The guys did tremendous job! They cleaned everything very thoroughly, spent 4 hours to return the car s condition almost to the stock. The owner was very respectful, they work very hard to prove reputation.

From my experience I liked their services. It s expensive but it s worth once a while. They have different steps of cleaning and washing. I would love if they would do deep interior detailing/thorough cleaning in 100 bucks. Also wish they had car decor services like a workshop besides spa like lighting, trims and other stuff to enhance the car beauty. I would recommend this place to others

I CAN NOT RAVE ENOUGH ABOUT TJ SPA!!! My interior was legit covered in dirt and god knows what else, and they left NO CRUMBS!! Legit, I went in my car and checked spots that would usually be overlooked and they got them. I could not be happier and I ll definitely be returning. They gave me a whole new car!!The staff were so friendly, they have comfy seating while you wait, they are fast and efficient, and they are affordable.

The work these guys do is like no other. They removed soap marks that other car washes told me would never come out. You can tell that they truly care about what they do and go above and beyond every single time. I left with my car looking better than when I first bought it. Coming here every single time!

Professionalism & courtesy at it's best.Prices for the service are what the market value is, but you will get that extra effort & "shine" in your vehicle that is often lacking at other fast paced businesses.I gave this place a try, as my usual place was closed for the day. Give them a chance to service your vehicle... you won't be disappointed.

Quality work, moderate price for a quick detail styled car wash. For best results. If you have something else you need to do drop the car off, pick it up two hours

It's a long-overdue review. Went to TJ-Auto Spa twice already for my baby to be washed. And it was Squeeky clean. The owner (TJ) asked me to inspect the car to ensure that I am happy and satisfied before leaving the establishment. I have OCD (little bit) and kinda perfectionist. Now I refuse to take my car anywhere else and will definitely come here every time my baby needs some bath time. Thanks guys..Services: Polishing, Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

Was there this morning was very impressed with the space there its a secret garage super spacious you would never guess that s what they do there unfortunately I had to run and didn t stay for the wash my thoughts are just work on your customer relation skills more and you will do great you have the establishment just need to adjust your approach the music was too loud I wanted to have that 5 star experience instead I got a 1 star and was very generous to give you 3 stars ,Service: Auto detailing

Very clean and professional, had my car looking like I just brought it again. Very affordable and comfortable waiting area. Definitely will be back. Customs service was excellent from everyone. I m a female & when I usually walk into a male establishment I usually feel uncomfortable however these guys made me feel comfortable and left my car looking BRAND NEW

They did a good job on cleaning the vehicle and the engine to excellence. They tried their best on cleaning the mold. But it's not their fault the mold is still lingering. Going to have to get new carpeting and insulation to remove the smell and whatever left water is still collecting. But overall Tj is very professional

Great results!! My car was really dirty and they got it looking amazing. Took some time but they have a waiting area and were really nice and accommodating. Inside was so beautiful and smelled amazing after. Great attention to detail

Came to TJ Auto Spa for car deal that he advertised on his page. Guys had me fill out an application and demanded money upfront for the deal which was GUARANTEED. I was told numerous times deal was guaranteed from him and his associate.I gave 6,000 upfront, 2 months passed and I still can t receive my refund from him or his associate. Three of my kids birthday passed and I still couldn t get it. I was told from the owner of TJ AUTO SPA to give the money to his associate and my money would be safe. The owner of TJ AUTO SPA owes me as much as his associate Allen. It's crazy cause all I was trying to do was show love and support his business all the way from the Bronx. Now I have to look for legal help to get my money back. His associate just tell me lies all day that I'll have money soon.Service: Delivery

Great service. The owner, TJ, made sure to inspect the car to ensure my satisfaction. I m a perfectionist, and refuse to take my car to the automated wash. It s a black owned business and close to home. I was happy to support, and pleased with the results. Posting a pic to show the shine.

I had an appointment 3 weeks ago for a car wash service. It was also confirmed through email. It was my first time going to this place so I arrived 20 mins early and waited until 9am (My appointment). The place was still closed so i waited until 9:30am then i called. The owner picked up the phone and told me that they are running late and the place will be open at 10am. I was disappointed so i cancelled my appointment and went home. TJ if you read this please next time have the courtesy to call or email your customers if you guys are opening late. Anyways he apologized and offered me a 10% discount for my next car wash.

DON'T BRING YOUR CAR HERE. Terrible customer service. Paid for the #6 Platinum Package. When I picked it up the head unit didn't turn on and the headlights were not restored. TJ says give it time because he disconnected the battery to clean the engine. Also come back and he'll do the headlights. On my way back to the shop, the head unit turned on -great- but now the buttons don't work or when they do, they do other tasks and cause it to freeze, almost as if it experienced liquid damage. I call TJ and he says he'll call me back but never does. I come back again to see TJ. He's not there but one of his employees admits to my face that he was the one responsible for the issue because he "left the steamer on it for too long". TJ denies any wrong doing. Says his employee doesn't know what he's talking about. And refuses to take ownership. Be sure to document every inch of your car before taking it here because the owner will not take responsibility for his mistakes.Services: Steam cleaning, Full body wash, Headlight polishing, Seat shampooing, Engine detailing, Auto detailing

I came not to long before closing and TJ was able to squeeze me in last minute. He was professional and very welcoming. They were able to detail me car quickly. She smells amazing and looks like a brand new car! Highly recommend. First of all it s BLACK OWNED!!! I just leased my first car and this was the first place I got a hand wash and honestly I don t think I m going anywhere else! The hospitality it exceptional along with the work that they do! I visited TJ's Auto Spa Hand Car Wash & Detailing yesterday and I am so thankful I found them on Google! Service was quick, customer service was GREAT, and the owner TJ is a cool guy.I got the MINI DETAIL HOT & COLD WATER HAND WASH and my car looks new inside.Would highly recommend and remember to tip the staff!

I visited TJ's Auto spa for the first time after searching on Google for Car wash and Detailing I have to say their work is superb. I had my 06 Sienna cleaned by them and the stains he was able to get out amazed me especially being the 3rd owner of the vehicle. If you want a place with great hospitality, great conversation, and people who cherish their job come to TJ's you will not be disappointed!
