Awesome people. I am from Michigan and had a tire blowout. They towed my truck to their shop because my spare was stuck under truck. They changed my tire and sent me on my way. Great people did it at no charge.

Outstanding. I was so stressed out and they took care of everything (and I m pretty type A about just about everything). They ll bring a flatbed so the tow wont damage your car. Thank you!

I took my car here when it needed a new transmission because of good reviews I read online. That was Feb 2020. It cost me over 3k to have a new one put in.Then in Sept 2022 it needed yet another transmission. Another 3k gone.Now today, a year after having a new transmission put in I m being told I need another one. I called and was told there was nothing they could do but would be happy to take a look.I declined because 3 transmissions in 3 years is beyond ridiculous.Save yourself time, money and frustration and go elsewhere!!

Nothing but scammers.My cousin broke down in Buffalo and got towed to their shop. They scanned the codes and determined he needed a transmission rebuilding that would cost over US $8000. The shady guy didn't even hoist it and do a physical inspection. My cousin declined the service and requested a tow back to Toronto Canada. The cost was close to US $1000.My cousin's mechanic inspected the van and found the problem in no time... a drive shaft section and its coupler at the back differential end. COST WAS $900 CANADIAN parts and labor and taxes. !!!!

Anthony was awesome! I sold my car through an online service, and Frank Brown Towing was the company that collected my car. Anthony went the extra mile to make sure I got as much as I could. He was knowledgeable and kind, and got the job done quickly. If you need a tow, I absolutely recommend Frank Brown towing! 10/10, amazing service!Service: Car towing

Had no choice to have car towed by Browns they have a scam thats been going on for years with Town of Tondawanda police for all accident seens even if you have a tow truck show up they wont let you use it. They are emotional support dog friendly! They serviced my vehicle even with the "boys" in the car. Great help from the mechanics, Rooster( hard to forget his name) the gararge manager and the kind financial lady!!! So happy to have found a great place

The experience with this shop was perfect. My car broke down on the way to my wedding rehearsal and within minutes of the car switching to idle and me pulling over, Larry pulled up in the tow truck. He was so kind and patient as I tried to get my insurance on the line since I have roadside.My car got towed to their service shop and they provided reasonable pricing for the repair. We received quick and clear communication from Darryl - he even followed my directions to call my parents instead of me since the work was completed on the day of my wedding. I cannot express my gratitude enough for how they swooped in and took care of it all.Hate swiping my credit card, but so appreciative of the service receivedService: General repairs & maintenance

My air conditioning and heater broke in the summer and I was like whelp . this is okay. Fast forward to freezing temperatures and the snow storm, and then it was suddenly very NOT okay Anyways I ve gone to a bunch of mechanics during my few years here in Buffalo and most of them are swindlers. Not Frank Brown though! I had actually called a different mechanic to look at my car and he was booked for a week so he suggested this place. Frank Brown is the nicest mechanic you ll ever meet, he got me in in 3 days and fixed my blower motor and alternator in less than 3 hours. It was the most reasonably priced repair I ve ever had done, I m amazed. Highly highly recommend!!!!!Services: Air conditioning, Auto maintenance

Zero star would be there attitude towards the work. Had an issue with car no one bothered about what i have to say and plus charged for leaving my car for an hour. Pathetic it is ..

Towing service used thru my Insurance Roadside Coverage mobile app. I was informed that wait times might be longer due to heavy call volume so I was prepared however it didn t take as long as expected. Upon arrival the tow driver Anthony was great! Very knowledgeable told me what the noise was I was hearing and took great care loading my truck on the flat bed, towed to my trusted mechanic who confirmed what Anthony said! Thanks again Anthony for providing great service!

Tow service was okay. The driver watched me be assaulted and then told me she couldn t get involved. She then told the police that I was the aggressor and the assaulted the man. So if your a minority don t call them

Had to have my car towed so I went through my auto insurance road side assistance. Frank Brown Towing was probably the best towing experience anyone could have. The driver ( sorry, I don't know his name) as he was there so fast, he checked out my car first to see what was going on and he was very knowledgeable and very friendly . Thanks again for making this a very painless, easy morning.

