Excellent customer service from the moment I made my first call to get an estimate. They coordinated between my insurance company and car rental, kept me updated on the progress of the repair, and completed it within the timeframe given. The completed work was outstanding. I highly recommend Collision Masters.

From day one Gail explained the whole process and followed through every step of the way. The parts line up well and the computers work accordingly. Paint is a good match . It took a while longer than expected due to parts delay.

I had an amazing experience. Gail was so helpful and such a good person. I really appreciated the interaction and her quick assistance helping me complete my photo inspection when I was in a rush. I will definitely come back here many times thanks to Gail!!

Was recommended to this shop by my insurance company after my vehicle was rear ended. It was not a good experience from start to finish. When I called to question why my estimated jumped $4000 in less than 24 hours I was told that that s very common . When I asked to pause work until I could call my insurance company Nicolette snapped back that a paper was signed to perform these repairs, if you want us to stop now your insurance will not pay for what we have done and you are responsible. From there I was given an estimated 2 week period for my repairs and received a text the day before that date that everything was running on schedule. The next morning I received a text that they were waiting on parts still and given a new estimated date of 5 days later. I was not notified on the new completion date so I called the shop. My call was returned 5 hours later. When I finally picked up my vehicle there was 10 miles added to the odometer from the time I dropped it off. Given the fact that there was nothing mechanically wrong with my car , I questioned the 10 miles as it seemed a bit high for a test drive for a replaced hatch. Nicolette was once again defensive and rude and stated she would have the manager call me that still has not happened. I would not return to this shop or recommend it to anyone I know.

Collision Masters: A Tale of Horrors, Where the Drama UnfoldsI come to collect my car, only to find more lights flashing on my dashboard than at a casino. These lights weren't there before your team decided to work their magic. So, I speak with Gail, and in walks Kevin like he's the star of the show, treating me like I'm Bozo the Clown.Kevin's got the audacity to blame me for messing with the BSM monitor, as if it were never in their possession.When my Dad shows up, Kevin treats him like he's a blithering idiot.I've replayed the recordings of our conversation more times than I can count, and let me tell you, Kevin's got the charm of a cactus. Kevin made it very clear that, it's not Collision Masters' problem if they mess up, and if I'm not happy with their work, tough luck.But the gag is: your crew managed to install the wrong parts in my car. Can you believe it? And to add insult to injury, you held my car hostage for days because you couldn't get your paperwork in order. Real smooth move."Sorry" just doesn't cut it in this situation.Collision Masters doesn't live up to its hype it's a comedy of errors, and guess who'splaying the lead role? THE CUSTOMER.UPDATE; I didn t hear anything from anybody at this establishment until I gave him an honest review. Then they call say that they re all so sorry about the experience they never had any idea, even though it involves multiple people that are higher up in their business. They called on Tuesday to let me know that the new part the correct part for my car will be in on Wednesday and that they will call me immediately when it arrives so I can get my car in and have it fixed and be done with this headache. As you can imagine it s been crickets ever since. If I can give negative stars or at least zero stars, I would, but I highly highly suggest you find a different shop. Anything else is better than this. It looks like they are indeed trying to scam me just like Kevin said they would.UPDATE: It turns out the insurance company has been checking daily since this disaster happened. Collision Masters has been lying to them and telling it will be here in one more day. That comes after being told by Kevin that they were going to scam me, and that they triple checked my car and it wasn't their fault. Unfortunately after this they still don't understand why I am so upset and feel like they are INCOMPETENT.

Got in an accident, nothing major, just the front left headlight was damaged essentially. Brought the car in to collision masters, and was told it was gonna be at least a couple of weeks due to the nature to parts availability, which makes sense. Come a month later, my car is finally complete, but when I go to pick it up I realize something is off. They put the wrong rim on when they ended up replacing my front left tire, so I had three odd rims. Besides, when I was handed over the vehicle, there was a wet rag sitting on my cloth seats, a badge for the front left fender of my car was left off and sitting in the center console, and on top of that my rubber floor mat was gone. Not to mention, the tire pressure in the replaced tire was very low (around 25 psi when it should be in the high 30s). The guy there, Paul, said he was glad to fix the mistakes made, and about a week later, the wheel was replaced and the badge was put on. The rubber mat was never returned, as it was put in another vehicle . Despite the hassle of me having to come back to get my car actually completed, they did not even offer to replace the mat that they had lost, saying they ll call me if they find it . All in all, not the worst, but shortly, I d go somewhere else next time.

Gail and team was great. There was a delay with my car being ready, so it delayed the pick up, but certainly was not the Collision Masters team fault, as they were waiting for outside resources. Great service

Front desk receptionist was overly sarcastic and rude from the moment I stepped into the door. She was quick to turn away business. I told her I needed a photo inspection and she immediately says we don t do that here you need an appointment I then told her I already had one. She then confronts me for making a bad review telling me she personally thinks she s going a great job juggling all the stress. In my personal opinion she needs to learn to keep her cool in stressful situations and be polite to customers.

Stolen and recovery. My truck was with the shop for about 6 1/2 weeks because of the make and model of my truck (Kia/Hyundai) parts were hard to find and my first release date was pushed back by 2 days I was lucky to get it back in such a short amount of time. I d give them a 4.5 score. They did a phenomenal job with the detailing and finding the parts for my truck. Gail was especially nice considering I was a mess without my truck. Very patient and encouraging. When I picked my keys up she stayed around waiting to give me a hug( loved it) she probably was secretly happy to be rid of me lol. Great work great work on my truck and good folk. Highly recommend!Service: Steering & suspension repair

I used collision masters for my auto due to an accident. they were phenomenal kept me updated on repairs. the office people were top notch and friendly. I also went back because I probably hit a barrier in a parking lot and knocked off a clip. they were so accommodating to fix it. they even went over and beyond to see why my check engine light was on everything was fixed. they are top notch in my book.
