Best service I ve gotten, definitely recommend 10/10. I must say that my experience was nothing short of excellent. From start to finish, the team at this shop demonstrated their expertise, professionalism, and dedication to quality workmanship.First and foremost, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions in a patient and informative matter. The shop was extremely clean and comfortable. Extremely irresponsible owner. First, I scheduled appointment for wheel alignment over the phone. When I got to the shop, he wasn't able to do the job, saying equipment is not available. So he told me to come to come back on Saturday at 8am. When I got there again at scheduled time, he told me the lift is not available. He obviously doesn't want to tell the truth and loose the customers. Instead, he keeps promising and telling new day and time in a hope that customer will come back and he coincidentally might have working equipment at that moment. He doesn't care about customer's time and expectations.Service: Wheel alignment

Tommy is a master of the alignment rack and an excellent, honest mechanic. I've never been pressured into unnecessary repairs here and they have always explained any recommendations they gave, even when telling me NOT to do something (most places will do whatever you want, no questions, and take your money). They take the time to assess the problem before performing repairs and throwing a part at it. All the work they have done has always been fairly priced. Shane is always there and whenever I have a question he gives a straight answer, honest, without the usual "well, you know...". I've been to a lot of mechanics in Brooklyn, Staten Island, and NJ- this shop has always been the most honest and trustworthy of the bunch.

Great service! I'm taking a road trip, so I had to make sure my car is ready for it. Within 10-15 mins of driving in my car was already on the lift. Tommy, very knowledgeable, friendly and pleasant person, did oil change and complete check-up of my car. He said that everything is great, but suggested to change the battery. He explained the reason in details, gave me estimated price, ordered it as soon as I agreed, within 15 mins it was delivered and replaced. Quick, professional, honest and at great prices.

Great and straight forward pricing. I never feel as if I'm being oversold on any work that needs to get done and I have yet to bring my car back after service to get re-serviced. Finally I had found a place where I can say the service is excellent and 5 stars!My Infinity has been giving me issues and being under the warranty my 1st stop was Infinity Service. I was told my issue is NOT covered by warranty and will cost $560.... thank G.d I was recommended by a friend to go to Signature Auto Center. I paid $110 and the car was fixed within an hour!This is totally true and my personal experience! I do highly recommend this Auto center ! 5 Excellent service and experience Thank you

My Mercedes GL450 rear right suspension was having issues ( dropped 2 inches) after bringing to Signature auto center, they find out it was just a connection wire broken no need to replace the air bag for the suspension. I came here about 2 weeks ago with my Mercedes Benz E300 for an oil change and suspension check. These guys are honest and direct. its hard these day to find a shop you can trust your car with and plus they do the same work a dealership service center does.

Very professional service.You can see, guy's really know what to do and most important they are honest.I hesitating go there, because read negative reviews but now I'm happy to take chance.Mechanic found problem which can't be resolved in dealership.Highly recommend mechanic Tommy.Five star auto-repair shop!

When they'll know the basics of doing an oil change then they'll succeed as a business.Alignment done as for a bicycle. You're better without it or you'll get your car worse

Not impressed. Called up for price for oil change on my BMW, guy who answered said his boss is on vacation, he doesn't know pricing. I asked him to take my number and call me back with price, he said he can't do that. I basically asked point blank if he didn't want my business and he just hung up. Bad customer service. Not interested in new customers. Probably very comfortable with existing clients so they don't show attention to new customers. 2-stars

For the last 23 years I have tried a lot of repair shops. It's already over 12 years I am using this one only.The prices are almost the same everywhere, even this one is a little cheaper. But the most important for me is the quality and the service. It's the most clean and accurate shop that I have ever been. The mechanics will never get into your car with their dirty clothes or hands, your shoes will never get oily , it's shining.The mechanics: Tamy is the best. He is a professor. He can find and fix everything. Just imagine having a mechanic working on your car who is a great pilot too. Tell him your complaint and he'll fix it in a few.Oleg is good too. Clean, fast and professional.And this shop is in business for a long time because of their good and professional owner and manager Shony who is an excellent mechanic as the others. Thank you guys for your excellent service that I can trust the safety of my family and my customers to you.

Stay away from this place. These guys completely incompetent in what they are doing and what is more important are not honest... Twice I was I this place and 2 times they tried to rip me off. Some people wrote they are "experts in German cars". Here is the thing: I came to them with a vacuum problem on my Jetta. Ask them to check and fix it. They spent 3 hours, charged me 150$ and fix nothing. As it appeard later in another shop the problem was caused by purge valve. One of the part of the vacuum system that had to be checked by this guys and what I had been charged for. But, the most interesting thing happened to me when I came to them with my A/C. They checked my leaking A/C and gave me an estimate of 850$ for fixing it. The boss was demanding my condencer and lower pipe where leaking. It is good I decided to check this before I agreed. It appeared that the condencer was fine. I think these 2 accidents characterize these guys better than anything else. Never ever again...
