I am immensely grateful to TNS for their exceptional work on my Jeep following an unfortunate incident of vandalism. The damage, including a smashed bumper and an attempted break-in of the roof, was disheartening. When my insurance recommended TNS, I was assured of a lifetime guarantee on their work, and the entire process was remarkably smooth and efficient.From the moment I dropped off my car, TNS demonstrated professionalism and care. Though my insurance company arranged the rental, the TNS team went the extra mile by driving me to the rental company's location. When it came time to pick up my car, they made returning the rental effortless by handling the return directly with the company leaving me with one less thing to worry about!I must extend special recognition to Frank and Maria for their outstanding customer service and attention to detail. They were absolute gems throughout the process. My heartfelt thanks to both of them for their exceptional service and for treating my car with such care. Thank you TNS!!!

Our car insurance found us this location. To say we are satisfied is beyond what we truly feel. This place is great! They treat your car with such care. The repairs were quick and successful. The employees are very attentive and helpful, especially John, Phoebe, Frank, and Kevin they were all so polite and welcoming.

My 2024 Pathfinder was side swiped, and left my front side panel all scuffed up. Took it to TNS and their top notch staff took care of it in no time. Left it looking brand new. I ve used their service in the past, and I can honestly say, their top quality of work has been consistent throughout the years.

Editing this again in response to the lies posted by TNS Auto. I was told by Frank that the part which can be seen in the photo dragging on the floor was loosened in order to install the new catalytic converter. When I had to return to have this fixed he confirmed that the the bolts which had been holding it securely in place before the repair were not secured after the repair.Editing this to add that I will be missing church this weekend for the second time because of their incompetence. I still don't know why they removed the rubber from my windshield wipers, they said they would order the parts for me but I never heard back. I finally had time today to look into buying replacements, if I order them they won't be here until Monday but they're twice as expensive in the store and it will be raining Sunday so missing church again. They created multiple safety hazards in my car which I discovered while driving, forcing me to cancel my plans on Sunday and have to drive back and wait around for the repairs to be made today, and then gave me absolutely nothing is compensation. I brought my car here after the catalytic converter was stolen because it s a preferred repair shop with my insurance. When I picked up my car Saturday I was pleased and wrote five star review while waiting for the payment to clear. Then on Sunday I was happily driving to church services in CT since I finally had my car back and heard a scraping sound. Fortunately I wasn t on the BQE yet, though I had been on the Prospect and thankfully nothing happened there, so I pulled over to a gas station and I had to get down on the filthy ground in my good clothes and new coat which now needs to be cleaned to see that there was a piece of metal drooping from the middle of the car. I don t know as much as I wish about cars but I do know it s not safe to get on I95 and drive 65 mph with a loose piece of metal flopping on the bottom of my car so I was forced to cancel my plans, including errands that I needed to run with my car, turn on my hazards and slowly drive back home. I texted the shop a photo and was told the skid plate had come loose and somehow they already knew that it was because the screws attaching it were rusted, so it seems like this is something they observed while working on my car. I was told that the mechanic had not secured it back in place after moving it to replace the catalytic converter. I was told to come back whenever is convenient. There s really no convenient time to take an hour out of the day to drive over and sit in the garage while mechanics fix some thing that should have been attended to before I left the shop on Saturday, but when I got in touch to let them know I was coming over I found out that the mechanic was about to take their lunch hour so I had to rearrange my afternoon. And while driving over today, I realized that my windshield wipers were not working properly, visibility was very poor in the the rain, so much so that I stopped using them because it was easier to see without the mess they were making. I hadn t thought to check my windshield wipers after my catalytic converter was stolen but once I arrived I looked and the rubber, which admittedly had been coming loose when I left the car, had been removed but not replaced. I mentioned this second serious safety issue that they had created to them, as well as the fact that I had to cancel my plans on Sunday, my clothes were made filthy when I had to almost lie down in a gas station, and I was significantly inconvenienced by having to make a return trip and was offered as compensation ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, not even apology although an apology alone really would not have been adequate after all of my wasted time. Now I m concerned that the rest of the repair wasn t done properly if the mechanic couldn t be bothered to take a moment to confirm that screws that they had already noticed were rusted were adequately secure. Thankfully it didn t come off entirely and I figured it out before I was on the highway or too far away from home to feel safe driving back.

