I ve been going here for the past few years. As an enthusiast who predominately does my own work in my own shop space, I am typically very selective with who I choose to give my business when I need things that I don t have the tools for. Bailey Tire has always done amazing work for me and gets awesome prices (sometimes better than Tire Rack) on tires. They pay attention to small details and have never dinged one of my many sets of wheels when mounting tires. They have always been very straightforward, honest, and priced fairly. The owner and his staff are knowledgeable and very good at what they do. I have never felt very comfortable just handing my keys over to a shop, but I trust this staff completely. I highly recommend this business constantly to coworkers, friends, and family when they are in need of tires, and cannot recommend them enough. Their hard work is greatly appreciated and I will continue supporting this business as long as I live in Buffalo.

We needed the brakes done on our 22 Forester, as they were REALLY bad. Don and Donny got us in quickly and had us back on the road in no time. HIGHLY recommend this shop these are honest and trustworthy guys!!!

I recently had an oil change and my cooling system fixed when my car overheated. The price was reasonable and they did the work quickly. The staff was friendly and courteous. Highly recommend going to them.

Bailey s is an all-around good place. They re honest and reliable and fair on pricing. I ve taken my car to the dealer for a long time now but I will ONLY be going here from now on. They discuss the issues clearly and are honest about the extent of all issues. They re fast and get the job done . Thank you !

I'm so happy to type this review because this place took care of me and not only fixed my car, they fixed the scratch that I didn't even ask them to fix for free! I'll definitely be going back for future repairs, highly recommend them!!

Got the call my vehicle was done not even a full 3 hours after AAA had dropped it off (on a Friday afternoon at that!) No price gouging, very friendly & professional.After my Jeep breaking down right after the blizzard, I thought it d take at least a week to get my Jeep back with all the aftermath of other vehicles from the storm. Being the only vehicle getting husb & I to work, & two kids to daycare I was STRESSED & expressed that! After such a positive experience, I refuse to take my vehicles anywhere else!

Took my truck here several times. They know their stuff and do good work. They ve put tires on my wife s car etc. I ve always been happy with the work. This go around they ve fought with my warranty company to get my claim covered, definitely gone the extra mile. If you take your car or truck somewhere else your making the wrong choice. Great service and good prices.

I've been meaning to write this 4 over a week now. Don and his son are SIMPLY AMAZING. I called them desperate because my daughter had a fuel line leak. Friends of mine suggested them but warned me they are a very busy repair shop. I called them last Monday morning. Had to go get her car 1st and bring in to them. They told me they could have it done by end of day and sure enought it was and at better price from others even including an oil change per my request! I without a doubt HIGHLY RECCOMEND THEM!! Thank u so much. EXCELLENT!

This is my 3rd time shopping here and I couldn't be happier. Went to the local big tire chain first and despite promises of lowest price in town, the exact tires here cost me almost $150 less, all with the same service. I prefer doing business with small businesses so despite the other's guarantee to meet the price, I bought my new tires here. Friendly, efficient, and great prices. What more could you want? Don't hesitate getting your next tires here.

I have going to Bailey Tires for years. I have never had a bad experience. Got an appointment for the next day. Service was done in an hour and spent that time walking the bike path.Today I brought in a car for a NYS Inspection. Don did the inspection right away so I would have it all day.

I always do the work myself but had shoulder surgery and needed help....Well I'm happy to say after looking at reviews and calling around, I found Bailey Tire! I see why they had good reviews! Great service and knowledgeable group of guys! Headed back in a few days to get an inspection done. Who knows maybe some brakes too! Its always nice knowing you can trust guys to do great work and have affordable prices! Thank you! Highly rocommended! A+++

Extremely professional and friendly. I have gone to them for 2 major jobs on my car and I will definitely be giving them my business in the future. They were extremely straightforward every step of the way, and they kept me updated.

