Great experience, I called and Daniel picked up. I let him know I'm coming to get a back tire plugged and he had one if his guys plug it fast and efficiently. The price was super affordable, so I got a leak in the other back tire fixed as well.They did speak to me about the thread in my front tires being low which I believe because it is front wheel drive and the traction is actually bad in the front ones.My sister recommended the place and it was good fast and cheap. I do think they need a bigger location because I didn't k ow where to pull in but it was pretty good.Thanks guys!

Daniel and the entire staff are amazing! They treat you like family. When I need to replace a tire I always go to Utica Tire Shop. I know I am going to be well received and taken care of by Daniel and his staff.

Came here with a nail in my tire. They removed the nail and plugged my tire very fast. Friendly service and low prices.

This was such an easy experience. I pulled up the mechanic was courteous and immediately started the work. He took it inside to patch it and mount it. No special price because I'm a woman. Very reasonable and I told him about another issue with a separate tire and was more than willing to take a look at it. Fixed everything for the right price. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends. Your business is awesome. Thank you

Went to get my tire plugged. They did a great job, but then tried to convince me that I needed to replace my tire, and quoted me a price of $70/125. Told me my tire wouldn t last more than a day at present condition, which wasn t the case.

I only go here I m scared to go anywhere else when it comes to my tires seriously the guys are all friendly and patient and very niceee. I don t mind spending my hard earn money here because it s worth it

I had gotten a flat tire on Fourth of July weekend. GEICO roadside assistance was unable to assist me in anyway because my spare tire was also flat. I called the tire shop and honestly did not have high expectations being that it was a holiday weekend. These guys actually came to my house to remove my tire,t it back to the shop and replaced it with a used tire which was in excellent condition and then came back to my house to install the tire. Unbelievable quality service. I feel they went above and beyond to help me. To top it all off I was expecting to pay a few hundred for such excellent service ...... I was amazed that it cost me under $100!I wish I could give you more than five stars because you guys are truly awesome... Thanks again!!

Awesome service! And they were willing to stay open past 10 which was great because i had a flat and a 45 min drive home. Ended up replacing 2 tires, great pricing, friendly service! Would do business with them again!!!

Courteous and professional staff. Tire was stabbed. They placed a used one in lest than 5 minutes. I was on the road in mere minutes.Shocked first tire shop that takes credit cards

Amazing customer service The owner was very professional and very patient in troubleshooting/repairing my tire sensor issue until it got resolved. His assistant was very nice and accommodating and got things done very quickly. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for top notch service.

I had a nail in my rear passenger side tire, and thought to get the two rear tires replaced, with new tires. I am so glad, that i found this place that was near my job. Very helpful, fast, new exactly what i needed, and i will definitely be back to this tire shop again. Great Job. Wish i can give you more stars.

Great dudes here. They don't try to pull a fast one on you and and will let you know your options plain and simple. They'll even let you know if a service isnt worth it if the tire has a bigger issue. They can even help with basic car repair!

BEWARE THIS PLACE WILL SCAM YOU!!!!I had a tire that was loosing air very slowly, so when i passed this tire shop i decided to have him check it out...He removed the tire and checked it in the water, finally we found a very small leak caused by some debris on the road, so i tell him to plug it and ask him how much it would cost, he replied 10 bucks.As soon as he takes it back to his shop he calls me in and says that he didn t notice another hole on the side of the tire which now needs to be replaced instead of just a $10 plug.Turns out this guy punctured the tire on purpose with his tool on the side so it needs to be replaced, and i know this since i watched him take it out of the water and there was no other leak at the the time!

I went over the shop and guy tells me he doesn t have tires in stock but can get me the same day for $310 each and cheap if i want the next day. I called later the day the owner picks up and changes the price. The guy deals really poorly. Ripoff !!

Best tire shop you can find in Utica Avenue Brooklyn NY. Great customer service, and very cheap tire prices. This is the place to go when you need New or used tires. I went and purchased a set of brand new tires for my car amd was extremely satisfied.

Neded a used tire..The serviceman put a plug in my tire..When I Inquired about a tire, he quoted me a price for a brand new tire for a$120..he also stated that I needed a wheel alignment while ignoring my need for a used tire... Their sign on the shop clearly says new and used tires for sale..
