This Auto Zone is the best one I've been to. Mike and Matt was awesome, I came in due to my car would not start up. They gave me a jump as well as putting in a new battery. The customer service was Awesome. They were understanding and willing to assist me. Other auto zones would have not did all that they did. Definitely rating 5 star because these two young men were helpful and resolved the issue Greatly appreciate the awesome service I received.

Bought wipers that did not fit on my car, online, when the website said it would fit my car. The website is terrible. However store employees made the return a no hassle experience. 5 stars for those guys. Thank you.

The guy was so helpful and fast.I had a concern about a light that came on.He checked, figured out for 2min what was going on.I needed engine oil and he did everything for me in the middle of a poring rain.I believe that at that time he was the only African American guy at Transit Rd Auto Zone.He made my day and gave me a HUGE PIECE of mind. Please, recognize his customer care.I didn't think to take his name.It was 4p.m on Monday the 18th and he was at the register close to the window.Thank you from the deepest of my heart!!!!

Auto Zone will soon be named Twilight Zone as its level of service demonstrates a company in its declining state. The Transit Rd store near the intersection with Greiner / Maple doesn't its own products. As a regular customer for several years, and I attempted to get a functioning can of paint at this store location. The manager acted rather obtuse, as if this was a potential swindle, as if the issue was my fault, but whatever. He is rather cynical, and was pushing back on any exchange as if it was a swindle. He told me how I could supposedly fix the issue. I did prefer to use what I bought rather than it ending up in a landfill, but his suggestion proved completely useless and a waste of my time plus delaying work my vehicle project. Interestingly, nowhere does the paint manufacturer recommend any of the tips the manager outlined, namely to store the can upside down or to keep the stem / spray nozzle clear. There is nothing on the can or on the company website. Nor did the customer service make mention of anything the manager instructed me to do.I ended up sorting the issue out with the manufacturer, who graciously refunded the money. Furthermore, in researching my e-receipts for that purchase, Auto Zone did not record every transaction on my account, or email a receipt, despite providing them with my phone number every time when paying in store. Fortunately, I have credit card records. Auto Zone Customer Service apparently means "service to themselves" because the product is self-service if defective, and the promise to "respond to the issue within 24-hours" really means "don't call us; we'll call you." I haven't had any sort of response from the company regarding the product. There are a multitude of auto parts places to patronize, rather than be patronized by Auto Zone. I've noticed a decline in the quality of employees at there stores, and this was the last straw for them. and on that straw, they can go suck.

It's a good shop. I go there often as I do a lot of DIY work on my car. I just put rear shocks and struts on the car this past weekend so far so good!

I really love this store - they always have what I'm looking for and more. The staff is friendly, and I can get in and out quickly

Matt and Collin do an absolutely fantastic job running the commercial aspect of the business. At my company we rely heavily on them for their service and parts. Duralast parts have come a long way and we don t have many issues with them. Anytime we have had an issue it was solved that day. Matt and Collin are truly examples of the best parts staff that businesses have to offer. Definitely deserve a raise as these are people you want working for you long term. Thanks guys it is truly appreciated!

I went in to get codes read, and I almost felt bad for the counter person who helped me. The poor kid barely knew what he was doing. I at least got my codes right, and was able to look on the appropriate forms to figure out exactly what's wrong with my car. overall it wasn't a bad experience, but the staff of this store sure could use more training.

My sales associate helped me by removing a nasty old wiper blade stuck in drivers side that I could not get off on my own. He said he usually has no problem and thankfully with his confidence and my car keys, I saved from destroying (I'm hard on things)the new wiper.

Worse services I have gotten in a long time. Tried to exchanging oil I had purchased an hour before and Ended up paying more because they did the exchange wrong. I needed the oil and had no choice so paid and let. It was as if they didn't even care. I asked for the manager, he wasn't available. Didn't even have a pen for me to write down The manager's name/information. Asked for the district managers information and was told he didn't have a phone or a name. Advance Auto parts is just up the street and I'll be going there instead from now on.

I came into the store to look for headlight bulbs and was greeted by Tad. Not only did he recommend the bulbs that I located online, he replaced the bulbs in the car with the new ones for me. It wasn't easy as he was not familiar with my vehicle make/model but he succeeded. I was extremely grateful as it would have taken me twice as long if not longer to replace them myself. Thanks Tad! (aka Larry).

The nicest man helped me pick out the right light bulb for my car and put it in for me in the freezing cold. I'm driving to Rochester tomorrow for Thanksgiving and I was worried about having one headlight out. He was so kind I really appreciated it, you can't find many workers like that anymore willing to help people. AutoZone is a great place to shop!

I drove to BJ's behind Auto Zone to fill my daughter's tires with air and in the process the battery died. I walked over to Bj'sto see if they installed batteries...they were no help. We noticed an Auto Zone sign on Transit Rd so I called and Greg answered. He proceeded to walk over from the store on a cold and blustery night to test my battery. It was dead. He went back to the store and brought his car and jumper cables to see if that would work. Nope. Very dead. I was able to purchase a battery over the phone he drove back to the store picked it up and installed it right there in the parking lot with a brisk 25 mph wind blowing on him. He spent a good portion of his night making sure we were able to get our car started, even working past closing time. I cannot say enough about this man. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were safe and able to get home. You have a customer for life!! Thank you Greg!

Needed blades for a Saturn, didn't know they weren't your typical Bayonet type arm. Employee installed both wiper blades for me as I tried to do it in the parking lot and couldn't figure it out and it was too cccold.

I do a lot of auto and boat repairs. Autozone online has a great selection to fit almost any need. Local stores have a local warehouse to pull from so you can have your part inside 24 hours. The employees are seriously underpaid and disrespected by corporate management. However, they always show a professional attitude when helping customers.

I had better service at Advanced Auto where they didn't give me a hard time about not wearing a mask. A mandate is not a law and Kathy hochul said it was not being enforced. Give it a break

an employee there was very kind to help me put on my new wipers and instead of just doing it for me and just leaving he took the time to walk me through it so i could learn myself :) went above and beyond to help me out. :)

Everyone there is a pleasure to deal with. Always trying to help you get what you need and not a bunch of extras.I feel sorry for Jessica Dubois (negative poster) and her situation however she took her vehicle to an auto parts store not a repair shop. Why would anyone tow a broken vehicle to a parts store and not a shop?Although the employees are knowledgeable about their parts they never claim to be mechanic s.I believe AUTOZONE s employees are trained to install things like wipers, batteries and replacement headlight bulbs if they can. But they do it as a courtesy not a requirement.

During a stressful time, my brake light came on for low brake fluid. An employee took the time to show me what I needed and helped me refill the fluid. Grateful for his help even on minor little issues such as this.

Came in via tow truck to replace the serpentine belt that had broken on my jeep while on the thruway. Right off the bat the manager talked down to me, gave me no sympathy about the hell i just went through, and told me he wouldn't replace the belt which I have already purchased under a 1 year warranty if it broke again in the future. After replacing the belt myself, i asked them to look at it just to be sure, and they let a guy who was not a mechanic(he himself even said it) look at it. Was very disappointed and upset with the service here.On another note, the autozone located on Elmwood Ave was much more helpful with my situation, went to this one after my visit on transit.Probably won't ever go to this autozone location ever again.
