today was the second time I did a purchase online to pick up in store and I was given the incorrect item. Last time it was a wiper blade and it s a good thing i knew what size I needed because I ordered the correct size but they did not pull the correct size. Ok I understand people make mistakes so I didn t hold it against them and They swapped it out no problem. I went to pick up my order and said this isn t the wipes I ordered. I ordered a 30 count and I was told by the worker that there is an error on the website and when I said I paid 7.99 for 30 wipes not25 . he just kept telling me it s the same thing and then when I still keep pushing the issue, he walked me over to the wipes and there on the shelf was the wipes I actually ordered and I said this would be what I ordered and this is the second time you guys haven t pulled the correct thing and just got oh I m sorry ,Have a good night! clearly this is a problem at this location with knowing your inventory and how to read descriptions correctly! i will be taking my business to a competitor from now on. DO BETTER!

I spoke with the�store manager my biggest issue is that they have items listed incorrectly and they do not fit because of their Mistakes I'm the One being hurt unfortunately I will taking my business�elsewhere most likely Auto zone I work hard for my money and I don't have $50.00 to throw in a crate in hopes one day I buy a car to fit the headlights you sold me by mistake good By Advance Auto

It's 2022 and they don't price match online? purchased a $500 Es6000 Jump Pack for my roadside business. The Manager on duty was a racist and kept making remarks with racial under tones. After 20 minutes of trying to find the jump pack he out of nowhere states: "You can't return this" , "There are no refunds". I let it slide, but then as the hispanic employee is cashing me out he tells him he's not allowed to cash me out and has a white guy cash me out for no apparent reason. I guess he assumed all minorities steal? I own my own business and deal with customers EVERYDAY. I would never treat my customers like this let alone another human being, especially one who is spending $500. This is the reason why online shopping is taking over because people don't wanna deal with rotten human beings like this one.

Good people I always goto advanced auto for my truck parts I always talk to John on the McKinley Pkwy location!! 10 out of 10.for sure they always take care of me. Got a new starter that was indeed in-stock its an older model ford!!! Good people good service all around... John your the man buddy!!!

Shout out to John for seeming to be the last good parts store manager in WNY. Actually found someone knowledgeable. I have 4 parts stores within 5 mins of me but will be coming out here damn near an hour away just to know im not talking to a wall. Was a long time autozone customer since my neighbor was the manager well he's not there no more and it seems like my 9 year old is more knowledgeable than 99% of their new staff in arcade. Don't care what your paying him give him a 10 dollar hourly raise or the equivalent of that if salary.

I love this place always great price, knowledgable n informative. Never try to over sell me bcuz im a female and they always have what I need but if by chance they don't they can get it within 24 hours. Great store 4 auto parts AND decorative Lil things for ur car. Love it

Went to a store by the waterfront and got front struts for me Ultima. I also wanted the fronts with the spring and a muffler. All the had was where the front struts. He said the store on Sheridan Dr in Tonawanda ny had them, so when I went there, the gentleman said the parts where at a store across the street, so I went there. They had the back shocks but no springs or muffler. The store that has those parts was out on transit rd in clearance. After going to 3 of your stores, I wasn't about to drive from Tonawanda to clearance. The salesman said he could have the parts there Tuesday because Monday is a holiday. I'm dropping my car off Tuesday night at my mechanics. I hope they (Sheridan Dr store) have the parts then

I love coming to these guys. I have driven my 99 Jeep Wrangler daily since I pulled off the lot in July of '99. These guys have helped me keep her going strong all these years. If they don't have what I need they help me get it. Very knowledgeable, kind, considerate and never talk down to me as a girl. That's why I keep giving them my money.

Ordered a new battery for my car online. Went to pick it up at my choice of times AND they installed it for me too. Ironically, I was back again just last week because the battery was bad. They did an even exchange, and swapped it out for me. I did have to wait an extra day because the store didn't have my particular battery in stock. They said it would be there by the next morning and someone would call to let me know it came in. No one called, I had to call and almost was off the phone with one guy x saying it wasn't there yet before another guy overheard and said yeah it's over there. Thus only 4 stars

Staff is super helpful to the car stupid, (that's me), however they sold me two different sized bulbs even though I apparently only needed the one. Guess I need to do my own research next time rather than relying on their systems.

As I barely have been able to maintain my man card when it comes to being "handy," I am so thankful they live by the mantra of "there are no stupid questions" because I have a ton of the most basic, brain aneurysm inducing, eye crossing questions that these poor CSRs have to deal with and have not been laughed at once- even when I request they install my windshield wipers for me as I have had one go flying off in the middle of a snow storm

This location has been my go to store for all things automotive. I have them in my contacts for the last 17 years or so even though I build custom cars at a certified Napa care center for work. Love most of these guys. Of course everyone gets a sub-par employee here or there but they are generally gone pretty quick. They re good at keeping the rubbish out at this store. Thanks advance.

Girl behind counter was not very friendly. Sold us the wrong size. When we went back in she tild us we would hve to go to a tire shop all the while another clerk took our lug nut and found the size we needed

Do not shop at this place somebody who works in this store like to give out your personal information to anybody who ask for it they lost my buisness for good
