I came here twice for window replacement and both times have been great! The people who works here are so professional and friendly. As someone who is new to cars. I feel very comfortable here. They treat you with respect and not a common thing these days. I highly recommend people to get their cars serviced here.

Finished my accord faster then the original date I was suppose to pick it up, kept me informed through the whole process. The women up front was very welcoming and answered all my questions. Thank you guys!

The AC&G business office was clean and looked greatAfter the initial 3 weeks of shop work, I had to return my car 2 more times because: 1. Transmission was not repaired, and 2nd: After having a mechanic look it over, the car needed 4 more days of shop workI contacted my insurance to look into my next step. The next day the Auto Collision and Glass manager called us and said, "You never, ever call the insurance! You call me!" Also, the manager refused to give me his last name, which was weirdA 5-7 day estimate had morphed into 9 weeks. Auto Collision and Glass caused me excessive out-of-pocket expenses-rental cars, missed work, taking vacation days, etc. I'm still waiting for an invoice I asked for listing the new repairs-this was blank on the last printoutThings don't always go as planned and I'm ok with having to bring back the car. But we were unhappy with the manager who appeared irritated when I returned the car. The gentleman's eyerolling showed frustration and I felt like it was my fault. I think a quality control checklist/Flow software could help.Emmylee (sp) was absolutely perfect and pleasant to work with (on the phone) and she gives detailed honest answers. A big thank you to her. My extended family has gone to AC&G for 11 years but had to say goodbye.-M.Bragg

The onus is on the consumer to ensure they got the repairs they deserved. The mud flap was not replaced as they concluded the car didn't have it (despite the fact that it has 3 OEM mud flaps)... Didn't bother to ask. Inside was not clean. They have a line item on Rustaway application, will have to find out whether it is just a filler or they actually did it!

I would 100% recommend Auto Collision and Glass. They took great care of my Audi and kept me updated along the way. You can t go wrong!!

They scratched my bumper causing the paint to chip and they are stating it wasn t them but I have picture proof of my bumper before it was taken into the shop that same day. Don t come here they are scammers.

I recently had collision work done at Auto Collision and Glass on my Dodge Durango and I am really impressed on the finishing results of my vehicle. First and foremost, the excellent customer service that Alexis and Dustin displayed was amazing!! They were always pleasant, professional and kept a positive attitude when we spoke. I was updated every few days on the status of my vehicle. Even with part s being on back order I still received my vehicle in a timely manner and it looks fantastic!! Overall I am satisfied with the way my vehicle turned out and I would highly recommend Auto Collision and Glass to anyone that needs work done

Customer service was exceptional. They drove me to where I had to be, helped me work with the rental service, and were very easy to contact. The car was returned washed and vacuumed, and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful.Appointment availability, however, is months out. I would take the wait and come here again to have my vehicle repaired in the event of an accident because of the excellent customer service, but I would try to find a shop with better availability if it was something very noticable.Service: Auto body & trim repair

My wife was in an accident with her SUV and we had Auto Collision & Glass do the repairs. I was very pleasantly with the communication during the whole process. Right from the beginning they gave me an estimated completion date. Then Casey gave me a call at least once a week to update me on the work. They even had it finished a day early! Would highly recommend. The work looks amazing and the they even cleaned the inside and out!Service: Auto body & trim repair

The absolute worst customer service!! Jeez I know business must be be declining if they have to bully me into having Mercedes repaired after an accident Scam for insurance pay out (inflated cost galore!!) held my Mercedes hostage. While they figure out how to fix via Youtube as they're not an Mercedes Authorized Repair shop I expressed prior to any work being done not to do once I learned they don't normally work on Mercedes they knew I didn't want to have after telling me they couldn't get parts and car would sit more than a month to then having the lying Alexis say to adjuster car part is here. I requested Geico move my car to Autobaun...Magically Alexis totaled my bill for $6000 of the $8000 claimShe left a message no explanation of items no copy of bill...like I said the worst save yourself the headache this place doesn't care they just want money!!!Service: Body & Trim

It was a breath of fresh air to have full concierge service during my second repair session within the last ten years. I can t say enough of how well Kevin and Rich takes care of business. The follow-up and follow-through has been so pleasant. They even painted my part first and just had to install the broken piece so that cut my waiting time in half! Came in for photo inspection, the staff is very polite and friendly.Update:My car was fixed but the front passenger door trim was not glued in properly. It keeps making a creaking noise and when I pointed it out initially, I was told that I can bring it back and it would be fixed. When I brought it in, I was argued with and not listened to, that the door trim is as it is and the same on both sides. I have videod the issue in a quieter place and the issue persists.I did not have the patience nor the will to argue with the service in charge.My passenger door was not unlocking from the inside, which was promptly fixed.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Auto power window repair, Auto glass repair, Auto side window replacement, Body & Trim

Kevin and staff are awesome. They will keep you updated from beginning to end including taking care of my rental arrangements which I really appreciated. The body shop did a great job on the repairs and they were finished ahead of time on both repair jobs they ve done for me.
