AMAZING business owners and customer service. I ve never been to a mechanic with such wonderful employees and owners. Dennis and the rest of the crew were so unbelievably sweet and hardworking and I am so grateful I found this place. I ve been ripped off by mechanics before and I m always nervous, but I could tell how trusting this business is. They are incredibly honest and hardworking and I am so appreciative. Thank you guys! You just found a lifelong customer!

If I can give Dennis 10 stars I would. I ve been taken advantage of left and right by mechanics and I literally was driving a car that risked mine and my daughters life. Dennis and I sat down, spoke about the vehicle, he gave me advice on how to handle situations like that in the future and gave me the best advice he could pertains to future repairs. Then repaired what the previous mechanic screwed up, fixed more and charged me the best price I ve ever been given. He s fair, honest, does great work, and has a heart of gold. OUR COMMUNITY NEEDS MORE PEOPLE LIKE DENNIS

If you want honest, professional and skilled mechanics who genuinely care about your safety and good running condition of your car, use Complete Car Care West Utica and Rhode Island. Another mechanic told me my engine was fried and he would give me a little money for car. Fortunately I had it towed to Complete Car Care for second opinion. My radiator was quickly replaced and I am still driving my car. Nothing like having the security of an honest mechanic who is committed to his customers.