Very prompt. Got repairs finished within the time frame they told me. I didn't have to check in with them at all. Was able to drop off the rental car with them as well to make it a one stop shop type of deal! Very convenient. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Loved the office waiting area as well. Very hospitable.Car was fixed perfectly looked brand new.

They did a great job with my car. My entire door had to be replaced on my CRV and they got it done extremely fast and their customer service is top notch. I would highly recommend them to handle your car.

Recently had the pleasure of dealing with Anson at TNS Auto Collision following a damaged fender on my vehicle. Anson's service was exemplary; he was not only excellent in his repair work but also incredibly courteous throughout the process. The car was returned to me in immaculate condition, thoroughly cleaned and in great shape. Additionally, Anson facilitated a seamless rental arrangement with Enterprise directly from their location, which was immensely helpful. He didn t stop there; a full electronics inspection was conducted to ensure everything was in perfect order. My experience with TNS Auto Collision, thanks to Anson, was nothing short of exceptional. A solid 10/10 for outstanding service and customer care.

Excellent service and quality work with most competitive price around this area. I had my car's bumper and grille replaced here, and they did a quick and fantastic job. My car looks like new again. Highly recommend! Remember to ask Frank for help, he is really nice and professional.

I had a fantastic experience with TNS Auto Collision. I selected them through my insurance to repair my car after an unfortunate accident and their service and repairs went above and beyond what I expected. The attention to detail was impressive and my car looked better than when I bought it. Big thank you to Frank, who was really helpful and walked me through all of the repairs. I will be using them for all of my bodyshop work going further. Great place.

This is the third time going to TNS for auto repairs due to accidents outside of my control. They do an excellent job with repairs and have great customer service. They were always available and ready to answer questions and the quality of their work is fantastic. I've yet to be disappointed!

TNS Auto Collision did phenomenal work after a truck hit my front right quarter panel, dinged my hood and broke the front right headlight. Look at my before & after pics, like new! Highly recommend this body shop if you want your vehicle looking like the day you drove it off the lot.

Service was excellent. Anson communicated with me during the entire process. They were on schedule, the job was excellent and the price was very fair. It is a 2022 Subaru Wilderness with damage to the front end. The work matches perfectly and there is no evidence that there was any work done. Phoebe was excellent communicating the insurance information. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

Frank was the best!! He is thorough and has a fast turnaround time. I dropped my car off on a Monday and got it back the Saturday. Damage was pretty bad. I would highly recommend this shop! Great customer service!

They fixed my driver's side mirror, quickly, and they were so dang polite. Reasonably priced. Professional. The list goes on, these guys are studs.But to wrap this up, they legit plain nice folks. They were accommodating, didn't cut corners, they also communicate consistently.And man, they give you this smile and a handshake that you don't expect these days. Good peoples.

We had an excellent experience with TNS Auto Collision. We had a fender bender and brought the car into the shop. They worked directly with our insurance company and were very good with their communications to us. They finished the repairs faster than in their estimate and the car was perfect -- even washed inside and out. I highly recommend!Services: Painting, Welding

One of my mirrors broke and I drive in to ask for a quote. They told me an unbelievable high price. They do assume Asian female drivers know nothing about the cars and try to scam Asian Female Drivers hahaha. At the end I bought the parts online and got it fixed at 1/5 of the price they told me.

I was the victim of an overnight hit and run that left my truck in really bad shape. I was in desperate need of love and care for this fix as it was going to require a great deal of time and energy.TNS could not have been more kind and professional in my experience. They were on it from square one and kept me in the loop by phone and text throughout the entirety of the process. I cannot say enough about the kindness of the staff, the professionalism, and timeliness of this place.I'd have to say this is the best experience with any auto job I have ever needed, and I wish I could give 10/5 stars for all they did to nurse my baby back to life.DEFINITELY RECOMMEND !!!

TNS did a fantastic job with our car repairs. Granted insurance company paid for them this time, I would definitely come back to use TNS again for anything I need in the future. They were friendly and accommodating with scheduling. And left the car immaculately clean. Amazing service and communication. I had body work done on my VW fender door and bumper. it took only 4-5 days. They also took out small door dings from another door that was not part of the accident. Got some damages from being side swiped by a school bus. Bought my car to TNS. Frank Lu was courteous and helpful. He explained the entire insurance process and what repairs were to be made. He even expedited the repair for me. I will definitely bring my car back to Frank at TNS for all future repair work.
