They are amazing I love Mario, he and his crew are fabulous. He took time to make sure our tires were properly fitted. We will definitely refer them to all of our family and friends. Workers are cute too!

I would like to give them a great a review. My two front tires went bad after just two months and Vinnie and his father Mario help me understand where the issue was. They told me it was my wheel alignment that made my tires go bad,. The wheels went bad on the otter part of the tires which indicated that my wheel alignment wasn t right. But even with them knowing that they still worked something out with me and gave me tires with NO FEE, yes Free of Charge. I want to thank them for that. I would definitely recommend them to anybody. Tha bk again

Can t express how thankful I am to Whiteys they got me out of a jam when I woke up to all 4 of my car wheels stolen. Marcelo hooked me up with 4 new rims and tires at a great price and wheel locks to make sure it wouldn t happen again. Shortly after, I found an issue with one of the wheels. Mario was fantastic and spoke with me before the shop even officially opened for the day to see how they could rectify the issue. He, Marcelo and the shop workers made sure everything was good and had me well taken care of throughout the entire process. Again, can t express how much I appreciate their help and professionalism and really going above and beyond to help me in the midst of a difficult situation.

I recently visited this tire shop to replace my flat tire, and right from the beginning, I was able to sense the type of experience I was in for. The owner seemed to feel the need to explain basic driving instructions to me in a condescending manner, simply because I am a woman. However, being a girl does not mean I am ignorant, and I certainly don't appreciate being treated that way. I have actually owned my car for over 5 years, so I believe I know quite well how to handle it.Furthermore, instead of just helping me with my flat tire, the owner persistently tried to convince me to buy an expensive full set of new tires, costing over a grand. All I needed was a replacement for the specific tire. I was repeatedly told to "call daddy," assuming that I relied on someone else's financial support. As a full-time college student who lives independently, I don't rely on anyone else, and my gender has no relevance to this situation.This tire shop represents exactly why I dread going to mechanics. I am tired of being treated differently because I am a girl. Therefore, I strongly advise any young females out there to avoid this place at all costs, unless you want to be belittled and spoken down to. Don't let them mansplain to you about "wear and tear" or any other aspect of your vehicle.

Came in for a TPMS light on and I feared the worst because I researched the price of replacement sensor and it was not cheap however these guys went above and beyond . It turns out I did not have a faulty sensor, It was a simple reprogramming issue which they handled for me. Thank you guys very much, highly recommended

So I drove in today to inquire about Purchasing four new tires. I had no appointment -I was greeted quickly and taken almost immediately -the price quoted to me was very reasonable, and I was done in less than 45 minutes. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and professional, I would absolutely recommend them to everybody. And I would also go to them again for services that they provide and that I may need. It was a great experience. Thank you!

Whiteys always has great service you can trust. The tire shop and the mechanic shop always do me good! Been going for about 13 years now and my family been going for almost 50 years. Can't be at em!!!

I purchased numerous sets of rims and tires for many different vehicles from them, in fact, I am going to get a set today or tomorrow and the customer service was/is remarkable. They always take care of you in a timely fashion and treat you like family. Bruno, Butch, the sons and staff are top notch.

The owner was very helpful and educational on the reason the service he recommended the prices was fair it's really hard to find an honest mechanic in NYC let alone Brooklyn

Amazing customer service . I mentioned I had to be to the airport for 2pm for work , they took care of me and I was in and out . Quality work . Great customer service and communication. I ordered my tire the afternoon before and it was delivered and ready under 24 hours. I highly recommend this shop

Installation and alignment was great. The staff on the other hand is my problem. After paying a $500 bill with the cash I brought in. The technician had the nerve to come up to me and be mad about not getting a tip, basically demanding a tip. After this confrontation WHY would I tip! For a large company I expected better technicians and staff. Sadly couldn't grab the tech's name.

Today I went to change my front tires and they scratched the rims while changing the tires!!! How can one go in for a simple tire change and leave with scratched rims, I complained but they said they couldn't do anything about it so now I have to pay to fix my rims out of my pocket for their mistake!!

Unbelievable service,love whitety's been going to them for decades now and even though I recently moved out to L.I. I still use them......got a full set of brand new continental tires not 1 light on in my car as I hate lights........wonderful service and I highly recommend them to everyone "

Always a great experience Mario & Butch are TOPSthere very knowledgeable experienced in anything rim and these are your guys. It a reason I travel from Manhattan to Queens to fix, repair, replace TPS. refinish my stock rims buy tires ect. I know I'll be treated fairly here.

HIGHLY recommend this place. I just recently needed four rims & tires and was given a great price over the phone. When I got there I didn t even wait a minute before they had my truck in a service bay. The staff was excellent and fast and the managers were on every detail. I was in and out like it was no big deal at a great price with great customer service. I was sincerely impressed by their entire operation from the top down!

Been going there since I was a teenager. Same owner, same employee worked on my car. Fantastic prices, fast mounting and balancing, I was in and out in less than 40 minutes. I moved upstate years ago and still make the trek down there to get my tires.

Everything u need with rims and tires but if u don t know your stuff and the guys there are that you will pay for something u don t need they number one scam is always with the u need to rebuild the tire sensor

My father been going there for 20 years and I have been doing the same. Awesome people. Great service. I've brought 4 trucks and personal car there for that entire time and still going.

They do good work at labor prices that are slightly above average but the work is worth it. I would NOT recommend buying parts from them because they do mark it up quite a bit. Something as simple as a $5 tire valve stem from autozone will cost you $40 (8x the price). Something as simple as a $100 set of TPMS sensors will cost you $75 each ($300). The work is good but I recommend buying your own parts from elsewhere.

I am very displeased with this service. I wanted a simple alignment done and had to wait 4 hours (not including the time waiting in line before being seen). While waiting, the workers seemed like they did not know what they were doing and had to realign the wheel three times. While I was waiting, I was verbally harassed by one of the workers about paying upfront, prior to the service being done correctly, and was told that I would have to pay regardless of whether the wheel was realigned or not. The workers also dirtied the inside passenger door of my car. It was a completely unprofessional environment and disastrous experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. If I can give it no stars, I would.

This place is the best in the are for your tires. I called got an estimate, went next day and tires were installed right away. Junior is very helpful he pick up my call and in 1 minutes gave me what I need.
