2480 Autos is the best, they re the only shop I trust in Buffalo! I ve been going here for years now and recommend it to all my friends. My first time coming here, I was a broke college student with a broken down car. I chose to come here based on AAA s recommendation, as well as the fact that they gave me the fairest and most honest quote out of the 25 shops in Buffalo I called. Flash forward 4 years and I haven t gone anywhere else since. Anthony who has been my mechanic many times is always reliable, gives more than fair prices, and is so kind. They go out of their way to help and make you feel truly comfortable bringing your car here. Not only are they AAA recommended, but they are a family place with integrity! Even though I am moving an hour away I will continue to come here. I have always felt that many car shops take advantage of women and overcharge/deceive you, but I have never once felt that way here. In fact I feel the opposite! They have never tried to sell me on things I do not need either. Appointments are easy to make, and they are fast and efficient! They are always transparent about what things will cost before doing any work, and it is always affordable and fairly priced. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking! They do amazing work!

I have received great service and a fair price. I highly recommend the work done at 2480 Autos. They do great collision work and Dan & Anthony are top of the game when it comes to Auto Repair. A 100% one stop shop.

These guys did a really nice job on my car, and explained the process all the way through. They are clearly very experienced, know the insurance companies well, and have good access to parts. My job called for original Hyundai body parts and I was surprised how quickly they got them in and finished the job.

Had a good experience at this location. Anthony was great. but I felt he was alittle short with me. And being a women, it made me feel some type of way. But all in all great mechanics, they tell you like it and care about your car, and the work they do.

Came to the gentlemen at 2480 Autos to get an estimate on repair costs for clear coat delamination on my 2014 Elantra GT. Everyone there was very friendly and gave me a ton of useful, straight information on top of giving me a much better price than a dealership collision shop.They took their time and offered some solid advice on how to go about addressing the issue and what would need to be done regarding repairs to properly fix everything and be fully satisfied in the end.Would highly recommend them on the customer service alone, as well as body work services as they took great care of a family member in the past who referred me to them.Can't thank the guys at the shop enough.

This was my first time getting an inspection since moving to New York, I drive a 2003 Chevy tracker and take pretty good care of it, only has 95,000 miles on it. I was a bit nervous for someone taking me for a loop during this process due to the old age of the vehicle. Sure enough, first spot I went to was Mavis on deleware and these guys quoted me $500 plus in repairs to pass the inspection, citing things as extravagant as needing a new windshield wiper. I immediately told them I d pay the cost for the inspection and look elsewhere. Glad I stumbled across these guys. Super honest, super gracious to work with. On top of being professionals, the shop is clean and has a nice lobby to wait in. Will be continuing to do business here during my stint in New York.Service: Vehicle Inspection

We have been going to 2480 Autos for years and have always had a fantastic experience. Recently, they repaired the damage done to one of our vehicles when it was hit by several deer (yes, you heard that right, we were HIT BY deer). The work was extensive including body damage repair all over and repainting about three quarters of a full size truck......and their work was flawless!! I am very particular (OCD with an eye for detail) and I'm telling you, it's perfect! They are truly gifted and have always taken great care of our family. We will be going here for generations to come. Saturday availability in the morning was a major benefit. They were able to take a look at my car and give me a fix to help get me through the winter season without breaking the bank. Paul was especially helpful in walking through the issues and upcoming possible repairs for future planning. The 2480 Autos team took great care of my vehicle (which I purchased from them two years ago!) yet again this past weekend. I don't even live in the Buffalo area any more, but I still take my car here! Specifically, I needed an inspection (a service they can now do in-house!) and an oil change, and my front end needed a little clean-up work because someone swiped my car and took off. They squeezed me in on Saturday morning, when I came in from out of town, and they stayed after-hours to finish up the work I needed done that day. Everyone I spoke with by phone (Dan and Anthony) was professional and polite, and Anthony kept me apprised of the status of the work throughout the morning. They answered all of my questions, and did no work without confirming what I wanted beforehand. The team is considerate, efficient, and very fair. 5 stars!Services: Body & Trim, Oil change

Very happy every time I need service for my car. I can generally get my car in quickly and the service is great. I like to drop my car in the evening after hours and pick up the next day. The area is well lit in the evening to feel safe when you leave the key in the drop box. The service is honest and reasonable. I tell all of my friends to get car service at 2480 Autos!

