I went there because of my tire pressuring dropping, turned out to be a nail. Bought a used tire for now and car is making noise, shaking, screeching on the tire he replaced. He stated it was due to the previous people who had rotated and balanced my tires but I had no noise or wobbling prior. Proceeded to tell me if I go to buy a part he will fix whatever had been wrong and that the noise was safe and not to worry. My car is having a hard time stopping now as well. Making a clanking noise it wasn t prior. Definitely did something to my car and now I have to get whatever damage undone ontop of the new tire. He was a nice kid, personable but they don t know what they re doing in there.

215/55/17 tires good one balanced and installed for $50. The cheaper one is $40. Very fast service.

I like them a great amount, got my oil changed there a couple months back and all was good, yet I'm unsure why they didn't let me know I needed a new oil catch pan, or that I had a slow leak in my Chevy Impala LT 2013 car.. I'm going to check with them again about my oil pan and all later on this week, I hope they give me good news and are able to fix the issue! I'll continue to go back if that's the case.

I would give zero if I could! MUST READ, I went there from the falls 35m drive I ask them if they had the tires there got there nope no tires! Waited 5 hrs for them to go get them then tell me they were to busy sent me to there other shop to have them put on!!!!they didn't do there job right and almost caused me to wreck! TOLD ME come back they would fix it charged me to do so when it was supposed to be free because of there negligence!! Worst shop I've ever dealt with in my life

Love this place. Fast and efficient service. I always come here when I was a little short on cash for my service they helped me out. Cheapest tires and service in town. Will continue to recommend them AMAZING service.

this place would be better if they hire good personnel, khaled lacks training, he doesn't know how to communicate with customers, big moe keep your place up and do something. make him change the bad attitude if he cant then he should not be the face to deal with customers. also you need heat in the waiting room.I will come back again to see if any changes happened, if not i will not come back to this place and I will spread the word among friends not to do business here.

My car randomly died in front of my girlfriends house. Big Moe's was recommended so I had it towed there. I was told by AAA that it's most likely alternator or starter. Joe checked it out and called and found all was good. He went above and beyond and called a dealership to find out they had "shut my car off" by accident. Joe could've said he changed a bunch of stuff but he only charged me for the diagnostic. BTW I'm from Canada! I will recommend Big Moe's to everyone! Thank you so much Joe and the Big Moe team!

Got to be the best place to get an awesome set of tires from for a great price. The staff and service workers are completely professional on point and comfortable to be around. And you can't say one word bad about Big Moe and incredible individual trying to look out and help anyone and everyone he can. I would highly highly recommend anyone to stop by and see what kind of services they offer including full auto repair tires rims inspection oil changes alignment suspension everything and anything.

I went to Big Moe s to replace a front tire that went flat after hitting a curb. The rim was inspected and determine to be in good shape. The replacement tire was a bargain price and I was in and out within the hour. Within the first month I was topping off air weekly until I was able to get back over there. The used tire had developed a thumb sized bubble on the wall that was steadily growing. The shop techs honored my receipt warranty within 30 days and swapped it out. I topped off the air at a gas station as soon as I left. After two days, I woke up to a totally flat as a pancake tire. I returned to Moe s and they sprayed the second replacement tire down, discovered it had leaks in multiple locations. Yet again it was hurriedly exchanged and I was sent on my way (without a receipt to validate it). I drove around on the tire for the past week and a half, and as of today woke up to a half-flat tire and another headache to replace it - elsewhere this time. I don t know if it s a lack of properly checking tires BEFORE selling them to a customer, but I will not be coming back to Big Moe s. Four times is not the charm, and I am disappointed at best.

If you want cheap tires, this is the place. Great service, Great guys I feel welcome every visit. The big guy Moe is a little rough around the edges but hes a real stand up guy. Dont go anywhere else, you need a tire? Come check what they got and leave with money still in your pocket!! A+ much love.

Our van was overheating early into our trip to Florida. It was Friday night, but Big Moe took pity on us and installed a new thermostat and got us on our way quickly. He even offered my kids pizza while we waited. Total bill was $75. Amazing service!

I needed a set of tires for my Jeep as soon as possible. Big Moe's hooked me up in 90 minutes, as a walk-in customer, at a price 70% less than other "big box" garages. Discount/used tires still have to meet federal safety guidelines and standards. Mechanics were professional and courteous. If you are in the market for tires, I would suggest stopping in here first to see what kind of a deal they can offer to you.

Amazing People, Efficient and Friendly Service. I can't say enough about these guys who stayed open for us on an early Sunday evening when we had a flat tire on I-90. Roadside changed our tire, everywhere was closing, but these guys stayed open just for us. We got there and were fitted with a new tire and driving home in about 20 mins. Thank you, thank you, thank you. This is how service should be everywhere.

My daughter is a college student in Buffalo. She was having some issues with her car before heading home for Christmas break, her friend at school suggested bringing it to her dad at Moe's - she got new brakes and rotors, car is all set!! I really appreciate that there was a reliable, fast and honest shop she could get it taken care of being away from home.Thank you from her mom :)

Quick service affordable prices and the owner was extremely nice. Also opened late until 9 p.m.. I would recommend the place to anyone if need of tires. Will definitely go back if I needed them again

Would give 0 stars if possible! My mother went yesterday and today same time 6pm to try and get air in her one tire. Yesterday (2/9/21) she was told they were not staying open just to put air in the tire even though she called at 6pm they close at 7 she was sitting in autozone parking lot.. today she decided to go up there, the white boy with the dreadlocks told her he was too busy and was not opening the gate cause it was too cold outside. Mind You 2 bays one car in one bay. And again they close at 7pm. Terrible service, especially towards someone old enough to be your grandmother !!

Bought some used trailer tires they are great paid 200 cash for them and they also mounted them for me no extra charge.
