WOW!!! Above and beyond customer service,,,I'm a widowed woman and was having trouble with the building inspectors over my deceased husbands unregistered car .I called a few junkyards to get the car removed and all I got was empty promises, and no-show runaround excuses....Out of time and not knowing what I was going to do,,,, a friend recommended 716 Cash for Cars. It was already 7pm but I dialed their number anyways,, too my surprise a very helpful gentleman (Ed) answered the phone, explaining the situation I faced Ed reassured me I could relax and not to worry they would make sure I met my deadline with the inspector.Explaining I have to leave at 6:30am to catch my busses to get to work asked him if I could be scheduled early as possible,so not to miss to much of my work day.To my surprise Ed told me that someone would be over shortly and pay me that night for the car and pick up the keys so I can get to work on time the next morning, well someone did come right away, the owner himself Dave and his son.With a big smile on his face, happy to help a customer in need as he put it paid me for the car as agreed upon and then the young man handed me a additional $20 bill and told me thank you for your business and tomorrow sleep in a few extra minutes and take a taxi to work on him.When I got home the next day the car was gone...The world needs more people like Ed and DaveGod bless,,Mrs Schinkenbocker

Responded fast, came the next day to tow it as its not driving... He gave me 350. Drove TO ME and still paid that amount? I called around just incase before to see it i could get a better quote.. Not even close. Thanks so much again!! Got that thing gone and paid pretty good for it just by calling/texting.

Fast and easy!! I made the call and an hour later my old junk car was gone and I had extra spending $$ the 2 gentlemen that did the pick up were super nice, thanks guys!!!

Disappointed. Promises to call or show up or tow were not kept-4 times. How patient do they need me to be? Do not recommend if time is a factor in your decision.

Never trust these people waited over 3 and a half hours for them to show up to pick up my car for scrap never showed up called at 9am was told someone would be out between 12-1 ok cool went to the car got it all ready for them 130 rolls around I give them a call oh ok where sending someone out now 230 rolls I call back answers hangs up so I call back a few more times nothing calls me back asked what car I was calling about and hung up if I could give zero stars I would was a big old waist of my time if I where you I would not deal with these clowns

Called early in the day, I was told 2pm for pick up, called about 8 times to see what was going on, no answer, phone goes straight to voice mail, never got a call back after leaving several messages. Waisted my time waiting for a response after 4 hours.
