Danner is by far the best go to repair shop/car shop in Buffalo! I love every single member of their team. They are always so welcoming and helpful. Andy is great and will explain everything they re planning to do and have done after, keeping you updated along the way. I feel safe taking my car here, knowing that they won t charge me for things that are unnecessary while also being honest about things that do need fixing. Feels like they re helping their own family when you re there!

Took my Subaru in for some body replacement work after another car backed into me, leaving a huge dent and some scratches. Andy was very friendly and took the time to explain everything he would do to replace and paint it. He did a great job repairing and he and his staff completely handled the coordinating with insurance tasks. Highly recommended!Services: Painting, Auto body & trim replacement

I brought my car in for some body work. The owner was completely professional and kind. They got me in within a few days and had my car done a few days after that. He even offered to drive me to my rental car spot to pick up my loaner. They are a family owned business and will definitely be using them for all my car repair needs. Extremely satisfied with my service. They also do mechanical work as well in addition to collision work.

I can't say enough about this place. Andy and his team are amazing. From me unexpectedly showing up on a Saturday am , him advocating for my vehicle with the insurance company to kind of huge collision repair job. I appreciate them so much, Highly recommend this place for auto body needs. Best small family business ever. I can't even tell anything ever happened to my vehicle . My 2nd time using Danner's and will not be the last.I will spread the word to everyone I know. Danner Collision took care of every detail and did a beautiful job on my car. I did not have to deal with my insurance company at all. They made sure that the company paid for the job to be done right using genuine parts. They even contacted the rental car company and got that set up for me. Many thanks to Karen, Andy and Ralph. Great job! You should be proud of your work.

I was in my first major car accident this year and Danner Collision was the only bright spot of the entire experience. They are responsive, honest, timely, and there to help you through any issues with insurance or other bumps in the road. The owners and office staff at Danner are friendly and treated me with kindness and respect. I am so thankful for their expertise and supportiveness, I would recommend them to anyone. They are truly the best!! 10/10

I've brought our cars here for both routine maintenance as well as issues and have always been completely satisfied with the work. The employees are all friendly and honest and have never made me feel silly for not knowing about cars! They always explain the work they recommend, and have even shown me the worn-out parts that they replaced. The work is done quickly and done well and I will continue to use Danner for all my needs!

I started going to Danner a couple years ago, and they have always helped me when I needed it, always finding ways to be sure my car gets back on the road at prices that are fair. Andy is wonderful to work with; he genuinely wants to help his customers, and provides honest and supportive advice. He also knows his cars! 100%, these guys are great.

I have been going to Danner Collision for all my car needs for a few years now. I appreciate how they don't pressure me into doing any work, but explain what is necessary and why. I work close to their location and have recommended all of my co-workers to use their services. They are a very friendly family and it's clear they care about the work they do.

Great experience, great customer service. I took my car here for an insurance photo inspection and ended up bringing it back a few weeks later after I was in an accident. So glad I did. Great family run business with workers who treat you like family. Highly recommended.

Someone had hit my parked car and ran while I was at work, so imagine my devastation when my brand new car had gotten its first dent/accident with no note or apology. Enraged that this happened on a friday night and most auto body shops are closed for the weekend, I frantically began my search for reputable places on google. I was immediately drawn to Danner Collision on the list because of its high praise and top knotch reviews. There were some other body shops open for the weekend but I grit my teeth and waited for Monday to come because my gut told me that I HAD to come to this one (there was too much praise for it to be a fluke, yknow?).AND GUESS WHAT. I have literally never seen a more humble and down to earth people than the guys at Danner. Apparently my car has a special "pearl blue" paint that costs upwards of $750. But Andy tells me it's not really needed in my case unless I was a stickler for it to look perfect. Not being able to pay that much for a paint job even if I was, he recommended several options - one of which we decided to just pop out the dent with no paint job - and he knocked the price down to way more than half! I was extremely grateful for the very verrryyy fair price, but I was still defeated, assuming that the cheap price for the repair meant my car wouldn't look as good. He told me to come pick it up by the end of the day, and I felt even more unsure if they would be able to do a good enough job in the few hours I left my car with them.BUT THEN! *cue epic music* I came to pick up the car in a measly 4 hrs, and it looked practically new. Of course if I were to close up on it, knowing there was previous damage, I'd be able to spot it. But otherwise, voila! It's basically magic. Even my friends who saw the before/after of my car commented on how nicely the job was done. So thank you, thank you, thank you. I will tell all the people I know who need auto body repairs to only come here from now on.The level of talent, humility, and friendliness of all the workers here deserve an A++! Thank you so much Danner Collision!

Don t go here! We got a new car and the place sent us here for the insurance pictures. We called and were told there s only two time slots open for these appointments every day, and they re each only an hour window. So we made an appointment and showed up, to find out that they cancelled our appointment without telling us and they sent us home. Their excuse was that they had no phone or internet that day, and to call back the next day. We called the next day only to be told to call back the next day exactly at 9am, because their receptionist was not in. We could tell that they were lying. I called the next collision place on the list and there you don t even need an appointment, you can come in any time all day long, even saturdays. Don t waste your time here.

They fixed up my car after it had been stolen. It looks better than it did before. Super nice people, answered all my questions and did it quickly.

I don't know how their work is but their customer service is horrible! It wasn't the secretary, but one of the employees was very rude and disrespectful! I think this company has forgotten that customers are what keep them in business. Would not recommend them to anyone! Don't use this company.
