I have known Raul for so many years and every time I have an issue with my vehicles, with out a doubt I go to him. He has done a beautiful job painting my cars, and will give you on the date he says he will. Prices are very reasonable.

Do not come here!!!! I came here as a friend of mine recommended this shop. At first they were gracious and helpful. After the work began Raulindo increased the price by $4000 once he realized my insurance company was willing to pay more. The day that I picked up the car it was raining so I didn't notice he never replaced the back bumper cover which was in the original estimate for $800. Also you can not open my door, which he replaced, from the insides When I returned to his shop he was very rude and disrespectful, telling me that he didn't have the original estimate. He said I needed to bring him my copy. I returned with my copy and my dog as I didn't feel safe going alone. I stood on the side walk waiting for him to come speak with me and then the Buchanan police department showed up and very aggressively told me I was trespassing and that if I came back I would be arrested. I informed the officer that I had paid for work that wasn't completed and that I had done nothing wrong. He continued to speak to me very disrespectfully. So not only did Raulindo not complete the work, increased his price by thousands of dollars, a police officer supported a local business scamming a community member

I left my 2019 C300 Coupe with Raulindo, after getting into an accident and tearing off my Rear Skid he not only Fixed it perfectly but also Fixed my Rims, and buffed out a really bad scratch I had on the front of my Vehicle. He went Above and Beyond to the point that when I saw my car it looked Brand New Again. Raulindo included a full exterior Detail and left a beautiful Ceramic Coat on my paint leaving it shining and sleek. He finished right within the Time he gave me and I have no Complaints. If you ever need anything done to your vehicle, this is your guy.Services: Tires, Body & Trim

dont buy any cars from this place. Just did a vin check. They sold me a car that had an odometer reading of 115900 miles. Vin Reports over 240000 miles. Check engine light missing. Car had multiple problems. No business ethics of any kind. I wonder if they even have a license to sell cars in NY.

Raulindo auto body is a great shop, they fixed my car for a very low price compared to many places I went before. I really recommend coming here.

Honestly I wouldn't recommend this place to people. I came in for a repair on my vehicle and Raulindo is a rude person who doesn't explain well what needs to be done. Poor communication skills and thinks he is the only shop around.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim
