I went there to fix my car door switch. I was waiting there for a while and for some reason I left my car in the store and went away for a while. After I came back and asked the mechanic what happened? He told me that he checked the car and told me that he need to order parts which is a master switch something like that . He charged $50 for doing nothing and even he didn t tell me that for the check. I felt like he didn t even check the car. It was completely lie and he s such a scammer. He told me that come back tomorrow and I went there but shops closed. After that I went other mechanic shops to fix the door locks. Over there mechanic told me that it was a fuse problem and I just need to replace the fuse that s all. After that he replaced the new fuse and than my car door lock fixed. Now I understand that T&M Auto mechanic guy tried to take advantage and make money. He s a greedy, scammer and crooks!Just stay away from this mechanic shops!

One star is too generous for this place!!!!I had the worst experience ever at this mechanic shop on Coney Island. I went there to get a quote for my broken car window, but the guy there ripped me off and held my car hostage. He said he needed to park the car and take a look at the window, but I told him I just wanted to know the price. He said okay, but then he came back with an outrageous number that was way higher than any other place I called. When I asked for my keys back, he refused to give them to me unless I paid him $100 for nothing! He claimed he did some work on the window, but that was a lie. He also said he didn t take credit cards and I had to go to the ATM across the street to get cash. This guy is a scammer and a criminal who should be in jail! (soon will be! I submitted a police report). Do not go to this place or any other mechanic on Coney Island Ave. They are all crooks who will try to take advantage of you. Stay away from this place and find a reputable mechanic elsewhere!

I was driving and heard a noise in my car. and It kept getting stronger and I pass the shop and ask for help. I didn t have an appointment, but it was urgent that I needed something done and he looked into it and took care of the problem with patience. He showed me what was wrong before he fixed. I was done within 45 minutes. Excellent work.

Went to get a mirror fixed & the owner was rude & unprofessional as hell. Did not take responsibility for damage & reacted like a child with a tantrum not willing to repair the further damage HE CAUSED. This place deserves 0 stars.

Fixed my sunroof at a fair price. Found the electrical problem I was having with my air conditioner. Everywhere else misdiagnosed the issue and was trying to charge me for a new compressor and condenser.Service: Sunroof glass replacementService: Sunroof glass replacement

Zero out of 5, 0/5. Lack of experience and waste of your time. Worst at no limit, left my work truck for four days and every day he promised to finish the alarm and window tinting but nothing got done. New stories every day and twice a day. At the end I had to take my truck out and leave. Waste of four days on it and couldn t do my own work without the truck. if you want anything to get done you have to stand there and have it done upfront, but don t leave your vehicle there. Just brought my third car in a row for tinting. I bring every car I lease I bring to T. You can always count on friendly service with great work. T really knows what he s doing. I ll be back with the next car!

I stopped by the shop I have a convertible and the back window is starting to fall of the guy told me a 100 bucks to re glue it and he said he will also look at the speakers for no charge I told him I didn't want to pay the 325 for the speakers he offered to put in and asked him to just put back the originals he then said unless I have him fix the back window he will charge a 50 fee when originally he said there wouldn't be so I said no problem glue the top back he response it's late already and can't do it today and that I need to pay him 50 and If I come back tomorrow it is a 100 dollars for the top also when putting back the door when I told him I don't want the speakers the clip got loose to lock the door and he said it's bec it's old but it was working fine before he touched itSTAY AWAY

Stay away. I came there for a quick fuese problem. And i was next to be served. And when he finished the other car he opened my hood and went to the next car. And completely ignored me. I waited for 2 hours and left because of being lied too, with my problem not fixed

SCAM ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!!This guy is just another scammer of Brooklyn with nice fakeass appearance.His biggest lie is that your job will be done by hour which forsure is gonna take weeks! By these days he will figure out other ways to do nasty buisness with your job. Worst experience ever. 0/5

Terrible costumer service, I recommend you save your time and go somewhere more professional. First they told me to make an appointment, I gave them my number and everything and I never got a call. I went a few days later, they told me 2 hours, I came 2 hours later to be told another 30-40 min... I cam an hour after and my car WASN'T EVEN TOUCHED YET. After i started to get mad and ask him why it took so long he didn't even care and just asked if I wanted to leave. I waited over 3 hours for NOTHING!!!

good guy good job but the business is very unorganized it may take him days to do the job no bathroom so don't bring your kids on the other hand you can smoke yes there were a lot of people smoking there and yes if you have a business were your customers have too wait you should have a bathService: InstallationService: Installation

Most tint shops charge $100, but this shop charges $125. When I asked why I was told because they are the best and use only top of the line products. I paid the $125 but had to wait for over 3 1/2 hours in the cold (it was late on a winter Saturday night 3 yrs ago). It was not the best job as the owner T proclaimed. Each window had at least 1 or more bubbles and most upsetting of all is that the tint got lighter as time went by.My back windshield was 2 levels below street legal but became lighter than my friends street legal tints.