Got my tyre fixed here.Service was quick and good value.The only thing they could improve on is; they let a kid who doesnt know how to drive stick park the car. He struggled and stalled the car. I rather he doesnt learn how to drive a stick w my car. Let someone who knows handle it kid.

My insurance company selected this towing company to tow my vehicle and the company sent the kindest man named Bill. He was earlier than what time I was given, which was fantastic. He checked on my car to see why it wasn't started an knew right away what the problem was. Again, he was so nice and informative to someone who doesn't know much about vehicles. He took care of it and got my vehicle to the dealership safely.

Requested for a tow. Waited 2-3 additional hrs on top of the 1.5 hr initial estimation. I wouldn't be as upset if they were honest about their delay. Instead, their representative said my request was next in queue each time I called. Would not recommend.

I have been in the auto aftermarket for over 40 years, and recently retired.So when my service light came on my 2015 Land Rover and seeing my tachometer over rev I knew something was going on with my transmission. Fortunately was able to limp it in to a place with a name that s been around longer then I have so I thought I would give them a shot, and boy am I glad. Upon my arrival, a tech named Perry greeted me at the door. Immediately I felt I was in good hands. They ran my Land Rover through a series of test, including a computer scan that gave an overdrive error code. I just knew I was in for major repair. However my intuition was right on the money. Perry once again put me at ease and much to my surprise had me on the road the next morning with a bill of under $275. With 122,000 miles looked like the original fluid and filter they told me , also a corroded wire to one of the shift solenoids. I was ready for a $3500. Transmission replacement. No greasy fingerprints and a perfect running car again. Thanks to Dave the owner and Perry for giving me peace of mind at a great $$$. Service: Transmission

Dave and his crew are the most honest mechanics I have ever dealt with. They are not there just to make a buck. They have worked on several on my vehicles through the years. Through that they have always been honest, from yes we can fix this to we really don't think It would be worth you to fix. And they always see it through until you are satisfied. Bottom line fast, friendly, reliable service.

In already a stressful situation getting your means of transportation towed, I just appreciate the dispatcher Chris and the tower Wayne for helping me out on todays experience. He really was genuine and attentive. He went the extra mile and I hope this review helps him and the company. Even though the world is short staffed that he remained kind and showed up!!!!

Always happy to go to Brown's Towing for all our car service needs and we have three cars. They are always friendly, professional, and work hard to get your car back in a hurry. We have been going to Brown's for a very long time, and that says something, doesn't it? I highly recommend their services if you are looking for a reliable garage to take care of all your car.

Recently worked with Frank Brown's Auto Service & Towing through a third party, Peddle. The process was simple, though I did manage to make things extremely complicated. I read my odometer wrong, and got a new quote for double the original... While my driver was already there to pick up my car. (Apparently this happens a lot. Lol, I still feel really bad.) We rescheduled, and James was even able to come earlier which was great. I had a job interview, and he was able to get the car before I had to leave. I got the job lol, thanks guys!

I'm the service manager at a Goodyear tire store, we've used Frank Brown's towing service for years and years, they never disappoint, they're always on time, and they are very reasonably priced. I would recommend them as a towing company to anyone who needs one.

Extremely dissatisfied with this company. My car broke down and I needed to get my car into the shop ASAP. They were dispatched about 12:09 PM and they never showed. I called there twice and received very dishonest answers from the girl answering the phone who on two occasions told me they were on their way. I ended up having to call my insurance to have another tow company dispatched for the next day. Now I'm more inconvenienced as my car can't get worked on for another day. If they couldn't take the job, they should have notified me or the insurance company. Bad customer service and a lack of consideration for someone who waited nearly 5 hours for a tow that never showed:(

Horrible. Car got towed (my fault) but looking for it at 2 location as they have the same number. Money was tooken car had marks on it when picking it up.
