then proceeded to go back on to the HWY to roll our van backward and down the ramp so they could work on it. Knowing it wouldn't be done that night, Angela drove the kids and I back to our hotel, while my husband stayed back with the mechanics and our van. They then drove him home later that night, spent their Saturday fixing our car (discovered longstanding issues that had previously gone unnoticed elsewhere - damn squirrels!) and then brought our vehicle to us to help us out because they knew we couldn't get to them. In an instant after meeting them, I knew we were going to be in good hands and it turns out we were in the best of hands. Angela and her family are my family's guardian angels, and we will never forget everything they did for us. It was literally the best case for a worst case scenario. Their service was impecable, rates were very reasonable and at no point did we feel like we would be ripped off, and from what I observed (few phone calls and inquiries) while we were waiting - I can tell they are not your average used car dealership. They want to help and will do what they can with your budget. I can not praise them enough. Angela and Ron, from the bottom of our hearts THANK YOU for helping out our family.

DONT BUY FROM HERE!!!! MY husbands Durango remains unrepaired after a year of chasing these people. The woman deceitfully charged us for a warranty she never included, peddling a worn-out 2013 Durango with 180,000 miles. Despite my persistent calls and messages, she callously ignored me. The fact that they lack BBB certification is a further blow to this already disappointing situation. We recorded all our interactions. See you in court!!!!

Angela is very professional and more than willing to help her customers. She will literally go out her way to make sure she can get you in the vechicle you deserve and want. She's willing to go far and behind to help her customers achieve their goals.She will work with you good or bad credit. To be honest she's one of the best I've dealt with yet.I must say we need alot more people like Angela. My credit isn't where it should be. But her help got me into a vechicle i wanted and needed for my family size. I greatly appreciate her for helping me.

Well it's pretty clear when you look up a dealership online and none of the cars have prices on them. I guess they make it up as they go . If you want to sell cars list of price on your vehicles online

I have done business with Angela and Ronnie for several years now. The amount of effort they put towards helping every person who walks through their door is amazing. Ronnie's knowledge of vehicles is unparalleled to any other shop I've been to, not to mention the speed and accuracy that they complete repairs while keeping you informed every step of the way. Angela is definitely the one to see if you're in need of a new vehicle. She does an amazing job explaining all your options for vehicles, making sure to give details on features and all financing options. If you need a new car or have repairs you need done right the first time, this is the shop to stop!

They fit us in while we were driving through Buffalo and started experiencing car troubles after previously stopping at another repair shop 30 minutes prior who told us we were ok. They took the time to find the root of the problem, fix it and have us back on the road as fast as possible.

Family auto sales is by far the greatest used car retailer and mechanic shop around. They go above and beyond to make sure you find the right car for you . And if you need any work done to your vehicle whether or not you bought it there they will treat you like FAMILY. I'm very pleased with my experience. Both Ron and Angela Hunter-Darnley are amazing people. They will both try their best to help you get you in the car you want . I recommend o all my friends and family.

Great family owned place. The guy that runs the businesses is an amazing person. He has never charged me a lot, always fair market price. I never have to wait days for anything. I have been taking my vehicles here for about 3 years now. Never had a problem.

This family own business has been a staple in our community for generations past. Since relocating to WNY this has been the only shop my family and I have entrusted our vehicles to, and now our new generation of drivers rely on Ron and the crew for all of their automotive needs. I definitely recommend them for all of your automotive needs, whether it's fixing your vehicle or purchasing a new one, I can assure that you are in good hands. Awesome family business, not many can compare to, in this day in age.

I walked into this establishment and was treated like gold. They gave me the best customer service I could ever imagine. Ang is great. She was straight forward and answered any and all questions regarding my purchase of a 2010 Nissan Armada. If your looking to purchase a vehicle or have any maintenance that needs to be done, I would highly recommend this establishment. Im a very satisfied customer.

I would give more stars if I could. My car broke down directly in front of the Family Auto Sales garage on a very hot day. I was on my way to be with a loved one at the hospital. Ron attended to my car immediately and got me on the road in 40 minutes. He asked only for materials costs--showing what a wonderful and decent guy he is.I'm sure for them, it was just another day. For me, I have thought of Ron and Angela and that act of kindness and generosity every day since. I can't thank them enough.

First time buying a car and family auto was the right place. There customer service was outstanding. Helped me and put me in the right track for what I wanted. Oh and they are fair with there prices to ! I would most definitely recommend family auto if you looking for a car or need work on a car !!

They are great guys there especially that mechanic they have there. His name is Jeff great guy willing to help anyone out. Also in the sales department they are amazing always helpful and willing to work with ya. Great service great deals come on down to family auto and get your vehicle maintenance done right also they have some great deals on there inventory so stop down and see family auto and sales on Niagara st at the corner of Austin just off the 90.

Awesome crew over there at Family Auto. Most of us have had our fair share of terrible auto / mechanic experiences, but every single time I bring my vehicle to Family Auto for maintenance, the experience is great. They're straightforward / no BS mechanics, and they're truly willing to help out with just about anything they feel comfortable getting their hands on as someone else mentioned in their review of Family Auto. If you're in the Buffalo area and need auto maintenance, get a quote from Family Auto before bringing it anywhere else!

This place stole our vehicle. No calls..no letters...no contact from them since we made our last payment and 6 months later they repo our truck. He told us yesterday that our down payment did not apply to the purchase price of the car and therefore still owe him almost $3000. Today when we went to the repo lot to claim the car...he is not even in town. We are contacting the police and filing a stolen vehicle report, complaint with the BBB and the Erie County Clerks office. DO NOT do business with this company. If you do, be sure to demand receipts with every payment (which he will.not offer like an up and up business man) and document every single conversation or you may end up paying for a vehicle he will randomly repossess 6 months later.

They are a very good shop and they are honest ive changed my mind about this place that was my review from 2 mounths ago my car still isnt right and they wont even look at it wanted to charge me to look at again if your having an idle problem dont come here he dont know how to do he had to have the dealer do it i would never come here again
