Was looking for a specific door panel for my truck. Called at least 15 different places in area including looking out of state. Gentleman took care of me, sent me pictures so I could verify it was correct panel and did not charge me a lot of money for it. Will definitely return in future

Terrible service guy on phone arguing with me over what part I asked for waited half work day waiting to hear that he pulled part just to find out not what I asked for incompetent to say the least and as a shop that has been doing business with Clinton since 1980 I am appalled at the way they conducted themselves. Your customers deserve better !

Had a door lock mechanism break on my Dodge Truck! Went to all the typical parts places. No luck!! Could have got one online and waited. Or, I can go to Clinton Auto Parts and get Now!! Which is what I did! Thank You Clinton Auto Parts for all the time and money you saved Me!!

Today I attempted to contact your facility and asked the basic question of ," Do you buy whole vehicles?" A woman responded, " Yes, we buy scrap vehicles." I responded," I have one that runs and drives and.." before I could finish speaking, she cut me off and said it'd be alot easier to get a quote from her if I'd just tell her what I had and not ramble. She immediately said, "oh, no response? Have a good day", and hung up." Not sure if that's how business is conducted here, but I'll call back Monday when you open, as noone would answer the phone when I tried calling back multiple times.

So i Was looking for a mirror bracket for my vehicle. They didn't have it but a woman named Margo went so far out of here way to look up not just where but also the price for 4 different places . That woman is my hero of the day!I will be going back in the future if I ever have to look for parts.

Clinton usually has everything you need and can have it pulled and ready for you in a pretty fair amount of time. Prices are reasonable for the area.Good People Overall.

Lisa was extremely helpful to me. Very pleasant and offered to order me a rim for my car. The owner also went out of his to help find me a rim. It was ordered and it came in 2 days. Thank you.

They were the only shop able to pull a 2009 Kia Spectra knuckle in one piece. Very friendly. Too far for me to use on a daily basis. But, will definitely use again Service: Part finding & extractingService: Part finding & extracting

Called to have my car pick up for junk was told Thursday would be fine and I would receive a call prior to them coming. Waited all day never showed up. Could of at least called me and said u were backed up and wouldn't be able to come thanks for making me waste my day off waiting. Call them if u want ur day wasted.
