Service from start to finish was Absolutely Amazing!!! They treated my Nissan like a Bentley. They cleaned my truck area even though I had bags and extra clothes in there. They took everything out, cleaned, neatly put everything back (better than I left it), and even folded the loose clothes I had back there. Customer service alone makes it worth every penny. The owner was kind and welcoming to my mother and I. Once again, THANK YOU, and your team is an amazing group of young men.

very expensive equipment, cool car wash. You immediately notice all the modern technology and tools. service at the highest level, the feeling that your car was changed with a brand new car. Brooklyn doesn't have such a cool car wash, believe me. thanks for the service

I recommend this place 100%, they're always nice to customers, have a nice waiting area and offer you free water, soda or coffee. Stellar car detailing. Their location is convenient and their waiting area is nice. There's a window where you can watch your car being cleaned. Attentive staff and most importantly, an incredibly clean car

You guys are the best no questions!We agreed to wash only interior with chemicals, not the seats, just rest, they cleaned every fukin thing even from the outside with their hearts Best ones for sure!

Honestly dont have enough words to describe service that White Swan Autospa provides! From washing the car to removing the scratches and polishing my car and many other things were done at best service! They have everything in one place, you dont have to spend your time going from one place to another because White Swan Autospa provides all services in one location. Staff are professional and very nice to the clients. Waiting area is fancy with comfortable couches and TV. Also they have Nespresso machine, so while your car is being treated by professionals you can enjoy a cup of fresh brewed coffee!Services: Scratch removal, Polishing, Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

Impressive attention to detail at a reasonable price. They got into every nook and cranny of the car, including a deep grill scrub, tires, inside the fuel panel, door frames, and trunk frame. The car came out looking better than the show room.Update: My second visit was just as good as the first. They cleaned both the inside and outside immaculately. Watching them work was like watching art being made. I'd recommend White Swan to everyone.

Consistently great car washes for years, and helpful staff. I had my battery die coming out of the conveyor and 5 guys employees helped push my car out of the way until I could get a jump. Awesome.Not entirely sure how they rate on brushes and delicateness on the clear coat, but I haven't had any scratches yet. Wheels come out nice and clean as they treat and spray them prior to entering the conveyor.Overall pretty happy with the inside and outside cleaning, rarely driving away with a surprise streak of water that wasn't the car's fault.

I usually don t write reviews, but this was a must. This place was absolutely amazing! When I arrived, I drove my car to a wrong entrance (by mistake). I thought - oh great, these people probably will make a fuss now.Absolutely not! A young gentleman came, greeted me with a nice smile and simply backed the car and took for wash.Then the car came out - WOW! All shiny and gorgeous. I guarantee you my car wasn t this beautiful when I bought it, lol. Amazing work, gentleman. This place is in fact was a spa for the car. Well done!Services: Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming

These guys have a strong commitment to REAL car wash. Attention to detail is absolutely amazing!!! Like they treat each car as their own, all crevices and small areas that all the car wash i have been too miss out on, White Swan Auto spa DID NOT! I hope they are able to expand and come to Manhattan!

I would give this business 10 stars if allowed. Rafael and his team are outstanding and professionals. Everyone was welcoming and provided a great service. When communicating about my car they made it very easy to get in touch with them and kept me updated throughout the wole proceses. The establishment is in a good non congested location and the waiting area is absolutely comfortable and they even have good coffee. I left my car for detailing. It came out PERFECT! Great work, Highly recommended!

FINALLY a good hand car wash. I wish I could give more stars. These guys did a phenomenal job on the exterior and interior. Even my steering wheel looks brand new. Coming back here monthly. Thank you for the great work

Amazing, high quality and very professional service. Pricing is mid-range but totally worth it. Car came out looking brand new! Wait time was about an hour but industry city is a short walk away so plenty to do there while you wait. I'll be here regularly.

Just tried this place couple of weeks ago. It was during a slow day on a weekday, so they had a special for their regular "soft cloth" wash. (Shouldn't all car washes be soft clothed?) Anyways, there was only one car ahead of me.Basically you pay at the cashiers booth and drive up to the pre-wash right in front of the machine. They'll guide you to the automatic rail system and tell you to put your car on neutral and no brakes - their automatic railing will push your car along and they will yell at you if you even step on your brakes. After centering my car on the rail there where about 3 high school kids that swarmed with water spray and soap. Then the rail takes over and you go through the machine.On the other side, 2 kids dry your car with "soft clothes" as the rail let you go and you cruise in neutral. I was in and out in about 8 to 10min. Quick no-frills. I wouldn't mind going back.

Legit, 10/10 didn t have space but was able to fit me in. Told them I d get there in 10 mins. The spot is sick, the service was amazing but the wash was even better. White swan will be my go to from now on.Service: Auto detailingService: Auto detailing

It was my first time trying this place, to start I was welcomed really warm by the staff there very friendly people, and when it comes to washing the car these guys know what they are doing they pay attention to the every detail and they made my car look brand new
