I can t say enough great things about this place! Great, friendly, customer service and always great service on my vehicle. Walking out of there knowing that my vehicle is safe and ready for another Buffalo winter, is a peace of mind that you can t put a price on. Thank you for always taking such great care of me and my vehicles.

Within the past month both my husband and I have gone to Carrero s and we cannot say more amazing things about it! As a woman, it can be stressful calling or going to a mechanic not here! Mark and his crew never made me feel inferior, educated me on everything needed for my vehicle repairs, charged my husband and I a beyond fair price, and were consistently gracious for our business. They cared very deeply for our schedule, were very kind hearted, and treated us like family after knowing us for an hour. We will be lifelong customers now and told Mark how happy we were to find his establishment. 100/10 recommend coming here! They are honest, fair, and immensely kind.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My go to place for honest, fast and quality work on my truck. Very talented team of mechanics that can fix just about anything. Honesty on what needs replacement is priority number one for me and they have always been that.

Went here the other day because my car was making an awful sounds. Mark was helpful and services priced reasonable given the unknown. Most importantly the issue seems fixed. Mark and the guys there are awesome!! - they're our family mechanics and provide services to our; 2014 buick lacross, 2015 acura rdx, 2012 bmw 528i, 2008 jag vanden plas and 2017 maserati levante. They will do all they can to make sure they resolve your issue. It's hard to find a good mechanic; my family been going their since 2017. I highly recommend!

This is a fantastic business!!!Ed has been my go-to mechanic for many years. He's very honest, reasonable and delivers on time. In the unlikely event that a repair has to be repeated, he won't charge you anything! Ed has been my mom and I mechanic for several years now. Not only does he take his time with our vehicles but he only fixes what s broke or needs attention. He always gives a estimate of how much the work will be and 9/10 the price is accurate. I definitely consider him family and would refer anyone to him. He loves what he does and it definitely shows!!!!!

Great auto shop. I got multiple opinions for my wheel bearing issue and this shop not only gave me the best price but also was extremely honest with exactly what was going on. I didn't feel any pressure to purchase additional services. I brought in my second vehicle a couple months ago for a noise and was told they couldn't find any issues and it turned out many months later my vehicle was indeed fine (slight sound went away a couple days later) One word to describe this atuo shop, Honest.Service: Steering & suspension repair

My whole family & business always bring our cars to Ed @ Performance Plus without hesitation for every kind of service because he and his crew do the right work at a fair price without wasting anyone's time or money. From a quick tire change to a new transmission or more and he takes care of our big work truck. We all know how hard it is to find a trustworthy mechanic and Ed always treats us with respect.

The whole family brings their vehicles here. Pricing is more than fair, they're trustworthy, and they don't keep your vehicle for days and days. Great atmosphere, too, we love the peace of mind.

Extremely professional and courteous crew that were willing to bend over backwards to get my car back on the road even as problems kept mounting up in the repair process. They were always patient with me and saved me a lot of money when they didn't have to.Honest, professional, and reasonable. Couldn't recommend more.

Ed's the man, and Eric is great as well. Has been servicing my three trucks for the past six years at least. I wouldn't take them anywhere else, and you would be silly not to swing in.

I would highly recommend them. They have worked on two of my cars. I enjoy the undercoating done right before winter. They definitely don't overcharge you and are very honest.

They do good work on my diesel pickup. Honest folks, small operation. I trust all 3 mechanics that I've dealt with there. Make sure you set an appointment!

If you read my Bellreng's towing review then this review is like a completion of that review. The long and the short is that the husband's car broke down last Thursday and this is where we had the car towed to.The mechanic ultimately was unable to find what was wrong with the car but was kind enough to not charge the husband for looking over the car. That was very kind. And honest. If you need your car looked at then take it to Carrero's.

Fair price, quick service, friendly staff. Brought my car in with suspected sway bar bushing problems, they identified the sway links as the problem, replaced them and charged a VERY reasonable price. Will be going back.

Carrero's is the only place i go. I trust Ed as a business owner and i trust Eric who has been working on my vehicles for years. I followed him over to Carrero's from another shop and i am very pleased with the service.