I asked around for recommendations on a mechanic that isn t just looking for my money and will take good care of my car. When I had multiple tell me about 2480, I decided to give them a call. They got me in quickly and had my car ready to go in no time! Very professional, honest and certainly won t rip you off. I m so glad I have a trusting mechanic to good to for all future needs. While traveling for work, i started having some problems with my brakes. They got me in quickly and handled the issue quickly and professionally. They were more than fair. IF you are in the Buffalo area should be taking your vehicles here for everything.

I was 100% ripped off and taken advantage of as a woman when I came in for an estimate. This shop was going to charge me $490 more than what the repair actually cost.The undercarriage of my car was coming down because I hit a chunk of ice. This problem happened to me about a year ago so I had a rough estimate in my head about how much it could potentially cost. The guy I spoke to at 2480 autos told me it was going to cost $650!!!?! I was flabbergasted. I had the receipts from the same work I had done a year ago and it cost about $200. I then took my car to ultimate auto service on Niagara st where they are honest, kind, and trustworthy and did an amazing job on the repairs. And it only costed me $160!It s sad that in 2021 auto shops are still trying to take advantage of women who come into the shop alone. I would NEVER EVER recommend anyone to this shop.

Awesome customer service and quality repairs. They treat your car like it s their own - they even hand blended paint to make it match the rest of my car! Definitely better prices, service and work than any other shop nearby.

2480 Autos is the best experience I've ever had with an auto shop. Dan went out of his way to accommodate our needs, working late to make sure we got our car back within less than a day. I can honestly say I won't go anywhere else for future services.

I took my Focus ST to 2480 Autos on a recommendation. I wanted to have several bolt on performance parts installed including a limited slip differential. I received an estimate from Anthony and a timeframe of 2-3 days for completion. I dropped my car off on a Wednesday. After three days I called and was told that the car was not finished. I waited another three days and the car was still not finished. At that point, I needed my car back. I picked my car and the remaining parts on the next Tuesday.The parts that were installed were the limited slip differential, the shifter bushings, short shift kit, and rear motor mount. Upon inspecting the remaining parts, I noticed that the new races and bearings for the differential were not installed. I was told that they did not see the parts in the box, but assured me the differential was installed correctly . Dan did offer to reinstall the differential with the new parts if I wanted. I declined. I did not want them to attempt to work on my car again. I had a bad feeling about the installation when I found a magnetic tool and a grease rag in my engine compartment later that day. I should have listened to my gut.Three months later, I started having problems with my transmission. The car was difficult to get into gear, the gears would crunch, and the transmission would whine at highway speeds. I took the car to West Herr Ford for a diagnosis. I was told I needed a new clutch and transmission. When I came to pick up the car, Craig the service manager told me that the transmission imploded as a result of there being none or next to no fluid in the transmission. My differential was destroyed as well. When the service tech removed the transmission plug, he said no fluid came out. 2480 Auto had installed the differential without checking to see if the fluid level was correct.I ended up taking my car to Hot Rod's Performance in Sanborn to get my bolt on parts installed had a fantastic experience. When I picked up my car from Hot Rod's, they let me know the shifter bushings (also installed by 2480 Autos) were installed incorrectly, and they reinstalled them correctly. I would not take my car back here under any circumstances.

These have been my go to mechanics since I met them 4 years ago. Very down to earth and honest. They will tell you how it is and give you options. What else can you ask for from your mechanic .They are doing what they love and will become your friends. Mechanical work and body work.

We had traveled to Buffalo from NC for a weekend trip and had vehicle trouble. Ended up needing new front brakes and rotors.2480 Auto took care of us and treated us like regular local customers. They also stayed an hour after closing to complete the repairs so we could travel back to NC the next day.

I always get great, customized service here. When I schedule service or come in for a repair, I know I am getting the truth as to what needs to be done for my car.
