This guy totally ill mannerd even to his employees. You can make idea how much is he so that in his office he mentioned CLEAN AFTER YOURSELF YOUR MOTHER NOT WORK HERE. I parked my vehicle outside McDonald and went to take my order and walked around and then get into to book my order. They towed my car and than even I have a receipt of my order. They not listen anything. Totally unfavourite guys on the phone. They call u at their office, which is a 14-minute walk. The lady at window said hold on 2 sec and then for approx 10 min no response even my car was present outside. They destroyed my whole day

absolute scam!!! the people who work there are scammers. overcharging for tow and only accepting cash not credit cards. they should be closed and sued. These two guys are scammers ripping off people.

My husband's SUV was stolen and it was brought here by the cops after it was recovered. It was badly damaged and the staff were very professional and said they can fix his SUV for him, if his insurance allows it. But he would have to convinced them too. I did see the tow prices, which was a bit high, with tight parking. But we parked in front of their business. Though I found everyone to be very nice. let me be honest. I never want to see a tow car company AGAIN. Towing prices are very high! And by the way, my husband's SUV was totalled and insurance paid the tow fees. IT PAYS TO HAVE FULL COVERAGE .

I was in an accident a few months ago, and the best thing that came out of it was my discovery of Stillwell Auto. Steve did an amazing job and my car looked brand new when I picked it up. He even gave me touch up paint. I can't recommend him enough!

Small but reliable auto body shop in the Coney Island area of Bklyn. Great work at a fair price. The owner, Steve, is honest and straightforward and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this shop.

Absolutely horrible rip off place. I'll report them to every authority possible. 600$ when it clearly says 125. Ripoff! I'll call cops and sue this placeEdit: Report to 311 complete. Next step is district Court. See you there!
