Took my Lexus RX350 in during Thanksgiving week and I was blown away by how quickly and professionally the team had it back on the road. It's nice to have a shop that you can trust in both taking care of you vehicle but also at a reasonable rate. Will definitely be coming back!

I've been working with this place for over a year. They have handled gasket and valve work. Provided oil changes, inspections ect. They are always welcoming, polite, professional and honest to me as the consumer.Their rates are fair and they are very capable of meeting deadlines. They have a cozy atmosphere and a systematic approach that coincided with my schedule and have enlightened me on things that I should be proactive on in addition to accommodating me on short notice.They have exceeded expectations on a multitude of occasions are my go to for maintenance of my vehicle.With your success in mind,Luis AvilesDowntown Buffalo NY

My car was involved in a rear end collision that ripped off my bumper, shattered my tail light, and dented the body so bad my trunk wouldn t close. Artisan did a fantastic job at repairing all the damage in just a couple days after parts arrived, everything works great now and looks brand new. The staff and owner were helpful and understanding through the whole process. I have also had suspension work and transmission fluids flushed at this shop. I got my oil change here and they did not put back my lid properly and they did not know how my cap went on and they caused it to crack by forcing it in. As a result air went in and oil leaking out since the cap was not put on properly causing engine light issue. This immediately happened after I picked up my car. And he did not know what to do and when I went back to my dealership they showed me all that was done wrong! Yes a simple oil change and they can t get that correct. And they ignored all my phone calls even as they told me to check with the dealer as to why bc they didn t know. DO NOT GO HERE bc if you run into issue they will ignore and not even take your calls. Even though it s in fine print that it is their fault. Never in my life have I dealt with any business who is shady and refused to even discussed the issues they have caused. Only recourse I have now is to sue them for causing damages that I had to pay to get fixed at a dealership. TAKE MY WORDS Do not Trust them with their car!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I cannot say enough great things about Artisan!! I had three different issues (one an emergency) to get taken care of and they were super professional, quick, and the work was high quality!! They helped fix something another mechanic broke as well! There was a mix up with a part (not their fault) which delayed one part of the work. They were super professional with follow up and ended up giving me part of the service for free, which was totally unnecessary but greatly appreciated. This place is a life saver. If you have a 2022 wrx and have chosen to put snow tires on. I would recommend them highly, only place including the dealership who was able to flash new sensors to my vehicle. And if your a car lover this place is for you!!Service: TiresService: Tires

I ended up taking my older car here when it wouldn't run and needed to be towed. It was the closest shop to my place at the time. I'm so glad I ended up at this shop. I go there for everything now. I used to take my car to the dealership, but I'm so glad I don't have to and have found a great local mechanic. My knowledge of cars is terrible, and I ask a lot of questions (I have an older car and want to maintain it while minimizing expenses). The one thing that's impressed me the most is how they answer all of my questions and give all the extra details. Not all car shops have this helpful attitude. Makes it a lot less stressful when things go wrong with my car!

Great experience with Greg at Artisan. I used Artisan for a presale inspection of a 2000 Porsche 911. Greg was fantastic to work with. The presale report was thorough and Greg was happy to talk me through the implications of anything they found. He also provided estimates for any issues that might require additional service, which is what I needed for negotiating with the seller. Even though I was a remote buyer and was not able to handle the inspection in person, Greg was friendly and responsive throughout the process. He worked with me and the seller to make the inspection take place without any friction at all. I thought the total price was very reasonable. I would definitely work with Artisan again and would recommend them without hesitation.

I would give this a 5 star and recomend them, they treated me with respect and kindness during a emergancy. My car broke down near this shop i had my special needs son,and our two dogs in the car with me, the owner Rob was nice enough to not only look at it and fix the issue that day so i could get back home,he also let us sit in his office with the dogs and wait in this emergancy.God bless this man for his kindness for helping a stranger out when he didn't have too.

I went there to get an estimate for work after one of there painters came over to my house and gave me a sky high estimate. I pulled up to the shop the guy was nice, gave me a decent estimate. Only then to have the painter text me and tell me that they only work on imports and they weren t going to do it. One of the most unprofessional experiences I ve ever had.

My favorite mechanic - they are honest, don t overprice parts, don t act like since I m a woman I couldn t possibly know anything about cars and get stuff done when they say they will. I also really appreciate the guys at the desk. Even though one time the older guy working the desk gave me bad advice once ;) I ll still continue to go here.

Very professional and capable mechanics. Had a starter issue with my BMW X5 and they even made a house call because it was dead in my driveway. Got it up and running again after facilitating a tow to their shop

I love these guys. I was intimidated at first driving by, because they often have cars out front at a much higher pay rate then mine. But I have found them to be friendly, honest and reasonably priced. We all know what a treasure that is in car repair.

Great shop towards customer but if you ever wonder why they dont have any employees and backed up and can't get your car done. Ask yourself would you really want to spend your money with someone like that?

Literally hung up the phone on me during an appointment consultation. Completely unprofessional (Greg, Gary, something or other).Speaks volumes to the "service" that I might have had the unfortunate experience of delving into.Although the individual in question was quite unpleasant and offensive, I imagine it saved me more than a headache.To that individual, kudos for being a cretin and losing business.
