Worst customer service. I was looking for a break line for my car. Without looking propeely the associate name Lamor said they don't have it. Then i showed him the specific product which was showing on my phone that they have it in the store. Still he (Lamor) said they don't have it. Then I asked another person. He found it for me. I drove there from a long distance to get the parts but they don't care.I like AutoZone but I didn't like that (Lamor) associate. Other associate was very friendly and helpful.

I came in to charge my battery come to find out 2 hours later I needed a new battery. 20 minutes left till closing and they were very helpful! After purchasing the wrong battery at this time, the store was already closed and everyone had left. Kevin, saw from across the street that I had took the battery out and that it was the wrong one as well. He reopen the store to switch out the batteries to make sure that I had got the right one. He was wonderful and very helpful that night. Wonderful staff here!

They had the battery I needed in stock. I was able to remove old battery outside in the parking lot. Go purchase the new one and install it in no time at all. They usually have a good stock of the parts you need.

I came in, needing a headlight. The store was about to close and it was already getting dark. The manager Kevin said that he would finish up what he was currently doing and come out in help me. I purchased the light and Kevin came right out to help me (in the dark) put my headlight in. Complete life saver! Awesome customer service! Thank you again

this is a very busy auto zone and the service is still magnificent, store clerks very helpful and knowledgeable the only place where they don't get your parts wrong.. imagine going to a shop with the wrong brakes and rotors and mechanic has old parts off and u have the wrong parts and then they have to re-install the old parts and still charge u for the stupidity of other parts stores.. so these people here are the best..

Referred by KING TIRE, customer service here is the best, had custom wheels and so i needed custom lug nuts so that my wheels dont fall off, king tire and broadway auto zone was very helpful with that!

Tim the manager at the Broadway AutoZone was so helpful with getting the issue with my truck fixed. He supplied me with the best options for me. With customer that he provided. I will never go anywhere else again

I had an amazing experience, great customer service and it was my first time at this location! Wonderful and brilliant. I needed assistance reassembling my key for my 2032 lithium battery. Teresa took the time to put it back together for me, I will definitely come back again!

Tim was so awesome, his down to earth attitude and his upbeat hospitality was refreshing for a women who dreads going into a store I no nothing about . Tim got everything I needed and had me on my way smiling. I will always go to this AutoZone from now on. Thanks to Tim the Supervisor.

The staff have always been amazing! No complaints, only praise! Especially Angel who went out of his way when I lost my receipt. He found my receipt on the computer after several minutes and helped me return my items. Thank you Angel and your crew!!!!

The service is good. Helping system is also good but one day I went to buy somthing and in the counter while doing the price a guy exchanged my stuff with a not good and a old stuff. Which was really really really a bad job. A I am not happy about it. So that's why I am requesting to not to do this again with Customers Please. Thank you.

This is one of the worse store in buffalo. I went there for return the manager Tim say he can't return the item and don't know how to talk to customer. He told me to talk to corporate and i call them and spoke with Sam. he said this item is returnable. Went inside the store with my phone and associate Sam on the call Sam want to spoke with manager to return this item and the manager say he don't want to spoke with his corparete people. manager want the corparete people to call the store. Sam put me on hold and spoke with Tim he refuse to return. Sam said he will file a complaint against the manager Tim and supervisor will call me from the corporate office with in 24hr. I am done with Autozoone Advance auto is way better.

The staff are experienced and knowledgeable and extremely patient. Their manager Tray Davis helped install a very difficult steering wheel component that I surely wouldn't have been able to install myself. When it was fighting back he patiently & calmly told me how to help and we got it done. Good service is hard to come by! If you need help with anything and they got it there they got ur back! Def will be back.

The employee Leroy and the manager Angel were VERY helpful with selling me the right parts to my headlight and making the blinkers work again. Not only that, but on the particular day I visited the store, it was busy with customers and they were short staffed. Despite that, ALL employees kept their composure, patience and professionalism as well as assisting every customer and me with a million questions on how to fix my headlight lol. Leroy and Angel needs to be recognized for their excellent customer service.

I am a first time car buyer and I came in looking for an ox cord and I was very confused. THANK Goodness ANGEL R. was more than helpful helping me find a blue tooth . The first one wasn t working and it took another 20 minutes to find out the problem. THANKYOUUU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP and. PATIENCE ANGEL !!!

This parts shop has almost everything your vehicle needs. Parts oil, liquid everything is up to the mark. Staff helps to find accurate part for specific vehicle. Not enough staff onsite. You won't get any help about your auto keys. They don't duplicate or they don't get additional key from manufacturer.

Place is always packed they are always far behind. Prices are higher than any other autozone which I think is very sad given it's location. The staff is normally extremely rude I'm tired. On the bright side they keep the store well stocked and you can usually find anything you look for

This AutoZone is pretty decent!! Never too busy, always clean.. My main two things that I look for whenever shopping. Everything is usually stocked and the staff are always willing to help you and go the extra mile if need be. Located in a pretty decent spot, there is a gas station across the street and a night club as well. This place gets a two thumbs up from me!!!

Broadway location. The woman at the counter was nice, but clearly did not know what she was doing. I needed a left and right front caliper bracket. She put my make , model and engine in fine, but came back with 2 guide pins. I said mam this isnt the right part, can i have somone else help me. She went over to what i assume is her manager ( grey shirt) to tell her i needed help, but she couldnt be bothered. I stood there for about 5 mins and left. Ive had nothing but great experience before this, at the south park location.

Hello World I Gave this AutoZone visit at 3stars because they didn't have the basketball needle to pump up the basketball. Some things might not be asked for for years, but little things like that, AutoZone store should have. The store have tools to pump up tires... #Think about it. Have a beautiful blessed day

Very very slow... I understand that some customers need items looked up, however I think there should be a line for customers who are ready to check out as well. Just a suggestion.

Today Tim changed my battery for me when another store refused to. He did a great job and was fast at it thank you Tim
