The employee started to rip my truck remote apart and nearly broke it trying to replace the battery, there was a screw that had to be removed and instead of checking thing she just went at it. I asked for a battery not for her to change it. Then the lady with the blue hair said Do you want to take it somewhere else , which was very unprofessional as I wasn t being difficult or disrespectful. I have been going to AutoZone since I was a child and set up a commercial account for my work and did not deserve that ridiculous response. I will no longer be going there as the other locations are way better to deal with. I would also like to point out the young lady calling the other lady momma , again unprofessional.

I was put on hold indefinitely but at least the didn't actually put me on hold and just set the phone down. That's worth 5 stars in my book as a previous autozoner.

Walked into the store with no hello or how can I help you? As I was looking for my items in aisle I overheard someone ask if they could have employee help them put on wiper blades they purchased. The customer must of went outside to wait. All of a sudden I hear a loud disgruntled male employee say you have to be a complete fing idiot if you cant put on wiper blades. I'm thinking he thought the store was empty. This left a bad taste in my mouth. Probably won't buy parts at this location again.

This place is awful. The people are very ignorant. You ask them one question and they re very short with you like they don t wanna be bothered. Very unprofessional and ignorant would not recommend this place at all!

I used to think AutoZone was half decent but recent experiences have led me to believe this location is not worth going to. You would figure that when an item in the app says "in stock" at a location, it would be in stock at that location. The app shows differences between in stock and not in stock at location. I understand that inventory issues happen, but when you are told in store that "it never said in stock" and "I'm sorry YOU misunderstood what I was saying" when are told an item would be delivered by noon one day and still hasn't been even the next day. I won't go back to this store and I'm sure the associate that I dealt with will be happy to hear that so they can attempt to manipulate and lie to new customers. I'm sure they have some good employees, but the older dude who seemed to be a "go to" for other employees is not a person I'd hire or want to dbe around customers.

Terrible quick experience. Called yesterday and asked if I can make it in to buy a headlight bulb for my truck and have it installed. Over the phone was given a very positive Yes and told to come right in for itI get there and they don t have any bulbs for 2020 Rams. 2020 is too new I was told. So instead of checking for me over phone when I gave the truck info initially, I wasted a trip. I thought I had a common enough truck for this not to be an issue but apparently I should have asked first if they had it over the phone as well so if you re reading this, I d suggest asking if you have a newer vehicle and save yourself some timeMale employee at the counter was having an issue printing receipts before he got to me. By the time I got to the counter this resulted in him greeting me with a Yeah? while he was being distracted by a female employee that had her hands on his shoulders and was whispering in his ear about someone .made me ridiculously uncomfortable like I was interrupting something and I honestly couldn t tell if she was whispering about me or someone they knew that had just walked into the store and they seemed to be preoccupied with. It felt like a hangout session I walked into rather than a store .the whole thing was bizarre and I never want to go back to an Autozone again.

Employees were very helpful and when I couldn t find a product I wanted out on the floor they searched in the back for me and found it for me. Great service and good people!

I needed the right sized screw to put on my front license plate. Not sure of the name of the guy, but I thought I saw manager on his name tag. He was friendly, polite and made sure he had the right one. He then screwed it in for me. Great service! Will go back when needed.

Had to get a new battery for my Subaru. The employee, Sascha, was excellent: He helped me instantly, found me a battery for a reasonable price, and put the battery in promptly. He was friendly and helpful. I ll be recommending this location to others.

Got an ignition coil for my 2003 crown vic p71, when I opened the box it was clearly not new and was used.... Ended up taking it apart and made it worked for my application... Did not want to deal with the hassle of trying to explain that it was a used and not new part. (Was not even yellow like it was supposed to be, was just a black one)

The customer service here is awesome! I had to change the thermostat on my car Nick and Sash were very helpful in finding the correct parts and tools! Nick even came out to help reassemble!

Almost every time I walk into the store, I can't walk three steps in before someone is saying hello or asking me if I need help. Shopped here many times. Returns are never a problem. Will look up past purchases to see if there was a previous purchase under warranty. Great tool rental too!

Angles still exist. At 930 pm on a Saturday before I holiday weekend someone went ABOVE AND BEYOND. I wish I caught his name. Car was low on oil. He told us which oil to get and even put it in the car for us. THANK YOU SO MUCH. you are a life saver! !!!
