Sadly someone hit my vehicle in a parking lot when I wasn t in it. I was upset, and full of anxiety. When I called Clinton Collision, the gentleman on the phone calmed me down and listened to what I had to say. He gave me guidance on who to call and what to do. Working with the other persons insurance company and the shop. My car took a little longer than expected due to addition damage. The shop was in constant communication with me, and gave me an estimated time that it would be returned. I m thankful for Ron and Dave, owners of the shop, for their compassion and patience s. I would highly recommend Clinton Collisoon.

Stopped here a few weeks back after something started dragging under our brand new SUV while traveling south on 90 from Rochester to Pittsburgh. I was terrified because we had our 10 month old with us. Folks were SO kind and courteous. Gentleman looked under the car, saw what the cause was (very simple issue), and reattached the part for no charge. Very impressed and sincerely grateful!

Recently in an accident and thought my truck was going to be totaled. These guy's went above and beyond to make my truck look like new. They even fixed a section of my fender that I attempted to do myself. They were quick and did a great job. Very nice guys and worked with my insurance company. I simply cannot rave enough about this shop and Dave and Ron!! The ONLY place you should ever take your vehicle for your collision needs! Their work is perfection!!They never disappoint, actually they go above and beyond to satisfy their customers, 5 stars don't seem like enough!!

Thought my car was done for and had to have it towed in. Called a couple hours later to see if they got a chance to look at it and it was already done being repaired AND they charged me way less then I could have even imagined. The are fantastic. Good reliable family oriented people. They gave me a loner and treated me great. They even saved me over $400 when I came to pickup my car. Highly reccomend!!! I would definitely go back again!!!

Clinton Collision was recommended to me by Manko Automotive and I am so happy I listened! I had many dings and dents on my driver side from parking in the city of Buffalo. Clinton Collision made my car look BRAND NEW. They were much cheaper then other quotes i have received. I have been raving about this garage to everyone I can.

So, 2 years ago I needed a fuel pump for my 99 Tahoe. It took them 2 weeks to change a fuel pump and being a naive pregnant woman at the time when it comes to anything mechanical I figured that was maybe normal. Now I understand that parts go even after you replace them. But when I took it to another shop and they informed me that not only did they replace the gas tank with something that does NOT fit my truck but is at least from 05 or newer because it is plastic but it still had the oil pen writing on the side of it from M&M u-pull-it and has a smaller fuel pump than designed for my motor. They said the only way they believe they could have gotten this tank in there is to remove at least the drive shaft. Now I got over charge for all the hours of labor they did to do the job wrong and had to walk to work pregnant for 2 weeks at the time. Here I am paying a different shop for a job that should have been done right the first time and this shop has no idea how the fuel pump has lasted this long.
