Quick. They don t mess around and overcharge. They re always honest. Trust is a big factor for me so I ll see them even though it s a farther drive for me.

They do take advantage of seniors. They hold your car and they clear your codes to fool you that the work is done. When it s not. They also had a car parked in the street and got a ticket and gave the ticket to the owner. They take advantage of the lack of knowledge you have about auto repair. BEWARE!

I have been coming here for years! On my first visit they saved me thousands of dollars. These guys are HONEST. They will not try to fix things that aren't broken or tell you a list of bogus things that need to be repaired. Always a very pleasant experience. They were able to fix an issue that no other mechanic could determine was the actual issue. They are professional, knowledgeable, fast and they really work with the customer. Over the past 7 years I've taken 2 vehicles to them.This is the best auto shop in Buffalo! Because of their fair prices and honest people. Every person I've met working there has a good attitude and seems to like their job. Excellent customer service!!!

I don t know about the owners but I do know they have shady individuals working there. Basically I spent 100$ for diagnostic and they stole my sons Go trax scooter which cost me 350$ as well well my AirPods and previously they stole a gps out of my nephews car. And oh yea the camera doesn t show anything because the person doing it knew to park my car at a blind spot literally on the side of the road! Thanks you made my son cry and Karma does not play remember that.

I have been coming to EC Auto for years. Now I am not happy went to get evaporative emissions test they changed all the crank sensors then the timing chain and cleared the light. (Which came on Within a 10 mile drive ) Nothing on the Evap a and now I have to find a mechanic to fix the Engine oil leak that they caused after putting the timing chain and did not seal it correctly. I still need an Evap test.Thanks Auto.

They re so kind and helpful!! They won t try and rip you off , they ll tell you things straight up y son bien honestos. They even show u what s wrong with the car and how they gonna fix it. 10/10 recomiendo !

These guys are great and honest. I specifically talk to Ernesto but they all are great and very helpful. Pricewise are as well..they fixed my car that got hit hard and was out of place and they did a great job for alot less.

Best place, it's the only repair shop that I trust my cars and my kids cars and the only place I recommend, we been going there for the last five years and never have a complain or any issues with there repairs. I have warranty on my hummer and I don't trust even the car dealer where I bought it. When my son bough his car the dealer want to charge him $2,500 EC Automotive charge him $700. They are honest people. Is the only place my wife feel confident enough that they are not going to over charge us for repair. The owner are always there and Ryan the manager is the nicest guy and knows about cars.

10/1/19 I visited EC auto shop because it was conveniently located off the expressway near the peace bridge. My tire had a slow leak, was getting flat, and the check engine light came. The clerk and mechanics took care of me like I was family. In fact, everyone who came in while I waited was greeted and their car questions answered. My wait time from the time I explained the car problem to the time I paid was 45 minutes. That was fantastic for the number of cars ahead of mine. The prices are fair and reasonable, the mechanics give sound advice, the work is guaranteed, and the customer service is friendly and honest. If I have any other car problems, I definitely will be back and recommend this shop for service to everyone.

EC Auto put a new clutch in my Civic. Extremely happy with the service and rates. They stayed late one night to finish so I could get to work the following day. Thanks to Carlos and Ryan for the excellent service. Couldn t recommend highly enough.

Fair pricing! I was going all the way to Niagara falls blvd for service at Sweeney'sand they were great until they just ripped off my inspection sticker then told me about a huge bill! They were supposed to give me detail of the repairs then send me on my way.They had no business ripping off my inspection sticker!After they played me I was on the hunt for a qualified shop. Glad to find this place in my OWN neighborhood & they dont RIP you off. Great customer service & they keep you updated on the status of the repair.

Careful when dealing with these mechanics, is like walking into a dealership, they treat you nice and try to make it sound like you're getting a deal. But in all reality they are just trying to get their commission. Never go with the first offer

Went in July 28 2021 cause drivers side front caliper was sticking making rubbing noise on my toyota sienna with only 45k was recommended by a close family member they took vehicle in and told me brakes and rotors need to be replaced on all four wheels surprising to hear but family member who recommended had told me I can trust them I agree and it cost $565 so fast fwd just short of 4 months later and less then 3k miles and brake dust is just building on my rims keep in mind I don't drive much and don't drive aggressively as I was doing my yearly tire change over to winter tires first thing they torqued my lugnuts to over 120psi when manufacturers recommends 76ft torque ( I even made a separate call requesting lugs not to be over tightened) after nervously forcing lugs loose and getting rims off I see rotors are very rusted as if then been on for years, I then get 3 mechanics opinions on the rotors without leading the witness I just asked simply is it possible these are only 4 months old and never been through a winter month and without hesitation all quickly responded no way. I bring van to ec auto to get refund for work not done ($300 total $200 for rotors and $100 for labor) they look it over say that's normal wear then I tell them I have others verify and look it over then they claim they were sold faulty parts and would replace with "better ones" I say I just want my money back or I'm going to small claims court owner says ok or I can come back after weekend and they will fix it, I do not accept that and proceed to ask about the brake dust he claims those are faulty pads as well so I again say if you agree parts are no good why can't I get a refund and take my business elsewhere he then repeats I will fix it after weekend just bring it back, owner seems like a very nice man but they can't admit to there mistake and just make me whole I just want the rotor expense back on principle I would have walked away with the bad break pads and moved on but unfortunately I'm writing this negative review and filing a claim this is not right ppl should not be decived this way as a bonus I purchased vehicle used 28k miles certified reused from north town toyota confirmed brakes and rotors were replaced at dealer before put on lot for sale so they changed out rotors with barely 17k miles on them ec has low standards and does not own up to mistakes no matter the evidence they rather charge you for services they didn't perform and if caught deny and blame the partsService: Brakes

Guys were phenomenal they had 4-5cars and that's saying it lightly and I went in with a tire to put on my rim and just because it was a little business they took it and fixed the problem guys are definitely doing business the right way and I will continue to go their see u guys on Monday and not just for tires thanx a million u guys are golden in my book great experience

Had an appointment scheduled and still had to sit in the small cold waiting area for 2 hrs for an inspection. My steering wheel had grease all over it and my car smelled like smoke too. I was so disappointed that I couldn't even focus on what the man said needed to be done to my car. Waste of time.
