(10/23-12/23) I recently used wiz collision company and my experience was exceptional. They were punctual, professional, and demonstrated precision in handling all affairs promptly. The team not only brought my car back to life but also detailed my car upon return. I highly recommend them, as they deserve a 10 out of 10 for their reliable and courteous service. Every staff member I encountered was both professional and polite. Their punctuality, professionalism, precision, and reliability have earned them a permanent place in my trusted resources. I took my car to wiz collision which was in the shop for an extended period. I didn t harassed or called for my vehicle I patiently waited. Was told that my vehicle was ready however I was disappointed after I received a call back from their secretary Janice. Who informed me that the vehicle was still not ready after being in the shop for more than a month. Not withstanding that I eventually received my vehicle and I was satisfied. I must commend Ms. Fraser My triple B for her excellent service. She made my experience more tolerable and pleasurable.

I was so impressed with the work that they did at WIZ COLLISIONS!!!! My COCO WENT IN LOOKING SO BAD!!! After someone swiped my whole right side!! AND NOW SHE LOOKS BRAND NEW!! Thanks to WIZ COLLISIONS the staff is very professional the gentlemen by the name of Raymond took care of everything and made the process stress free for me !I would highly recommend them they are awesome .. you would not regret taking your vehicle there !!! Wiz collision had my car longer than I wanted, but it was worth the wait. They did an excellent job on my 2007 BMW 328i, returning it to a look of beauty. I would also like to mention the additional work done on the driverside of the car without charging me. That was very admirable of them. I highly recommend them. Great guys! Thanks again

He went above and beyond getting me a rental, involving me and updating me throughout the process. No one should ever get into a car accident period, however if you do, Wiz Collision is the place to go, from start to finish, they (mendy) came picked up the car, dropped off a rental on the spot, repaired the car as brand new, clean etc, great service, i dealt with Mendy & he was just a breeze to work with.

Most honest/professional repair shop in the boroughs. My experience here has been nothing but pleasant. Truly Fast and beautiful work. I ve been bringing my cars here for years and am very loyal/happy to this shop. They would much rather have a happy customer with a working/beautifully painted car than a quick dollar. I had an accident and called up Shalom from Wiz collision, first thing he calmed me down and then he walked me through the whole process.That night he brought me a nice comfortable car to my house and picked up my car and took it to the shop.He helped throughout the whole insurance claim process, and then he fixed the car to the last t.He painted it the exact same color, fixed my battery that kept on breaking down..Just to sum up, Wiz collision did an amazing job, and especially Shalom.I would definitely recommend them to others.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had an accident about 3 weeks ago. It was my first accident and I had no idea what to do.Chris was absolutely amazing, he was present and kept me updated every step of the way. Janice was so wonderful...great customer service and extremely professional.My car looks brand new and the details are to perfection.I highly recommend Wiz for all your auto-body needs. My experience at Wiz Collision especially with representative Chris was the best experience ever, from his professionalism to dealing with my car from the accident site to all of the communication between the repairs and insurance company and getting my car back to be after repairs. I felt very comfortable and appreciated his patients with me as I anxiously awaited for the repair work to be completed. I must say, I LOVED my experience with Wiz Collision staff.
