I went to Delta this afternoon to get gas and a car wash. After filling up my tank, I realized I had locked my keys in my car. Both Tim and Shans (as well as the workers in the store who called for them) were beyond kind and patient while helping me unlock my car. They even apologized to me for the short wait as if that was any inconvenience at all! Top-notch customer service and fantastic people. I really hope you can somehow recognize these two awesome employees. Thank you so much!

I went to delta sonic for an inspection on Saturday morning. I was warmly welcomed by the technician Gary. He offered some product which I declined. I appreciated that he didn't make me feel pressured. Gary's personality really shined. I felt that he cared and that's all one can ask for. Thanks

Delta sonic on Niagara Falls Boulevard staff is always personable, professional and time efficient. They re experienced and educated in the services they provide , especially Gary ! I come here regularly for maintenance services and always have a good experience.

Gary, the manager of the maintenance shop was so incredible today. He had a smile on his face the entire time, knew I was on a time crunch, and got me in and out with time to spare. I know where I m coming from now on for my inspections and oil changes. If you haven t tried it, go here the next time you need service and ask for this amazing person to help you out. Made my entire day!!!!Can t not shout out the interior team too. They made my car spotless on my tough time crunch.Just an all around great experience today!

I had a great experience today at Delta Sonic on Niagara Falls Blvd for an oil change. It was the 3rd location I went to today, The first 2 couldn t do it. A big shout out to Kris, Matt, & Andrew! Gary, I went in to get my fluids checked and was told my battery was rusted. Gary cleaned it for me and let me tell you he did an awesome job my husband assumed I've gotten a new battery that's how good it looked after the cleaning. Thanks again Gary

On Saturday 06/25/22, I went to this car wash as per usual to have both my interior and exterior of my car clean and when I went to pick up my car from the interior cleaning I noticed my spare tire cover was missing. After a worker went back to the car wash and searched for the tire cover he returned with a completely destroyed tire cover as seen in the pictures attached. I made a claim as I was told and received a call back from the claims department. However, instead of being spoken too appropriately with a nice and respectful attitude, I spoke with an worker (Shawn or Sean) that clearly was having a bad day and was spoken over by. I myself have never had a problem with delta Sonic before this, but I was met with such disrespect that I was left astonished and truly sadden for this place of business. At the end I have received no compensation for all that I dealt with although I had no part in it. I highly do NOT recommend ANY DELATA Sonic location for any future customers as when things go wrong they will not support the customer in their errors.

Took my BMW X5 to have the oil changed for the 1st time and they did a great job. Gary was very knowledgeable and friendly! Would definitely recommend!!

I usually go there to get car wash. Recently I bought interior clean package and one of the employee name Maria helped me. She did amazing job. Very good service

People ,watch out their gas prices. Their display price was lower than tiny screen on pump by .40cents a gallon. They offered a refund but honestly I don t have any trust and won t stop here again!

I got a detailing on my car done this morning at delta sonic Niagara Falls blvd in Buffalo, NY. I was greeted immediately by Kyle H. With a smile and kindness. He did a great job on my car, took time and detail to clean it perfectly. He made sure the kids toys that were found under the seat were saved and made sure to set them aside! What a hard working, kind and thoughtful employee! I will definitely be returning!

I got monthly membership from Delta sonic for car wash & details. Every time I come to this location found they keep their car wash & detail section closed due to all sort of different excuses during business hours but they keep the maintenance section open. It is such a waste & unethical business practice. This is my last time coming here.

Slow 20 min superior cleaning took over a hour and half and wasn't even basic. Water spots covered my SUV dust/dirt all over my seats and dash. Floor does not appear to be vacuumed. When I asked if it was done because it's usually a way better job I am told yes and to have a good day. Waiting 3 times as long and voicing my frustration get shoved out the line I get out was busy but when I watch you skip everything you were supposed to do and then lie. Will never visit this one or another delta no consistency for the price

Location had been terrible lately with LONG wait lines.. unlimited members are instructed to wait in regular line which takes longer, and there is one lane not working to get your car pre washed.. If you don t mind waiting 45mins this is the quickest I ve gotten out of here lately and it s disappointing

I waited a long time to write this review. So, back in March of 2021, we took our 2018 Subaru Impreza there for a car wash. They're always in a big hurry, stacking in cars bumper to bumper. On this occasion, the SUV ahead of us caused one of the machines to rise up for cleaning, but as it came back down, it damaged our front bumper. We reported the issue to them, and to our insurance company. We paid a $500 deductible to get it fixed. Delta Sonic admitted they did the damage, but we found ourselves embroiled in a year-long fight to get them to pay for the damages. They claimed our insurance provider never sent them the subrogation package, despite the provider showing me proof they did. When I called their office the staff was incredibly rude, dismissive, and all around nasty, talking down at me and generally being awful. After countless months of calls and emails, I finally filed with the Better Business Bureau. Delta Sonic tried to continue claiming they never got the subrogation package ... not realizing I had uploaded the whole thing to the BBB website. Finally they were forced into paying, when the BBB caught them in an obvious lie. Here it is, May 2022, and we just got our money back. On a separate occasion we went for an oil change and they botched that, using the wrong filter. We had to go to a dealership and get repairs done, out of pocket. We didn't fight them for that money back. Instead, we vowed to never go there again, even if they have gas for $1 per gallon. This is an absolutely terrible company with rude, deceptive staff and ethically reprehensible tactics. They have ZERO respect for you as a customer and they will fight tooth and nail to avoid paying for damaged caused by their shoddy equipment, their impatient ethos, and underskilled staff. They have a lot of competitors in the area who aren't 1/10th as awful. Go to literally any of those.

I had my car go through the wash, it ripped my side part off the car.2 years ago.. I had another employee break my door latch on my truck.NO ONE said anything either time when drying my car. Even though it was obviously damaged. Once by an employee.I had them change my OIL once, the put in the wrong oil, for the wrong car, heavier weight than it needed to be and the proceeded to tell me as a woman it wouldn't damage my car.As someone who had family as GSMs and service techs, I know it's them trying to pull a fast one on a woman who they thought wouldn't know any better.I no longer go to this delta sonic. I NEVER WILL AGAIN.If your gonna have the first set of water washers running. Make sure their not frozen and can actually work. Did not tip for the first time because the girl who dried the car off, did a bad job, in 10 years, I always tip.