I called them 7-8 times to get the pricing and confirm the appointment. After I drop off my car they said they can t get the part for that day and part price went up by $300.Even after making sure about the part,price and appointment time by calling before still they messed it up and they are not even sorry for the issue.I don t recommend them.WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

I've been using Bailey Tire for over a decade. They are a small shop, but the turn around on work has always been quick. I've never felt over sold or under educated on any of the work I've had done. It's the shop I recommend to my friends and family. They are trustworthy.

I always receive prompt and professional service at reasonable prices. It's hard to believe, but when you have an appointment, they actually take the vehicle in and work on it, unlike car dealers. We bring all our cars here and next we will bring our boat. Highly recommend!!

Don and Jr are great ! The environment is very professional and up beat. The service is incredible. The ower, Don, is a honest, trustworthy man and has taken care of my vehicle every time I bring it to him. He finds me unbeatable deals. Jr is such a hard working young man. He strives for perfection the first time doing the job and handling vehicles.

I ordered some fancy tires and arranged for installation and alignment. They were very accommodating about the time of my appointment as I was driving in from Toronto. They did what they said they would do, and the price was as expected. Even with the duty paid, the price was great. Their shop is in the middle of nowhere, though but their lounge has wifi.

They installed my towing mirrors on my Silverado and did my undercoating and it came out amazing! Quoted me lower then any other shop around! Great shop to go too, I highly recommend.

First visit there and I'll be back. First rate from top to bottom - impressive shop, mechanics and office staff are friendly, proficient and helpful. Pricing very reasonable. You won't regret taking your car or boat here.

I dropped my car off just for a diagnostic check. I told them I would need a report and especially needed to know the codes that came up. That afternoon the receptionist called and she said the car and the report were ready, and that the charge was $79. When I went the next morning to pick up the car, the guy at the desk said it was going to be $129, so I told him that the receptionist said it would be $79. He said, "I don't know why it would be less than $129, since that's the cost of one hour of labor." After his grumbling he charged me $79 and gave me a printed receipt. When I asked him for the report, he told me the receipt was the only report they had. I was a bit confused, and when I went to my car and looked it over, I realized it had none of the information I needed. So I went back into the store and told them I really needed the report and that the receptionist said it would be available. I guess that inspired the guy to look for the report, which he found and handed to me. Great. After taking the car to another place, it turns out Bailey Tire only wrote down some of the codes that came up during the scan, and omitted the crucial ones related to the battery. Bad service and a waste of time and $79.Now I see that another reviewer pointed out that the owners have posted multiple five star reviews on their own store. Seems like dishonesty from the get go.

Went in for front end work and they didn't sell me anything I didn't need,how bout that! Straight forward excellent customer service I'm very happy with my recent visit to Bailey Tire and Marine

Simply the best for auto repair and maintenance!I have nothing but positive things to say about Bailey Tire Auto and Marine Service. This business is local -- not part of a chain, family owned and operated (Don Brandt & son). Staff is knowledgeable, courteous, honest and dependable. The prices are reasonable. I started going to Bailey Tire after an experience in which I had a flat tire, so I stopped in there because I had driven by numerous times and noticed they specialize in tires. So they fixed my tire, and didn't charge me for it. From that point on, they had my business.#baileytire#donbrandt

I was recommended to go to this shop by a friend and was very pleased! The day i called i said i would need a car inspection asap and they were able to fit me in just an hour after i called which i super appreciated. He was very friendly and made everything easy. Definitely my new go to place.

Somehow my review was taken down. The front desk here is dishonest and charged far more than they quoted (quoted for parts only over the phone, then charged +labor when we picked up car). Look at their positive reviews, mostly from people with only 1 review, and have multiple reviews from the owner (Don). UB students, stay away, they will take advantage of you!

Don and crew do a great job. Fairly priced and honest. They work on both cars and boats. I have a few friends that have had their trucks lifted by them too. Looking forward to having them lift our truck soon.
