Gary is an absolute professional. He was able to replace my windshield quickly and he helped me work with my insurance to ensure I didn t pay out of pocket and I didn t get taken advantage of by them when they tried to give me the run around.

I went to Buffalo Auto Glass for a custom job, for 2 wood tables I have. They cut glass tops for them the same day! Buffalo Auto Glass rocks! They are reasonably priced and got it done fast. I highly recommend them!

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Great customer service and got me in and out quickly even though I made a last minute change for my appointment. I had broken glass all over the inside of my car and they cleaned it without me asking and didn t charge me extra . Dropped my car off and they were done in 45 minutes cheaper then most spots I got estimates at also!!! Would definitely be coming back and recommending friends and family .

Someone had smashed my windshield on my Kia and almost shattered the entire thing. After a lot of rude customer service from AAA and other people, Buffalo Auto glass was the first place to be kind and informational. They took my car almost immediately and did an amazing job for a very fair price. Would go to them again if anything ever happened.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Can't say enough good things! Scott was extremely accommodating. They were able to fix my busted window the day after I called & was even prepared to fix it that same day! Whole process took about 40 minutes & my window looks/works great!

Definitely the best price around town besides extreme auto. But I needed my windshield fixed the same day and this place helped me with that. They had it done in about three hours the same day I called! Reason for the 4 out of 5 stars is because when I went to get my vehicle the inspection sticker was ruined and the gentleman simply brushed me off and said he can't do anything about it even though it was his shop that messed it up?Besides that great place good service good price.

My car was broken into along with about 7 other or so cars, all with windows broken. After a quick google search, I found this place. I dropped my car off at around 9:45 am and it was all fixed with the window working properly by 1:00 pm the same day. Very courteous and professional workers, if anything happens to be my vehicle again, I will come back. My insurance covered the $176.00 Cost.Whole process was painless.

Very great experience !!! Arrived a little earlier than my scheduled time and they took me right away... Got the job done in an efficient manner and was on my way to work way before I expected... Highly recommend these guys, you will not be sorry !!! :-)

I googled a place to get my rear defrost wire fixed. I called the guy was very nice and was able to get my truck in fast. The wait was no longer than 15min. Im so thankful it was quick and easy. I have not used the defrost yet no snow out. I use to have to get out when it snows bad and wipe off the window. Im a happy camper. I will update if I need to. Thank you Buffalo Auto Glass.

This place is great from the pricing to the no hassle service they provide I called a day before and they got me in the next day and got my car out the same day I recommended if you have a crack in your windshield look here first

I drive a semi truck and the passenger side windshield was destroyed by a piece of debris that fell from a bridge. From Albany to Rochester, I tried to find someone to fix my windshield but was not successful. I finally reached Gary at Buffalo Glass and not only was he able to source the windshield, he agreed to come to me to install it. I've been going to this glass location off and on sense I have always owned a older car and his windshield /side door window prices with install for the cars I driven are not bad at all. I'm grateful.
