My rims were super bent and they fixed them so fast and painted for free!! Reasonably priced too. Super nice guys loved every second pls go here 10/10

Great service, pleasant environment. Guys helped pick out two tires for me at a reasonable price. Very quick and practical. When replacing there was a problem with a slipped bolt, the guys pointed out the problem and replaced it as well. I now drive with confidence in safety. Highly recommend their service.

I appreciated the service here, I came for a tire and received top notch service. The people here are about business and care about customers. I spoke to Russell and Mike and they were very transparent, & supportive and I honestly recommend coming here if you have any tire/rim issues you will not regret it.

They had a used set of hard to find tires for my old Volvo XC70 for a fair price. The guy was friendly on the phone, went to check the tires, and quickly called me back letting me know my options. They take care in balancing and mounting. The same can not be said for most NY tire spots. Good, honest shop. Highly recommend.

I have a 2001 Jeep Cherokee with a tire size pNNN 75R/15. That means a 75% side wall height on a 15 inch rim. These tires are almost impossible to find at the big name tire dealers. I called up Used Tire Super Store up on a Sunday. They said they had my tires in stock both used and new. I asked for the price on the used ones and once they told me I said I am on my way. Driving there was easy and when I got there the 2 tires were out waiting for me. I needed 2 for the front. They jacked my Jeep up and changed the tires right away. Their shop is clean and well equipped. Their staff efficient and courteous. The used tires they sold me looked almost brand new with good tread depth. I was in and out of there in a half hour. I was very happy with the service and products here. From now on they will be my first choice for tires.

Hey guys, Mike and his team were awesome in giving excellent customer service and advise for a clueless woman when it comes to cars. I appreciate him so much I wanted to give a review right on the spot before the job was completed. That s how much I appreciate the service there are well organized and spacious. They make sense business wise how every thing about the shop is detailed and designed with the customer in mind.

Very good service. Prices are very fair. The manager is very professional. The staff are very professional. My tire was repaired quickly and I was back on the road quickly. Very convenient location. Best flat fix. Closes at 10pm most days. 4pm it closes on Friday. Saturday it's closed.

I tried this new spot. Purchased a rim. Mike who works there is very attentive to me as a customer. He ordered the rim because they didn't have the one for my jeep available. Addresses you by your name and will do everything to make sure you are satisfied with the work and purchase. Will follow up once rim is delivered and tire is installed.Ok. Update. Mike called me and within 3 days the rim arrived. Went to pick it up and he tested it on my car and fits perfectly. The man means business.

I had an incredible experience at the Used Tire Superstore, all thanks to Russel, who happens to be the owner. From the moment we started chatting, I was drawn into a genuine conversation that made the time fly. Before I knew it, my car was ready to go. Russel s warmth and passion for his work were unmistakable. It s not every day you meet someone who puts so much heart into their business.The tires at the store? They re fantastic. Despite being pre-owned, they looked and felt nearly brand new. Russel himself showed me around, letting me check out the quality firsthand. It s this level of care and transparency that really struck a chord with me.But it s more than just the quality tires that ll bring me back; it s Russel s sincere dedication to his customers and his craft. Mike and his team did an incredible and fast job on my Tesla Model Y. These cars have specific battery requirements, and his shop was well-prepared to handle the task. Originally, I visited for a tire plug, but Mike pointed out the worn-out condition of the existing tires. He arranged a favorable deal for two new rear tires, ensuring my safety. I highly recommend his shop for an easy and exceptional experience.

This is indeed a used tire superstore-a one stop shop. Not only do they have an excellent selection of used tires with plenty of meat on them, but they also repair bent and cracked rims when possible. Fast work and honest people who really do a good job. I will return the next time I inevitably get a flat tire. Ask for Mike!

