Only went for an oil change owner was very nice a delightful he got my car done very quick which I liked and enjoyed , but the light skinned Heavy set machanic had an attitude because he did NOT reset my oil light and SERVICE required for my oil change came up on my dash . So I called and spoke to the owner he said no problem, go back to the shop, and they will fix it. When I arrived back on site, the light skinned Heavy set Machanic was rude and unpleasant. I walked in and said, " Good evening." he then looked at me like we had beef and didn't say a word. That was weird and disrespectful because I paid I should be the one upset my time and gas to come back to the shop for something you didn't complete is crazy and to have a attitude about it is even worse . I could have gone anywhere to have this oil change done the correct way the first time around to where I wouldn't have to return . He had a job it should have been completed the first time around, yes people make mistakes but the attitude was just ghetto he was mumbling some stuff under his breath, which made me come leave a review. The owner was nice. If it wasn't for the owner, I would leave one star he made my experience pleasent.

Ask for a quote on the work needed for my car. Man left me on hold for 6mintues to talk about "people wanting good customer service but in this day in age you dont give prices over the phone." Eventually he hung up the phone on me after having me wait. Purposely giving me bad customer because i simply ask for the estimate price.

They did a good job. After 2 weeks but charge $365 for Diagnostic. And still didn't fix my lights and refuse to give a print out of the Diagnostic that took 4hours. The dealer only charge me $160 for a Diagnostic

Sim was very nice. Explained everything in got my dodge journey running again. Gave me a complete breakdown on what my car needs. Fixed my wires and power windows and locks. I would recommend plus i will be using his services again.

Horrible service with no accountability, left my vehicle unsecured my exhaust system was stolen, they then replaced it with a old faulty system and refused to fix the problem. Simon and his staff are fabulous quick and efficient. Honest mechanic. Will never try and pull a fast one on you or your car. Only drawback...he No longer has Saturday hours. BUT I've gone to him at 6am for an inspection and was out of there by 6:15. Love $imTech Auto!!!

This Auto Repair shop is a rip-off. They do things to your car you didn't ask to be done. They removed my tents just to make me pass inspection. Did not ask me but charged me $340 I only went in for a $37 inspection. You have to wait for hour. It smells like gas and other fumes. Don't not go here. They even left my car in and empty lot across the street. I didn't appreciate that either.

I have been taking my car here since my brother had a BMW no one could fix but they got it done. Prices are competitive and the service is very good and you get your car back when promised.

I visit this place for a diagnostic inspection . They told me that fail or pass I must paid the inspection fee. I drive a 2012 Toyota camry in excellent condition. What this company should have been done first is Over look my car first to see what condition is it in before they inspect my car . Then give me an idea what will make the car failed the inspection. To save me time and money. Then A sure of my business in the future with them. Instead they told me that pass or fail you must paid for inspection fee ,inspection failed because I need 2 front tires. This could avoid by inspect the car first. This would allow us to do business in the future. I needed tires. Customer comes first. This is what will make your company growth to and empire.

No a good job at all. The two girls who work at the desk should be fired or replace they called my husband the wrong info about his car didnt fixed what he needed then was on they cell phones when we walked in to pay. They young girls need more experience

Great customer service. This is the place to go if you want the problem fixed the first time correctly. The head mechanic are knowledgeable about problems with many vehicles and you will be surely satisfied when the work is done...

They were able to give me a diagnosis for the electrical components of my car, but my only issue was there was no in-depth diagnostical print out as to what exactly was done.

I left my car to get it diagnose after I had my oil change and the car kept on stalling while in idle. I left the car at the shop for about a week and half so they could find out what was wrong with the car. When I called to find out what was wrong with the car the receptionist told me that the mechanic states he could not find anything wrong with the car cause there where no codes that the computer picked up, so I could come and pick up the car. Now if I was a mechanic and I see no codes on the scanning device and a car stalls while in idle I would try to find out if there is a problem with hoses or fuel pump malfunction or MAF sensor problems or something. But I get "the mechanic can not find a problem because the scanner did not pick up a code" Come on.. really after almost two weeks..I was really disappointed