Stay away. The worst customer service and job is zero. Waited for 2 hours. Car was in the shop, but the guy repaired other cars which were came after me. There is no rules, just take care about only his friends car. The guy who repairs the cars is very rude.

friendly advise to whoever wants to do any kind of work on your car, DO NOT GO THERE THEY WILL OVERCHARGE AND RIP YOU OFF, if go in with 1 problem then youll have 2 problems theyll purposely damage something else and blame you and charge you ADDITIONAL ive had a very bad experience there every 5/10 minutes another consumer walks in and makes complaints@owner BBB complaint submitted& trust me you will not be in business for long you wont last BY SCAMMING PEOPLEI am setting up a protest with multiple people will come that had a bad experience 4/28/2022 @ 5PM anyone feel free to join

Just waited 5 hours there to get my headlight replaced only to be told wait another 10min... he let's other people skip on you depending on the job. Will not go back to him. I left without getting the job done.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER . This guy is a thief . I brought my car to this place to add remote key , he said its gonna be an hour job . He kept me in the store for 7 hours , and he didn t fix my car . When i went the next day , i found my back bumper scratched , when i asked him he denied it . I called the cops on him , as soon as they arrived he was fighting with another customer , the cops locked him and the store and my car stuck inside . After 3 days going back and forth and constantly calling him without answer , he opened the store , and overcharged me for a job that he didn t do and the damage , and 3 days of holding my car . Please people Run away . And for the store , i know you reading this , i will tell you one thing : .

Caution! There are two Auto Glass at the same place. One of them is 742 and the other one is 730. I was recommended to go to 742 but I went to 730 mistakenly. However, the service was more than worst I ve ever had. He always try to capture the customers without confirmation likewise, how much the cost would be etc. Once you go there, he ll be like, how can I help you? After that, ok I ll help you within shortly. And that s it. You don t even know how long it ll be. I fixed my radio and he took 2 days to fix for no reason. He doesn t have enough equipment, product or device. Charges really extra. He sent me so many places to get a part wherein, he supposed to get that part. On top of that he charged me double for second day. You should know that, you don t have the harness and you can t fix it without harness. First day he opened the entire radio, and then he said, Oh, I don t have the harness. You need the harness . I d been there 5 hrs but he didn t tell me that he doesn t have that part. It was 11 O clock And everything was closed. I had nothing to do but going home with that incomplete work. He told me he ll look for it in the local market. If he can t find it in the local market, he ll order it for me. The next day I called him at 11 O clock what I told to do, and he said he just walked in the and he ll call me within few hours. But he never called me. Eventually, I went to his store, and he waited me 2 hrs to get be at me. And then he called someone and let me know it s not available in the local market. Then he sent me to Best Buy and so many places. I was in his store 11 hrs second day by going so many places to get the item I needed in between. He supposed to know can he fix the issue before he started. He doesn t even know can he fix the issue or not and he started working on it. Importantly, he couldn t even finish the work. He charged me $100 extra for back camera, and the camera isn t working now because he didn t tie the wire properly. He was trying to do ASAP. So much unprofessionalism and inconvenient because of greediness. I ll never go to this shop any more and you guys do not make the same mistake I did. I d rather go 742 but not this one.

Owner was disrespect. I give him 0 star. Bad job for ever. Owner all time lie. He rob my money for 200$. He order stuff for my car. After weating 5 days to install he didn't install.

The guy gave me serious attitude because he was fasting on his ramadan. I should be treated with respect,if he can't handle fasting then he shouldn't fast or close his shop.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Terrible experience I gave my car at 9am he told me its gonna take one hour I kept calling all day to see if the car is ready the car got ready at 6pm. Also he told me it will be $50 to fix one part when he was done with it he said $175 he just added bunch of things without telling me.

Dont let him work on your car, he will fk it up. He is standing and sitting on doors, damages the doors. He is also using Spectrum tint which is dirt cheap, tint will bubble and fade.

Worst place possible. When I dropped my car at 1 pm he assured me it would be done in 3 hours. I came back and he said another 2 hours. When I got there at 815 pm, still wasn t done.
