We drove up from Alabama for a Bills game and our RV had a DEF sensor issue on the day we were supposed to leave. The first place we called couldn t get us in for a few days and recommended these guys. We got it to them late afternoon on Monday, they had to order the part but they still had us on the road the next day. We met some of the nicest people in Buffalo. Thanks for all your efforts and hospitality. GO BILLS!!!

This company did a GREAT job with servicing our Class A Motorcoach. Chris answered all of our questions thoroughly, returned our calls promptly, took great care of our coach and even adjusted the invoice appropriately when the work took less hours than originally quoted. We would recommend them to anyone.

We`ve been working with this branch for over 6 years, and service supervisors are always very helpful and accurate on estimate. You are getting updates through the repair process and nothing extra gets replaced without your permission.They are very friendly and often go beyond their duty to make sure our trucks are on the road when we need it.

Tried to get a quote for a rebuild, voicemail the first 2 times with no call back. Third time two hours later the guy acted like he was doing me a favor. Seems like they need some customer service training. Hunter Peterbuilt was much more pleasant and went the extra mile on my quote, guess we'll be going there even though it seems to make sense for the OEM to do it....

My family and I (4 children ages 2 through 9) were on a 5 week trip across 12 states, 2 countries and 4,000 miles in our motor home.This shop repaired our generator while we went into Canada with a rental vehicle.Upon returning, we discovered our motor home had a crazy short in the wiring in the dash. Naturally, with some dash wires running along side of the generator, the recent work was suspect. While my family waited in the waiting room after having already returned the rental vehicle, the service we received that followed was extraordinary!Dave, the General Manager offered us his vehicle in case we needed to run anywhere.Rick, the Asst Manager went out and bought my family breakfast. Then after the techs worked on the unit for several hours, and not being able to determine what it was, they referred us to Freightliner and said they would take care of the bill if it turned out to be related to anything they did while working on the unit. We went to Freightliner and they did work on our unit. It was determined the issue causing the short was totally unrelated, and that it was a brake switch in the opposite end of the motor home.They fixed the problem on a Saturday and Rick from Cummins called in his parts manager to open up their shop and called in the mechanic who worked on our generator to put it back in (they had left it out so Freightliner could thoroughly review this area in the event it was related to the Generator repair). These two employees came in on their day off so we could not be delayed in getting home due to Rick's request!Now, Freightliner had knowingly sent me on my way with a bad alternator that was discovered while the unit was in their possession, having even told me I would have no issues making it back to Florida. I didn t make it 2 hours. I could not get any help from the Freightliner shop that worked on my coach. I never once got a return call from Freightliners manager even after several days. In the meantime, Rick from Cummins Buffalo was calling me even after I left (on Saturday and Sunday) to make sure me and my family were ok. He told me to call his personal cell phone number in the event we had any problems. After discovering we had a problem, he arranged to have his tech, who was scheduled to be in Pittsburgh, to work on it first thing Monday morning. Now, we did decide to go on home because we found out from 3 other mechanics in the area where we broke down, that we could make it back to Florida if we simply charged the batteries fully and drove through the day and then plugged in at a campground each night to recharge them. We did, with Rick staying in touch the whole way. I could not believe the level of service we received. After being on the road for so long, we just wanted to get home, as I m sure you can imagine. But I have no doubt that Rick would have followed through on his word and went out of his way yet again, as well as his service tech that was supposed to be in Pittsburgh, because apparently this is how Cummins operates with some of the most exceptional service I have ever been on the receiving end of. My family and I want to thank Dave for being a great team leader. We want to thank Adam for doing the great work on our generator that fixed it. And for coming in on his day off. We want to thank the parts manager for coming in on his day off also to open up the shop for Adam. And most of all we want to thank Rick, for not just extending an expression of generosity, but the actions to match the words! Never have I seen such exceptional customer service with such consistency to the end! A job well done to Rick. This guy can walk away from this experience truly saying I did all I could have done to serve our customers. I hope Rick feels the accomplishment of his actions. Truly exceptional. Thanks Rick! And thank you Cummins!

You guys seem to not have a clear understand on your phone number. My number is 289 while yours is 829. I am constantly getting calls even from other cummings companys. I'm done with having to deal with so many calls

Called to see if they could service my RAM 3500 but apparently, despite the Cummins diesel that powers it, they don't service these trucks. Reception was pleasant enough but sadly, no service.

If you change your injectors in a 03 dodge 5.9 common rail Cummins don't get the new tubes they tell you that will work with that motor. They will absolutely not work. Use the stock tubes that came in your truck. Also keep your stock injectors you can get a lot more for them on eBay . They give you 300 they are worth at least 800.
