A+ all the way. After the accident of my 81 Firebird it was very difficult to find anyone to do the work. These guys had no trouble taking on the project knowing it would be a long voyage to find the parts and piece the car back together. The results are nothing short of a miracle! Thank you to Judah, Nicole and the rest of the staff for giving me my car back!

I can t put into words how amazing my experience was at Auto Image! From the minute I called and Nicole picked up and scheduled my appointment with ease and answering all my questions to picking up my car and Judah going above and beyond to make sure everything was done even beyond my expectations! If you need any body work done whether it s through insurance or just paying out of pocket trust Auto Image to handle it! No matter where I end up being I will always use them for all my auto body needs.

After hitting a deer, Auto Image did an incredible job restoring my vehicle back to its original condition. Everything from turn around time, quality of job, matching paint, and very friendly and available employees to answer any questions I had throughout the process was flawless. You would never know that the front end of this vehicle was ever wrecked! I highly recommend Auto Image Collision for any body work and repairs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

This is a fantastic auto shop with an incredibly friendly, helpful crew. They also came in way under the quoted price from the dealership for my wife's damaged bumper. I completely recommend!

My car needed collision repair. Excellent work by Judah and crew! Car looked great! They washed and buffed car before I picked it up. Customer service (Don) was wonderful. I took my car after a search and reading all the reviews. So glad I did. I had front end damages that I was not going through insurance for. My biggest fear was I was going be pushed to the side for "insurance claims" was so not the case. From estimate, to completion was within 3 weeks!!! The work was amazing on top of being fast. Juda explained everything clear and concise. Did not girl" talk me and there was no price gouging. The manager Don was also very pleasant and helpful. Auto Image Collision was recommended to me after a large tree branch fell on my car and caused some serious dangerous. They were quick to help me and everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Excellent service, low turn around time, and skilled mechanics. I chose Auto Image over several others in the area for their competitive pricing. I was a little skeptical because I was informed elsewhere of a hefty price ($2700)---- Auto Image Collision got it done under $400. Juda and his staff were so helpful. They were able to repair my car before any other shop could get it in. They went above and beyond, and when I struggled to arrange a ride out there, they even came and picked me up! Excellent quality, friendly service, and obviously put in a lot of effort to give us as good a deal as possible. I had to get a similar repair a few months ago and can tell you they easily saved us $350, if not more. On top of that the car drives better than when we first got it 4 years ago!They also cleaned off the layer of dust and dog fur that was on every inch of the interior, at no extra charge.Thanks Judah & team!We'll definitely be back.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

I was in an accident requiring body repair through an insurance company. I also needed a door repainted from a previous accident that was repaired by a different shop and the color didn t match. My car looks brand new! The work was completed quickly and there was good communication. They even went out of their way to meet me after hours to accommodate my work schedule. I picked up my car completely detailed and all the work was top notch! I highly recommend this collision shop- I ve been elsewhere and never had as good of an experience.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

To be honest I don t like/trust many places to work on my 2018 Lexus except the dealer. However, after speaking with literally 8 collision shops and 8 estimates later I came across Auto Image and spoke with Judah who from the beginning was very professional and honest. I also was able to see some work he had done with a Alfa Romeo and I was extremely impressed. Throughout the process communication was excellent as I was updated on the status of the car. I received my car back and it looked like nothing ever happened to it. It was detailed inside out. The smell was amazing and I felt like I was in a brand new car again. I will hands down recommend Auto Image to anyone. I would also like to mention the staff members were great as well.

Right from the first meeting, Judah and his team were very honest, professional, and listened to my needs for my vehicle. I was very happy with the level of care and detail he gave my Jeep! Judah was amazing. My car looks perfect! You can tell he cares about his work, as well as the customer. I highly recommend him. My floors were also cleaned when I got my car back, which was a nice surprise! 10/10 would crash my car and bring it to Auto image collision again (but I hope it doesn't come to that)

My car was sideswiped a while ago,auto image was closest to my home,so I went there for repairs.They were awesome in all areas. Judah the owner, with many awards decorating the office , went above and beyond my expectations. Friendly,honest,and mostly .Amazing results on my vehicle..after finding other damage not in insurance report he called them and got them to ok the necessary work needed. Thank you auto image,and Judah, for your professionalism in taking care of my car. If any of you out there ever need collision work done don't waste your time wondering where you should go.5 star service..thank you again Judah and auto image!

The auto image team was top notch in all facets. They were quick to respond, communicated with my insurance well and went above and beyond on the work. They needed to do body work but also did full cleaning and detailing on the inside. My car looked brand new when I got it back. We've been bringing our cars to Judah for years. He works with us every time to get us the best bang for our buck. He's friendly, responsible, reasonable and a hard worker. Came in for some front bumper damage from a car backing into me. The whole process from start to finish was great. All of the staff is very knowledgeable and knows what they re doing. They got me right in and I was able to pick my car up a few days later and looked as good as new. Didn t have to call and check up on them or wait a unreasonable amount of time. They actually called me to have me come take a look at something I didn t even know about. Fair pricing as well for the work that they do.Service: Painting

I did my due diligence to find the best body shop in WNY before taking my car here. And they exceeded my expectations. They only ordered original OEM parts per my request, did phenomenal job on the paint, and adjusted the hood and other parts until it came out perfect. They also pushed back against insurance and handled everything for me. Highly recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The guys did an excellent job on my car . If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The price was fair and the work excellent. Judah let me take my car before my bill was settled or he had the money from my insurance company. The door is a replacement and you would not even know it is not the original. Judah was kind and treated me with the utmost respect. I was given a free loaner to use. My car was even done 2 days early. Thank you Judah for a job well-done.

What can I say, dropped off my 1969 Camaro for body and paint and Judah was very helpful. He did a great job and my car looks fantastic. Paint, body work and all the little things were done correctly and properly. Price was great too, plus I know they put more time into it, than what they charged me. Judah takes things step by step and sent pics to keep me updated on the progress. Most important thing I can say is the work is very good. Took my 50 foot car down to a 1 foot car. Now It took a bit of time to get the car back, but quality work takes a steady hand and plenty of time. Would come back again

My fiance took her Scion to Auto Image after the back bumper was hit while parked. She stopped by without an appointment and was able to get an estimate right away. Not only did they work with the insurance company on the estimate - they handled the repairs professionally and helped us afford them. She raved about Judah, said he was very reasonable, fair and a nice guy. Our car was ready within 48 hours AND as a VERY pleasant surprise - the interior was cleaned when we picked it up!!!We couldn't be happier with Auto Image - highly recommend.

Judah was very easy to deal with and very helpful. They also did some amazing body work. My car was 10 years old and they did a phenomenal job blending the color together. I can't even tell where the damage was when I look closely. I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing a shop.
