Absolutely Rude! Been going here for years and allOf a sudden I was denied inspection Despite showing proper documentation of a tint exemption. I was Spoken down to and felt disrespected by attendant. Not any way to treat a loyal patron!

I ve been taking my car to SLK for like 7 years. They are miracle workers. They are such gifted mechanics. Their work is efficient and flawless. Their pricing is fair and transparent. Turnaround time is the best in NYC. They never ever cut corners, but they also never upsell or tack on useless services or charges. They take time to explain the issue, the fix, and the budget. Communication is excellent at every step of the repair. They treat everyone fairly and respectfully.

Gary was extremely friendly and diagnosed the issue right away. He gave me a break down of the cost and it was very reasonable. The best part was they got the job done extremely quick!! I m definitely coming back here for all of my services and issues in the future. A true gem!

After a phone estimate they pulled the classic bait and switch and tried to up the agreed upon price for a simple repair. Very rude negotiation. Go next door and get much better cheaper service.Service: Auto body & trim repairService: Auto body & trim repair

Have been going there for a few years at this point. Have even recommended my neighbors and everyone has been very happy with the service and price. They will take the time and do everything right.I even have them servicing my mom's vehicle and she has been very happy. I have seen them go above and beyond to get a job done.Better service and diagnostic work than at the dealer.

Been taking my car here ever since my factory service package expired. Always quick and reasonably price. I have been coming here for the past few years for oil changes and inspections after seeing good reviews on Yelp. These guys are fast, honest and their prices are very reasonable. They always do an overall inspection of my car with every visit, put more air in my tires and vaccum under the hood. All this while I wait. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car. Highly recommend!

Great repair shop, staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and honest.I was looking for a 'go to' repair shop for awhile, as everyone knows how easy it is to get hustled at repair shops (I literally only lease cars going forward due to this lol).My girlfriend was due for an inspection on her '08 Impala, Eric assisted us immediately upon pulling into the shop. I knew the vehicle had previous issues (so figured it wouldn't pass inspection immediately), Eric advised us at to what issues she had with her vehicle, gave us reasonable price quotes for repairs that needed to be done. The process was very seamless, he wasn't pressuring us to go forward with unnecessary repairs. Work was done very swiftly and professionally, couldn't ask for better service.If you want a reliable honest shop, this is your spot. I could literally sit here and name all the horrible repair shops I've been to in Brooklyn with some pretty good reviews. So take my word, this is definitely the spot you want to be going to.Thanks again Eric for your great service, will definitely recommend to anyone I know!

Been here twice and the service was great. They were honest & did the jobs quickly. The owner & the other mechanics were pleasant, polite and trustworthy. I definately recommend this shop.

Brought my 2008 535xi there last week, was recommended by a friend. Detailed oriented mechanics, laid back attitude and not salesman mentality. They only have 3 bays, so if you're going in for time comsuming work, make sure you make an appointment. In my opinion, having only a few bays is great for quality control.

This is the best auto shop I've ever been to. They did a quick job. They charged very little, and did some extra touch ups for no additional charge. Very friendly. Highly recommended!!!

I went there couple times. Thought next time maybe they would do better. But every time they disappointed me. First of all these machanic dosen't like greetings. 2) They are not good for critical job. 3) they over charge. 4) no courtesy for customer. Like last time i had $250 job, and they spent 15 minutes to find noise where it's come from. Which is they never able to find the exact problem. Told me they think bla bla bla. And charge me $40 for diagnosis. It's just rip off.

Came here to have an inspection on my first car and oil change on a Saturday afternoon. Fai was very patient in answering all my questions as a first time owner. Place is neat and organized.

Professional Auto repair here, they don't really try to sell what you don't need. Prices are moderate.. went here for a NYS inspection, wound up needing new rear brakes.