Hey! Stop scrolling and get your car over to the Used Tire Superstore! I am extremely particular when it comes to my car; this was my first experience working with auto techs outside of the BMW dealership.I originally set up a service appointment with my dealer but was advised by a friend to look into cutting out the middle man as the dealer would send my rims to a 3rd party anyway.I researched several shops in the Tri-state area (pretty particular) and settled on Repairs on Wheels to straighten my rims (thanks to NYC potholes). The day I arrived to get the work done I was informed that the guy was out sick and was recommended to their sister shop on Eastern Parkway. Naturally reluctant, I called ahead to let them know that I was on my way and upon arriving they greeted me warmly and immediately got to work on my car.Unsure of which rim was bent, they checked all 4. Thankfully only 2 were in need of repair. Introducing Mike, not only is he the store manager he personally took care of straightening my rims and giving me a brief lesson too!I spent about two hours at the shop and it felt like 30 mins. The entire shop operated like a straightened wheel, smooth and easy at every turn. Thanks to Arturo and Magic Mike for the white glove service. You have a customer for life in me.P.S. Great thanks for Mike. Thanks for the great job and help. I had an accident today and two of my tires were destroyed. I was with little baby in car. And he made a great professional job with tires. He changed them in 5 min and gave a great sale. I m really happy than they were close to the accident place.

One of the best tire shops in the NYC area , highly recommended. As the employees are well rounded ,honest, quick and efficient. They fixed my tire even though it was patched twice previously. Amazing customer service. Mike was very insightful and informative.

GREAT SERVICE!!! Arturo and the team were fantastic and helped me out with a replacement tire. Even helped me identify that one of my tires were mounted on incorrectly and were very honest and transparent with info etc.Definitely recommend if you re in need for tires and knowing you re being taken care of.

These NYC streets are horrible!! 3rd bent rim within 2 weeks! Came here a week ago and met Mike. He is a magician! He fixed that rim and my car drove smoother than a baby s bottom! Also, he sold me 2 new tires at a steal!! I paid $130 for per tire a few days before at another tire shop. Mike sold me 2 brand new low profile tires that s was a better brand and more mileage capacity for $120. He rotated and balanced the wheels as well. A week later driving down 1st Ave in the East 60 s hit a pothole and bent both passenger side rims! It s late and the only place open is some shop in Bk. Changed 1 tire and took the other to get fixed. The guy did a horrible job but at least I was able to drive my car home. Brought my car to Mike and he fixed both rims. Also, he took the time to teach me from beginning to end on how to change my tire! He also gave me a great recommendation for a wheel alignment. He is professional, knowledgeable, precise, fair and so lovable! This is the ONLY place I that I allow to fix my rims and tires!! If you go anywhere else you ll be sorry!

Definitely the nicest tire shop I've ever been to. I came all the way from LIC, Queens passing by countless tire places on the way, after searching the internet for a good tire shop, and noticing that this place has 5 star rating and excellent reviews. They got me in right away, and the service was great. Even though I got four used tires, the staff treated me as I was their most valuable customer. It felt nice and very unexpected. It was quite chilly outside and Russell (the owner) showed we around. I was shocked when I saw the amount of tires they have there (somewhat 5k) and how well the place was organised.The rest of the time I spent educating myself on the tire balancing process as I was invited inside and watched how Mike did all four of my tires one by one.They offered me a good price but I still asked for a small discount before they did the actual work. However, after receiving a superb customer service I decided to leave a good tip to cover the difference.Highly recommend this place and see it for yourself..

These guys here really looked out for me, I came 5 mins before closing time and they were about to leave and saw that all three of my tires were busted and felt bad so they stayed late and gave me amazing service. I really needed them and they came through for me. The amazing guys who stayed were Russle and Mike, they did they thing for real

Honestly the best experience I have had at any place of business ever. Within 5 minutes of being there, Russel and Mike made me feel like I've been friends with them my whole life.I was visiting New York over the weekend and got a flat from a pot hole. I needed to get two used tires, and no shop I contacted had them except this one, it really is a used tire superstore.Once I got there and they took my tires off, they showed me that under my flat tires, my wheels were bent, lucky for me, this was one of the few shops that had the equipment to fix it. And in no time, my wheels looked perfect again!They're great honest people who do incredible work, quickly, at a fair price.The only downside to this place is that they don't have a shop in Illinois (where I live) but if they did, they would be the only shop I'd ever go to.
